• Sina (7/5): Ganz andere Unterkunft und Adresse als bei booking - Gute Boxspringbetten, Küche gut ausgestattet, 3 Ventilatoren vorhanden, genug Handtücher, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 Minuten zu fuss. Ebenso U Bahn ( weil Adresse der Wohnung völlig anders) , schöne Wohnung aber nicht was ich gebucht habe Statt in der Zenogasse war es in der Otto Bauer Gasse 17 und daher auch völlig anders als auf dem Foto. Nur eine 2 Sitzer Couch dafür 2 Schlafzimmer. Es wurde so getan als wäre die falsche Adresse ein Versehen aber steht auch weiterhin so drinnen. Zudem sind dann auch die Fotos falsch. Man hat das ungute Gefühl das da was völlig anders läuft als es sollte.
• Laura (10/5): Warm and comfy - This place was wonderful! Excellent location, easy access, charmingly decorated and functional. If you want your stay to feel being at home this is your place. Plus it was really warm, when outside the temperature was far below zero. Not much - we would have appreciated to be able to access the room slightly earlier than 15.00. The rest was as already mentioned perfect!

• Simona (4/5): Bad check-in experience - The property was very spacious and well equipped. The apartment is very well heated. The property was somehow missing love to the details. Not really feeling like home. The sofa in the living room is burned with cigarettes, from the wall in the bedroom are hanging open electrical wires. The curtains in the bedroom are hanging out of the curtain stick. All in all the apartment looks unfinished. No Flipflops (you need to bring your own). They left for 3 nights for two people 2 mini (5ml) shower gels. The very worst experience was the customer support from this property. Even you are booking the property through this platform they force you to send them proof of purchase. Then multiple messages were exchanged as I received non stop notifications that my payment failed what was not true. They requested that I provide them my CC so they can charge the outstanding payment (meaning double). So never ever I will book this property.
• Dean (7/5): Amazing property let down by poor servicing and inaccurate description. - Location was excellent, walking distance to Schronbunn Palace, close to the metro station. This apartment was beautiful and spacious. Washing machine and dryer, excellent pressure in the shower, huge TV with Netflix, dishwasher, huge fridge/freezer, comfortable lounge and under floor heating on the ground level. Quiet apartment. This apartment would have been a 10/10 if it was not for previous guests leaving the property in such a state and the cleaning crew had not been in to set up for our arrival. I spent 2 hrs cleaning, making the bed, dusting, putting out over filled garbage bins, vacuuming. Dishwasher full with dirty dishes. No toaster, kettle or microwave as stated in property description.

• Michelle (9/5): Comfy spot right by Schönbrunn - Quiet, comfy, and spacious apartment, 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the Schönbrunn gardens and another 5 minutes to the metro. We were there in a heat wave and with the windows/curtains shut while we were out during the day, it didn't get too too hot inside (although we did have our own travel-sized fan). The website the host used to manage the stay wasn't working correctly, so we had a bit of delay getting our checkin info, but once they were able to get the instructions to us everything was great!
• Doris (9/5): Great experience - Location is great, just to the side of Schönbrunn, so in just 5 min walk you are there. The apartment was perfect, comfortable, modern and very welcoming. Will highly recommend to other tourists. Maybe the location of the keybox

• Xutie (10/5): Excellent apartment nearby Schönbrunn - Excellent accomodation in Vienna! Apartment is clean, big, no noise from outside, great bed quality, dual shower, fully equiped kitchen, huge fridge. Smooth and quick communication with owner, hospitality and kindness in every word. Location is excellent - U-bahn is nearby, Schönbrunn areal is just accross a road.
• Aikaterini (6/5): Pleasant - The flat is massive and has a great collection of art that makes it very fun to stay at. It has all amenities your could require for cooking etc. although I didn't use them at all. It's a short walking distance to the underground as well which was great. Overall it's a quiet area. There were wet towels and rugs hanging in the bedroom. That seemed to be the standard way of drying things out, which made the whole flat, especially the bedroom, and the towels provided smell like mold that was very off putting. The flat was relatively clean, but not so the bathrooms and there were still some plates around from previous use in the living room. Also the shower had an amazingly good pressure but couldn't use it as the water wasn't draining out fast enough and so had to shower quickly to avoid flooding the bathroom. I didn't engage with the hosts except to receive the door code as I didn't need anything further. However leaving a note or sending a message with the wifi code would have made it more welcoming. Not the hosts fault by any means, but there was also a window in the bathroom higher up which was left open through which though there was food smells coming in the whole time and could hear babies crying in the early morning that woke me up.

Host assured me they aren't used to that weather so that's unfortunate.
• Radostina (9/5): Everything we needed for our stay was there, the host had thought of every travelers problem. - Lovely apartment in an ideal location for our purpose. Both the bedroom and living room are well furnished, with comfortable furniture. Large spaces with high ceilings, cool. All modern appliances and amenities, extremely well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom. I would definitely stay there again next year. The only advice I would give - the bathroom lacks a close-up mirror. As a woman who does makeup, the large mirror wasn't close enough to see my face perfectly.
