• James (8/5): Trying their best. - Proximity to Sligo town, staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Very basic, not really comfortable. Balcony door was faulty and didn't close properly. Couldn't get cooker to work, no teapot for tea making. Small television and a few other small issues.

• Murphy (9/5): EM CORK JULY 24 - The price was perfect. We had a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment which was great with kids. Free Wifi. A 2 min walk to bus stop ( choice of 2 to centre). Plenty parking. Friendly staff. Bedroom doors need card for access( I appreciate this is sharing student security measure) but can get tricky with kids. Shop didn't have alot of stock.

• G (9/5): Superb - Had a great stay in Clarion Village. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The standard of cleaning was excellent, and apartments appear to be well maintained. Check in process outside of office hours was very straightforward and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area.
• Sinead (10/5): The perfect stay. - Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly and welcoming, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Nothing at all.
• Hazel (4/5): Disappointed - run down and expensive. - Apt was spacious, good living room. A lot of things. No hangers in wardrobes, bathroom door in double bedroom had dropped on hinges so would not close. Bed very uncomfortable and pillows were awful. Bought pillows to try and improve sleep Kitchen - only 1 tray a pizza tray, 1 shelf in oven, had to buy a tray. The oven and hob had been cleaned so vigorously that all the markings were worn off had to request pictures from reception in order to use cooker and hob. One ring on hob broken. No plug in sink washing dishes difficult. No salad bowl had to buy one. Chairs at dining table are very unstable they seem to be loose, an accident waiting to happen. Biggest problem was water system we got little sleep on first night as pump kept restarting every few minutes and it is loud. Spoke to reception next morning and solution was to turn off system and just turn on when needed. We were promised a 10% refund this has not happened so far. 3 days in access cards stopped working and a gentleman walked into the apartment to clean. No idea why he thought the apt was empty. Finally construction, think adding additional car spaces, started so early starts all round. We packed up and left a day early. The apt is tired needs a paint job and lots of tlc you can still see marks on walls where students had posters etc stuck up. Doors are all scratched and worn need painting. We have stayed in a number of other student accommodations in Sligo with no issues - this was really disappointing and expensive for the quality of the accommodation.

• Dr (7/5): Summer visitor - Good location The staff's attitude towards the business should shift throughout the summer, from dealing with student housing to dealing with summertime guests.

• Lorna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spotless. Very well equipped. I had asked for a ground floor apartment and was told it was confirmed. We were on the 1st floor. I didn't complain, but was disappointed.
