Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant et le spa comporte juste ce qu il faut pour se détendre..Endroit calme. Bon rapport qualité/prix

• Petra (9/5): Tolles Hotel in günstiger Lage - Wir hatten ein Apartment im Haus nur vor einer Straße vom Hotel getrennt. Das Frühstück war super. Lecker war der selbstgepresste frische Orangensaft oder auch die leckeren Smoothies. Die Saarschleife ist nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher unterstellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kurzum uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten leider keine Wlanverbindung, nur im Hotel.

• Tanya (7/5): Good short stay - Very family friendly and excellent location. Staff were so kind and helpful. Swimming pool and spa was wonderful. Loved the half board option. We were in the holiday home. Internet didn't work. There was a coffee machine and water kettle but no tea or coffee or any amenities. We stayed 3 nights and there was no room cleaning at all during this time (reception did not mention that there wouldn't be?) Drinks at dinner were very expensive.

• Natalie (9/5): Sehr schönes gut geführtes Wohlfühlhotel - Wunderschöne renovierte Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Weil wir als Wanderer früh morgens loslaufen wollten und das Frühstück verpassten, erhielten wir stattdessen ein riesiges Lunchpaket! Das war sehr nett und hat uns gefreut!
• INGO (5/5): Zimmer nur 2** - Frühstück 5 ***** - Frühstück hat mich sehr überrascht. Eine extrem große Auswahl in allen Bereichen. Service sehr gut Comfort der Zimmer. Entspricht nach meinem Verständnis kein 4-Sterne Hotel. Zimmer aus den 80er/90 er Jahren. Durch Holzbretter-Deko versucht, dieses ein wenig aufzufrischen. Keine Klimaanlage (bei den Temperaturen bei über 30 Grad nicht gerade angenehm in der Nacht). Fernbedienung für den Fernseher im Zimmer fehlte. Toilette / Dusche sehr eng und klein. Unangenehmer Geruch über die Toilette. Wasserzufluss (Menge) sehr gering. Wärmegrad über die Dusch-Armatur schlecht zu regeln. Dusche mehr als nur klein. Sorry, ich bin definitiv viel beruflich unterwegs, aber dieses Zimmer entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen.
• Martin Ralph (10/5): A wonderful, lovely hotel, so relaxing with wonderful service - What a wonderful lovely relaxing hotel, in a great location, staff where so welcoming, friendly and helpful, hotel is so clean and lovely, decor is lovely with everything in superb condition, restaurant is lovely with wonderful food and service, breakfast buffet is amazing with everything you want with great service , pool and garden area is wonderful , I stayed in a apartment across the road from the hotel, the apartment was wonderful, spotless clean, spacious, everything in there you need, comfortable and relaxing, will be staying again I stayed in a apartment across the road from the hotel which was amazing and lovely, but the wifi in the apartments across the road was not good, but the wifi in the hotel is good,

Lekkere keuken - Ruime kamer, gezellig hotel met heel vriendelijke ontvangst en hele lekkere keuken, ook voor vegetariërs! Een plus was het bubbelbad 👍 Was een kamer aan de voorzijde van een hele drukke baan, dus veel lawaai. Kamers aan de achterzijde zijn denk ik beter.

Spent a wonderful week there Probably the waste management could be arranged better. Was not immediately clear is it guest's responsibility or staff's. We didnt mind to handle ourselves, but then it is not that clear all these sorting rules and actual space availability in the public bins.

• Krassimira (9/5): Nice hotel and spa - Excellent hotel, nice location, good and friendly service, access to the spa was a definite plus, breakfast options and selection could beat some of the top ranked hotels. Restaurant for dinner, nice presentation and ambuance but we did not like the food, price was quite high as well.

Had a nice stay for a night on my way to a business trip to thionville France. Personnel’s at reception was very friendly and accommodating ( arrived late). Room rate was good for a night Pricing of the food especially breakfast (€26) was very expensive for a continental breakfast. Steak was €37
• Gunilla (10/5): a very good place to stay! - Easy check-in, we came late but had good service for our car, a nice meal with good service and plenty of choice. The staff is just wonderful, helpful and kind. Our room was clean. spacious and with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the calm and nice spa area. This is a lovely part of Europe to have a quick stop or a longer rest.
• Thierry (7/5): Almost satisfied - The pool area The breakfast, really amazing At the dinner, pastas were not cooked enough. The meal has been replaced, but i ate alone and the same for my boy... Quality of bed and pillow : not so good Only (too small) curtains for the windows in our bedroom, as a result we woke up with the sun.
• Nicole (8/5): Perfect for visiting the Saarschleife! - Perfect 1 night stay for us...was right next to the Saarschleife which is why we were there. Breakfast was great, and they specially identify "Kinder" friendly items. No AC or fans, so it was a bit warm in the current heatwave. We did not use the Spa or the pool, as I couldn't find out the pool hours and if there were limits for children, and was just too tired to ask. Parking lot is small, but we were able to get a spot for the night. Large garden with play area, but it was raining so we did not use. Stocked mini-fridge in the room, and grocery store walking distance (closed Sundays). Discovered upon arrival they have daily schedules and would consider this more of a "Kinderhotel" type place. But we didn't use any of those services. It was a nice find at the end of a long trip!
• Martin (10/5): Amazing wonderful hotel, in a quiet little village in a lovely area of Germany - Amazing hotel in a lovely little village in a lovely part of Germany , on arrival the staff are so friendly, welcoming and so helpful, the hotel has plenty of safe good parking, lovely hotel inside very clean tidy very well decorated looks all newly decorated, very relaxing warm hotel with a lovely vibe, rooms are lovely and spacious very clean and tidy, with drinks in room, bed is comfortable, bathroom was lovely with great shower, breakfast buffet is amazing with everything you can imagine, restaurants has amazing food really enjoyed, pool and garden area is lovely and relaxing with massage area if you want, sauna, and free tea and fruit at the pool, amazing lovely hotel , will be back Nothing

• Sabinenl (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff. The room was comfortable, modern, and cosy (exceeded expectations!). Breakfast and dinner were also good. Fantastic location to visit and photograph the Saarschleife. Overall, good value for money. Prices for the drinks in the minibar are nowhere to be found in the room, and the little bottle of wine appeared to be quite expensive at check-out (20 euros!). The lady at the reception said I should have scanned a QR code for the prices on the paper that I had received during check-in (this was not mentioned before). Not a guest-friendly digital transformation... please put back a simple paper near the fridge with the prices to avoid unpleasant surprises!
