• Rez.set (8/5): Very good - the bed, firm and cozy location is a bit hidden yaaa .. when you reach your destination on gmaps, turns out you have to make a little circular around the people houses, thru one car alley fit then you'll meet big soccer field, and the hotel is next to it .
• Mitsuhashi (9/5): Great for worcation :) staffs are very nice! Highly recommend!!! - The view from the balcony was awesome! I requested a wooden work desk from the lobby so that I actually can work there. Staffs kindly brought it to the balcony and we could work there. We used Google translate to communicate but there was no problems on that. The staffs are awesome! Furthermore, I left my dress and they sent it to my friend’s house. I really appreciate that!! I also liked the hot shower. The gaz was directly connected so it always warms up and could take a shower anytime. Balcony, the spacious room and the balcony. You can see the beautiful mountains from the balcony. The staff will ask you everyday where we want to have a breakfast and we are it at the balcony very peacefully with the sounds of birds and winds.

• Chris (9/5): Great, scenic place close to Borobudur temple. - It was in a great location to get to Borobudur temple. Very quiet, and the staff were just so accommodating and lovely. It was a nice way to end the day at the temple. Recommend if you want somewhere chill to stay. I liked everything - just note that it is in a really quiet area and the team don’t speak English (at all) it is away from everything but that is part of its appeal.

• Chrissie (7/5): Lovely surroundings and caring staff, but need earplugs if you don’t want to be disturbed by local Mosque broadcasts. - Rural Javanese property, lovely gardens and kind and attentive staff. The room was comfortable. The location was a couple of km from Borobudur, walkable but in hot weather take a taxi. It was also too close to a Mosque megaphone broadcasting the call to prayer and associated sermon. On a Thursday night it was long ( several hours) and loud, recommend taking earplugs.
• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely lovely place, wonderfully warm welcome, helpful management that provided a few services I needed, super comfortable bed and all in a peaceful location. Easy to get a Grab taxi or motorbike to the spot - use Camera House on the main road as the destination and walk 100m over the bridge

• Mogana (9/5): A Tranquil Retreat with Scenic Beauty and Warm Hospitality - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Vegetarian breakfast was prepared and served hot at my room, exceeding my expectations in taste and choice of ingredients. The landscape, garden, traditional wooden buildings, and the stunning view of sunrise and sunset, all set against the backdrop of misty mountains, left me in awe. The wooden furniture and the papaya plantation in the backyard added to the charm. The friendly staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing a stand fan, hair dryer, and iron promptly upon request. They also went above and beyond in assisting with my travel plans to visit nearby temples (candi). The convenience of walking to grocery shops and the Borobudur temple was a plus. Additionally, the reliable WIFI made arranging routes and grabbing a car on hot afternoons a breeze. What I truly loved was the opportunity to pick flowers from the garden and arrange them on my breakfast table on the patio. My stay at Balkondes Majasingi Jasamarga was truly a delightful experience, allowing me to enjoy nature, explore ancient temples, and bask in the kind hospitality of their ever-smiling and caring staffs. However, the only aspect that could use improvement was the cleanliness of the toilets, which didn't quite meet my high standards.

• Greg (9/5): Wonderful, peaceful, happy, i would like to stay here for a month to totally unwind from European stress. - This property is magic, fantastic location, wonderful staff, comfy n clean. Food is simple, tasty and adorable. Local coffee is a must ! The property advertisement photos on Booking.com are accurate & correct. The place is very honourable!!! A lot of other properties are using inaccurate photos fishing for bookings, when you turn up the room you get is not what you thought - so its a upsell game they play to make extra cash - a very nasty ploy here in Indonesia. I like everything
