It is an independent house and the property owner has ensured that all the minute things are taken care of. The owner is very helpful and very well behaved. We have never felt that we are staying in a home stay. It seemed that its our own property. This time I stayed for 3 days but next time when i visit Ujjain, i will definitely stay at same property and for more time. There is nothing to dislike in the property.
