• Paoletto (10/5): Cosa vuoi di più - Camere accoglienti arredate con gusto, impianto elettrico pregevole (prese abbondanti anche con USB). Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Coccolati dalla proprietaria che ha messo a disposizione bevande e snack abbondanti e sopportato un nostro piccolo disastro involontario (birra scivolata fuori dal frigobar e rotta). Non c'è la cucina, ma tutto l'occorrente per una merenda o un piccola colazione. Presente quello che serve in bagno. Anche le pantofoline monouso. Vicino al centro quanto basta. Parcheggi vicini, a pagamento, quello liberi erano tutti occupati. Quartiere che mette un po' a disagio al primo momento, anche se poi si rivela tranquillo.
• Gabriele (9/5): Preiswerte Unterkunft mit viel Extraverpflegung - Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir vom Vermieter bestens informiert. Wir haben die Wohnung in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Innenstadt gut gefunden. Kontaktloser Zugang bestens. Im Kühlschrank gibt es jede Menge Wasser, Bier und Softdrinks; sogar eine Milch. Kaffeekapseln im Überfluss gleiches gilt für Snacks fürs Frühstück. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben, nachdem Ruhe eingekehrt ist, bestens geschlafen. Das Haus ist leider sehr sehr hellhörig. Bis lange in die Nacht hört man die Nachbarn und ihre Kinder. Da die Wohnung incl Bad sehr kalt war haben wir erstmal mit Klimaanlage geheizt. Das Haus ist leider sehr sehr hellhörig. • christine (8/5): - Le studio est propre et bien équipé, le lit et la douche confortables. Beaucoup de petites attentions Bien placé près du centre mais environnement immédiat peu attrayant. Les voisins du dessus ont été un peu bruyants la deuxième nuit. Sinon c’est calme.
• Megi (10/5): Excellent location and host - Excellent location, 5 min walk to train station. Roberat was polite and greeted us at the apartment, but everything is automatic so very suitable for late check in. The rooms are spacious and there were a lot of snacks for us to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Piacenza. The apartment does not get a lot of sunlight, but this is not an issue for short-term stays.

• Mick Nebauer (10/5): Lovely Piacenza - This is one of the most comfortable and best value for money apartment I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, along with the customary drinks and snacks, we couldn't have been happier. Communication was very easy and prompt and Roberta also offered some great local tips for drinks and restaurants. We'll be back .. Sorry but the only minus point .. the pillows on the bed offer no neck support and consequently I had a poor sleep

Check-in on line semplicissimo e comodo. Appartamento pulitissimo dotato di ogni comfort possibile, cortesie per gli ospiti di ogni genere (dagli snack alle bottigliette d'acqua, dalle fette biscottate e marmellata per la colazione a diversi tipi di cialde, thè e tisane). My biggest concern when travelling is cleanliness and here everything was hotel level. Everything worked out for us. We only stayed a night as we needed a stop from France towards Rome.

• David (10/5): Highlight of my various stays around Slovakia and Italy. - Everything. Loved this place and will be back. Had free drinks and snacks in fridge and was also great that there was a washing machine too. Roberta was really helpful during check-in/ out. Nothing,all was great.

The host was kind enough to pick us up from the station as it was hailing, and welcomed us with a free open-bar stocked full of sweets, snacks, and drinks (even beers!) Everything from check-in to apartment key was done electronically, very efficient and safe.

The hosts thought of everything that someone might want when they stay in a town away from their own - including yogurt and fruit in the fridge! The bed was very comfortable. Everything was great for me. It is an apartment in a family-based apartment building, so if you are the type of person that likes super quiet, then book elsewhere. For me, it was nice to hear the sounds of people living about me. It’s a vibrant neighbourhood.

• Nenad (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and clean accommodation near the center of Piacenza - The studio is comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Everything is exactly as described and in the photos, if not better. The location is in the center and on the edge of the ZTL zone. The hostess is very kind, she responded to messages very quickly and she did everything to make our stay in Piacenza very pleasant. Everything was perfect.
