Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Anita (8/5): - Schöne Wohnung. Super Lage direkt bei der Warft. Strand sehr nahe. Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden. Geschirrwaschmaschine reinigt nicht gut. Benötigt einen Service. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

- Ryan (1/5): Do not stay at this accommodation, they will try and charge you extra following your stay. - The accommodation charged me an additional $313 for leaving the keys in the room, rather than back in the lock box. This accommodation is a blatant scam. Do not book with them. This is despite me paying a premium to stay for 13 nights. Also be warned, the Wifi does not work.

- Ketina (9/5): Wonderful location - The proximity to the Manley ferry. The apartment is directly across from the ferry. Very clean. The apartment had everything that we needed for our weekend. It is above restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the surf beach. The key was in a very low mailbox and was difficult to get to. The instructions were very clear but I had to get down on the ground to get to the key.

- Glen (8/5): Very good - Location location location, no real views though Lockbox was difficult to access, and suggest that the instructions be updated to include the following suggestion: If you are driving, as a suggestion we would recommend that upon arrival you use the underground car park (NB 2.1M height restriction) and take the lift up to the ground floor to access the lockbox. For your convenience there is a luggage trolley in the reception foyer. You may then unload the car and return the luggage trolley, Also note that parking fees apply and are not included in the cost of the unit.

- Janice (6/5): It was convenient for our needs. - The location AC inadequate. Not serviced as expected. Wi fi non existent dropped out every few minutes. The lift was not working on arrival and although fixed was out of action on 2 other occasions. The key lock box is not easy to use. Admittedly it was bottom row of mail boxes but as a person who cannot crouch or kneel it took almost 15 mins to get key and almost as long to return it. Keypad did not light up. The desk is not aware of what is happening. Only property manager! My previous visit to Quest was a whole different experience.

- Keith (8/5): Very good - Hi Gabriel Our guest Ketty had lovely stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable & your communication was excellent. Her only feedback for improvement is with regards to the location of the key lock at the very back of the letterbox. Especially as the letterbox itself is the on the lowest row closest to the ground. It was very difficult as well as awkward to access without kneeling on the ground to reach the Key lock box the back to enter the code.

- Bath (9/5): Great base from which to explore all that Manly has to offer. - Spacious and light with good facilities and very well supplied with cleaning and care products. Very centrally located close to transport links and shops. The busy road although the double glazing helped to cut out most of the noise.
