• Barbara (8/5): Würde nur noch ohne Frühstück buchen! - DAs Frühstück!!! Alles sehr lieblos und einfallslos, kein geschnittenes Obst, oder wenigstens Obst aus der Dose, die Wurstscheiben hatten schon gewellte Ränder, insgesamt wenig anderes, gab auch 3 Sorten Eier, was gut war, dafür nur eine Sorte Brot und das war Toast aus der Packung!

• Todd (8/5): We loved Patras and enjoyed the Byzantino hotel. Would definitely stay there again. - The hotel location was very centrally and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. A bit noisy at night from the pedestrian street below our room, Breakfast area is pretty small and was full of guests.

• Régis (3/5): Ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles - L'hôtel est situé en plein coeur de la vaste zone commerciale où se regroupent tous les restaurants et les boutiques. Heureusement que la chambre donnait côté cour ! Les 4 étoiles visibles dès l'entrée ne sont absolument PAS méritées. La décoration et le mobilier sont très datés. Le style se veut "antique" et baroque. Mais le mobilier et les équipements donnent plutôt l'impression d'un retour aux années 80. Quelques exemples de choses absolument rédhibitoires : - un parquet flottant... qui flotte littéralement au-dessus du sol - des joints noircis dans la salle de bains - des éléments de mobilier manquants laissant apparaître des arêtes dangereuses - un sol de douche bombé qui peut provoquer des chutes Le petit-déjeuner est très basique. L'accueil réservé par la réceptionniste au moment de l'enregistrement fut tout juste cordial. Aucun mot sympa pour demander si nous avions fait bon trajet ou pour nous recommander des sorties.

• Hirschorn (9/5): - The location on the pedestrian zone is great. The hotel is well maintained and the superior room in the third floor is great. The front desk woman was welcoming and assissted us with questions we had about the beautiful church- 5 minutes walk from the hotel

Ανακαίνιση χτες.Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη αλλά πραγματικά είναι κρίμα να είναι τόσο εγκατελειμμένα τα δωμάτια.

Nächstes mal sind wir wahrscheinlich woanders. - Nur die Lage und die Optik des Frühstücksraumes Und das Rührei, wenn mal was da war. 4 Sterne? Vor 40 Jahren bestimmt. Jetzt in die Jahre gekommen. Von ramponierter Einrichtung abgesehen, aber fehlende Griffe am Schrank muss nicht sein. Fehlendes Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kenn ich anders bei 4* Sauberkeit naja, 2* Niveau! Staub hier und da, Bettwäsche aber sauber. Der Empfang war auch mässig, keine Info über Frühstückszeiten, wo der Fahrstuhl ist…. Nicht unhöflich, aber willkommen geht anders. Bei 4* Schön, dass man offensichtlich die Badewanne gegen eine Duschkabine ausgetauscht hat, schade, dass man kein Geld für eine neue Duscharmatur hatte. 4*? Und Achtung. Die WCs vom Frühstücksraum haben nicht alle eine Toilettenbrille und Licht. Dass das Parken im Parkhaus 14€ pro Tag kostet sollte erwähnt werden, es ist aber direkt ums Eck. Und das Frühstück war des schlechteste unser 10 Tägigen Rundreise

• PHILandFOZ (9/5): I would stay again, however for the price and star rating I would have expected a little more. - The breakfast was ok. It could have been a bit better with regards to choice, i.e. fresh fruit salad for yoghurt, pastries were a bit dry and lacked variety. The hot was adequate, however, it was a bit worn out at times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Advertised as a kettle in the room, but had to ask for one, along with cups, as kept in the reception area. Only 1 additional pillow for a double room, again had to ask.

• Jane (7/5): Central location for a short stay - Central location, parking nearby. Decor was stylish in lobby and breakfast room. Bedroom & Bathroom were clean and kitted out well. Easy walking distance of the harbour and rest of the town Apart from the lady on reception when we left the other staff weren’t very friendly or engaging. While the appearance of the breakfast room was traditional the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming. We couldn’t eat quickly enough and leave. Include clearer instructions on where to park and the arrangement with the hotel (use Auto Parking)
