• Mirela (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto, ci siamo sentite come a casa. - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole presso Casa Bolognetta. L’appartamento è spazioso, molto comodo e dotato di due camere da letto, perfetto anche per più persone. Ci siamo sentite come a casa. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato con tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed è sempre stato molto attento. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche i piccoli dettagli di accoglienza: caffè, latte, acqua e succhi lasciati in frigorifero. La posizione è molto comoda, con la Metro C vicinissima e collegamento diretto con il Colosseo, cosa che ci ha facilitato tantissimo gli spostamenti. Sicuramente torneremo! Consigliatissimo.

• Salvatore (7/5): - Very good instruction to access the house Very responsive host The house was well cleaned and it had everything you need. The bed and sofa were not very comfortable.
• Ceausescu Marian (7/5): - Location was close to metro station. Secure location and resonably priced. The refrigerator was not working proparly and extremly noisy, dificult to sleep in the main room. The kitchen accesories need more atention and cleaning.
• Saliova (4/5): Deludente - I proprietari molto disponibili, hanno lasciato tutte le istruzioni sul tavolo. Alla nostra richiesta di anticipare l'arrivo del soggiorno si sono resi disponibili. Appartamento molto poco fornito con 5 brioche confezionati sul tavolo. La pulizia della cucina veramente deludente, le stoviglie e i bicchieri sporchi. Sporchi anche le pareti e le porte. Le spugne per pulire assolutamente inutilizzabili. I ragni con le ragnatele sui pareti. Nella camera matrimoniale mancavano le assi del letto.
• Greta (7/5): Όμορφο κατάλυμα , οικογενειακό ευρύχωρο , ο κύριος Παολο πολυ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός . Μικρές διορθώσεις πρέπει να γ - Το κατάλυμα ήταν ευρύχωρο και άνετο ειδικά για πολλά άτομα . Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στην κουζίνα και γενικότερα δημιουργούσε ένα οικείο κλίμα . Η απόσταση από το κέντρο είναι μισή ωρα με το μετρο το οποίο όμως βρίσκεται 3 λεπτά από το σπίτι . Το κατάλυμα προσέφερε ένα ζευγάρι πετσέτες για κάθε καλεσμένο και η πολιτική αλλαγής των πετσετων ήταν επι πληρωμή κάτι που θεωρούμε παράξενο . Παροτι υπήρχε πλυντήριο ο καιρός και οι παροχές δεν επιτρέπουν στις πετσέτες να στεγνώσουν . Θα έπρεπε να προσφέρεται έστω ένα δεύτερο ζευγάρι πετσετων όταν οι καλεσμένοι μένουν 4 μέρες και επίσης η κατάσταση των ειδών να μην είναι σε τόσο κακη κατάσταση και καθόλου προσεγμένα! Επιπλέον και τα παπλώματα στην δίκη μας περίπτωση ήταν έλλειπη!

The apartment is well equipped, everything was comfortable, city centre is easy accessible despite the fact that the apartment is on the outskirts The bathroom is a little bit outdated and the apartment seemed to be slightly overpriced considering it’s location

• Benjamin (4/5): nie wieder - Gar nichts Also wir werden hier nicht mehr her kommen, am zweiten Tag wurde bei uns ins Auto eingebrochen. haben uns neue Töpfe gekauft, da die vorhandenen Töpfe echt schlimm waren. Haben saiten gekocht und überall schwamm die weiße beschichtung im Wasser rum, die sich gelöst hat. In der Tiefkühltruhe waren noch Sachen vom Vorgänger, ein dreckiger Löffel wurde unterm Tisch entdeckt. Die Betten, da hatte man echt Angst dass sie einkrachen. Hauptsache vermietet. Sind danach noch für zwei Wochen in Slowenien. Mega Wohnung, Vermieter wollte uns Persönlich kennen lernen, alles sauber, Küche usw. Alles neuwertig.
• Katarina (9/5): We enjoyed our trip, apartment was great option for being out of Rome but still on very quick route to get there. - Apartment was nice and clean, it was supplied with all equipment we needed for the stay. Location is in quiet part of the small city, we parked our car outside and felt very safe. Advantage is absolutely close distance to metro station and shop for your daily supply. Paolo was absolutely helpful, always in touch. Very kind and polite. There is nothing I would complain about.
• Xandra (8/5): - Ruim appartement waar voldoende parkeergelegenheid is aan de weg voor het appartement. Wasmachine was prettig. Een paar minuten van de metro af. Binnen drie kwartier in Rome centrum. De bedden lagen wat minder comfortabel en de koekenpannen zijn aan vervanging toe. Verder prima verblijf.

• sylwester (5/5): - Dwa wygodne łóżka Wielkość apartamentu była dobra Bezpieczna dzielnica Blisko sklepy – duże ułatwienie Był odkurzacz, pralka, deska do prasowania i żelazko Na powitanie czekały bułki , mleko i kilka saszetek kawy – miły gest Prysznic wystarczający dla nas Ręczniki były dostępne Sofa mniej wygodna Prysznic bardzo mały – dla osób o większej posturze może być zdecydowanie za ciasny Niedziałający uchwyt na słuchawkę prysznica – trzeba było cały czas ją trzymać W kuchni cztery krzesła (dwa drewniane i dwa plastikowe), z czego plastikowe było popsute i nadawało się– mimo zgłoszenia właściciel tego nie naprawił Ręczniki były już zużyte – przy tej cenie fajnie byłoby, żeby były lepszej jakości Kafeteria bez uchwytu – można się łatwo poparzyć Metro nie działało przez dwa dni – wtedy dojazd do centrum taksówką to koszt około 120 € w jedną stronę. To bardzo zwiększa koszty pobytu i dziś wiem, że już bym tego apartamentu nie wybrała, bo przy dłuższej awarii metra dojazdy byłyby naprawdę bardzo drogie •Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia (ściany nie są czyste)

The location was excellent, very close to the metro for getting to Rome centre but also a quiet residential area with local supermarkets so we felt we could experience a less touristy side of Rome We were looking for a holiday on a budget and this exceeded our expectations We found the sofa bed a little uncomfortable

• Samuel (8/5): It was a good stay - The stay was good overall. Quiet place and very close to a metro station which is a plus. Paolo was very attentive during our stay (the first night the power went down but he came to the place 20 minutes after and fixed it). I think having a microwave will be a plus to the apartament. Also, the wifi failed for two days so it will be good to maybe check the internet company or have a better router

Parking on the street right next to entrance, with almost no traffic on it. Store within 300 meters.all instructions provided via Whatsup. Very helpful host
• Adriana (7/5): Family trip - The apartment is located near the underground Station. It is well equiped - for us it was important to have towels, hairdryer, washing machine, the licheń has also everything you need to prepare a meal. Beds were really comfortable. The welcome gift was very nice 😊 the contact with the host is great and he reacts promptly in case of any issues. The bathroom needs to be renovaited. It is not so pleasant to use it.

• Zlatko (9/5): Great value for money - large appartment with free parking, near metro station - Large appartment, allways free parking spot in the street (no charge). Ground floor, no staircase to carry suitcases up and down. Beds are fine, bathroom large and comfortable. Metro station 5min walk from the acommodation. It takes about 1 hour of combined ride on metro and bus to get to all main locations in the city. Couple of markets near by, two large supermarkets (Conad and Lidl) 4 km (10 min by car or 4 metro stops) away. Microwave owen would be usefull. Very small detail, but some people find it annoying - toillet seat can't stand up.
• Jason (10/5): Great place to stay for your visit to Rome - Property was just like the pictures. Absolutely spotless clean, well maintained and perfect for our family visit to Rome. Location was perfect as we hired a car, Lidl was about 10 minutes away, airport about 25 minutes away and the Colosseum was about 40 minutes. We did not use the trains/metro but the station was at the end of the road. Parking for our vehicle was available pretty much everywhere on the street. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, it was me my wife and kids so great for families. We were in central Rome all day and enjoyed the restaurants there but the kids wanted Italian pizza in the evenings and our favorite place was L'Acchiappa Pizza which is about a 5 minute walk. The hosts were very nice, and communication was very good. Location was easy to find on sat nav and the logo on the door let us know we were at the right place. Could not ask for more. Nothing.

The house itself is clean and spacious, with good AC. Coffee machine was nice, and kitchen is great for cooking your own dishes. A kettle in the kitchen would be nice.
