• therese (9/5): - Très paisible en haut de la montagne vue super. Possibilité de faire des randonnées sympas au départ du village. Les gérants travaillent en famille, accueillants, attentionnés. La jeune femme parle anglais. La cuisine est bonne, abordable. Chambre propre. La literie n'est pas neuve mais après les premiers instants bien dormie quand même.

• OSCAR GIUSEPPE (7/5): Un hotel familiare per una pausa lontano dalla città - L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione giusto all'entrata del paese. Da lì si può raggiungere a piedi sia Arnosto che i principali sentieri (ad es. quello per I tre faggi). E' un hotel a gestione familiare, con SPA e ristorante. La stanza essenziale ma confortevole. La colazione italiana (brioche, cappuccino e alcune opzioni di dolce). Il ristorante offre buoni prodotti della cucina bergamasca, regionale e di montagna. Non ho usufruito della SPA ma ho avuto modo di visionarla di persona. E' dotata di vasca idromassaggio, sauna e due sdraio. Sicuramente un buon modo di passare un pomeriggio di relax nelle fredde giornate di inverno. Il bagno era privo di bidet. L'insonorizzazione è carente quindi il riposo è condizionato dalla buona educazione e dagli orari di chi vi trovate come vicini di stanza. Le prime due notti mi è andata bene, l'ultima no.

Abbiamo provato anche la SPA con vasca idromassaggio e sauna, attività consigliata se cercate un paio d'ore di relax. Torneremo sicuramente per rivivere l'esperienza magari nel periodo invernale.

L'hotel mi sento decisamente di consigliarlo perchè la camera dove io ho soggiornato era ben attrezzata (camera singola al primo piano, affacciata sul retro dell'hotel), la colazione molto buona, la cena (non inclusa, ma è disponibile l'opzione sia per la mezza pensione che per quella completa) davvero gustosa ed il personale attendo e premuroso

É limpo e organizado, porém não muito confortável em relação ao chuveiro c - A comida estava fantástica e também foram atenciosos no atendimento. É um hotel bem familiar e a comida de excelente qualidade. Como havia o SPA descrito, achávamos que o valor do uso estaria incluso, já que não foi especificado na reserva que seria cobrado à parte. O banheiro era de bom tamanho mas box do chuveiro era realmente pequeno e a cama fazia ruído. Sugestão: colocar um menu descrito com os pratos e o que está incluso, assim facilita a escolha dos dois pratos, como também nao se confunde com o tradicional menu italiano que inclui, primo, secondo e um contorno.

Its serene location, unassuming ambiance, and comfortable rooms make for a decent and budget-friendly stay. If you're seeking a calm getaway with basic amenities, this hotel meets the mark. Improving the internet connection on the upper floors to ensure reliable coverage within rooms would enhance the experience. Additionally, considering adding cheese to the breakfast options could be a positive touch.
• Milan (8/5): Very good - Very nice and friendly staff, however with very limited English. Typical sweet simple Italien breakfast but on request they provided ham and cheese as well. Location and terrible old and steep bumpy road to reach it.
