• João (9/5): Excelente alojamento - É um excelente apartamento, muito bem equipado e muito bonito. Numa zona muito agradável, segura e com tudo perto. Supermercados, taxis, lojas, bancos e todo o tipo de transportes. O apoio da anfitriã foi excelente, sempre pronta a responder às questões colocadas. A entrega das chaves foi excelente e fácil . Na vizinhança (hotel) também foram muito simpáticos, a recepção ajudou imenso. A regressar a Tblilisi, nem vou procurar outro sitio. É difícil encontrar um aspecto negativo. Talvez a zona seja um pouco barulhenta, mas a partir de certa hora o silencio impera.

• Ezinne (10/5): Fantastic. I loved it. - It was very clean and modern. The staff were great. Everything was great but it was right in the middle of a busy road/ street. Wasn’t bad to be honest, we just needed to be extra careful cos cars were moving left and right the minute you step out of the building.
• Abed Alaziz (10/5): Better Than a 5-Star Experience - Better than a 5-star hotel. Every detail is perfectly thought out—truly exceeds expectations and sets a new benchmark. The only downside is that the room can get quite hot, and the radiator under the window is not easy to adjust. It would be helpful if it’s preset by housekeeping to ensure future guests don’t face the same issue.

Есть дополнительное освещение над зеркалом в ванной. Все двери запирающиеся. Вся сантехника рабочая. Кровати удобные. Есть лифт. Есть шкаф для верхней одежды. В общем как будто приехал к себе домой, всё продумано до мелочей. Не было такого

• Bingji (9/5): - Newly renovated large apartment, super clean. Just located around the city center and the heater is strong during the winter. Highly recommended for solo traveler or dual traveler. Better to prepare some earplugs, bells from the church and dog bark may influence sleeping sometimes.

Нас ожидал готовый номер, с уютно включенным светящимся светильником в виде дерева и свечей в камине. Номер огромный. Все очень лакшери. Теплый пол, тапочки, халаты. Новая мебель, хорошая бытовая техника, хрустящее постельное белье…. Да все там было круто. После уборки, нам даже тряпочки бытовые сменили. В мой день рождения меня ожидал сюрприз в виде букета цветов и бутылки прекрасного оранжевого вина. Хозяева были всегда на связи, это очень важно и очень приятно. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания и все новое и красивое. Хороший дизайн и уют. Спасибо вам большое!!! По расположению, тоже очень удачно. Рядом остановка транспорта. Недалеко от исторический достопримечательностей. Само здание красивое и хол и этаж оформлен стильно. Это не относится к впечатлению о проживанию, но при сильном ветре громкие звуки издавал камин. Нам не мешало.

• Gali (10/5): Прекрасное место для проживания, очень хорошая квартира. - Прелестная квартира в центре Тбилиси, но не в старом городе, а в современном доме. Около метро Алабари, буквально в 50 метрах. До исторического центра 1 остановка. По факту это, насколько я понял, частный многоэтажный дом, в 5 этажей. На 4 и 5 апартаменты, ниже гостиница. Очень удобно. Вход через регистрацию или рядом дверь с кодом. Все фотографии соответствуют. По сути - евродвушка, большой зал с кухней и спальня. Полностью оборудована. Большой холодильник. Есть стиральная машина, утюг. гладильная доска. Уборка хоть каждый день, Белье свежее, чистое. Большой балкон. Жили на четвертом этаже., есть лифт. Внизу аптека, обменник, пара магазинов. Рядом много магазинов. Метро рядом, там же стоянка такси. Можно и пешком пройтись к старому городу. Много ресторанов и кафе. Большое спасибо владельцу и работникам, мы прекрасно провели неделю отдыха в Тбилиси! Нет такого, все было отлично!

• Thakur (10/5): The Warmest Welcome and the Best Location - The host couldn’t be more welcoming, and the location is absolutely perfect. The owner treats you more like a friend than a guest, making the stay feel truly special. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. During our visit to Georgia, we stayed at several properties, but none matched the charm, convenience, and thoughtfully provided amenities of hers.

• Michael (9/5): Almost Perfect - I’ve done lots of world travel and this apartment ranks up there with the best. I stayed in 401. It was a beautifully big, modern, clean and comfortable place with bathroom facilities to match. The kitchen area was also really well equipped with everything you need and more…..washing machine, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The balcony was a bonus and was just beautiful with stunning views: a lovely way to spend an evening dining ‘Al fresco’. There were plenty of little extras too. Close to all attractions with Avlabari metro, tour, exchange, shops and eateries all on your doorstep. Both WiFi and A/C were excellent. I was even given a complimentary bottle of wine by the owner on my arrival which was a very special gesture which was truly appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent before and during my stay, with all my requests catered for. This place goes the extra mile in every way. Finally, a special mention to the the housekeeper Marie, who was so friendly and helpful. She is an absolute star and a credit to the apartment. So, Apart leitmotif thank you for a wonderful stay (it would have scored a 10) bar the one issue detailed below. This would have been a perfect stay but unfortunately my neighbours (402) for the first four days (a family of four with a 3-4 year old child) were a nightmare. There was constant banging and noise in the evening. I can cope with children playing but the child was still screaming at midnight and the shouting and arguing from the parents was so annoying. The next guests who stayed for the next two days in the same room were just as noisy until well after midnight. So a perfect week’s stay was spoilt by guests in the adjoining room. I realise it’s not the fault of the host by any means and the room cannot be soundproofed just for me. I feel unkind mentioning this but I have to be honest. The walls are very thin and it did have a detrimental affect my stay. Also, although it didn’t spoil my stay, getting Georgian currency to pay by cash on arrival was a pain and it might be an idea to have a card machine on the premises.

• Leonard (9/5): I had to arrive earlier than expected but the host was kind enough to arrange my check-in earlier. They also messaged me - Comfortable, clean and modern!
• Matho (10/5): Excellent apartment. - The interior really caught our interest, aside from the affordable price. This is really expectation meets reality. The owner greeted us on our arrival and personally handed us over the key. She also pointed out where to find the basics (exchanges, groceries and the likes). The unit is dead safe. The whole place was covered with cctv, access was thru key cards both from the gate and the door. The unit is well lit from the internal lightings and natural light from the windows in the rooms and the living area. The interior has massive cabinets, we got more than enough (4 pax) for our stuff for a week of stay. Aside from the stove, you’ll have an oven and a microwave to heat up the left overs from eating outside. 😂 a huge fridge for your take homes and in case you want to cook for breakfast, like we did. Ample cookwares, plates and utensils are also available, so you wont need to buy from outside. Other amenities were also provided, blower, ironing board/flat iron, toiletries. Beds are extra comfortable. My son had a good sleep in 6 days. The sheets are clean and white. Key note: The place is well located, groceries and local restaurants are walkable. Public transport is a few steps away if you are planning to use one. A local market is around 50 mtrs away wherein you can buy local produce and a lot cheaper from delivery or Carrefour. Strawberry :17gel/kg vs delivery 16gel 500g) This place is a kilometer away from the busy area of Old Tbilisi. The host will check your comfortability from time to time and offer a cleaning service at one point of your stay. Already pointed out to the host, but that doesnt impact the whole experience.

Everything was available, including TV, washing machine, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils. The owner of the apartment was very kind. If I needed anything she helped me. I highly recommend this apartment. If I visit Tbilisi again, I will definitely rent it again. The interior design of the apartments is comfortable and beautiful. I felt very comfortable. Groceries and exchange are just few steps away from the hotel. Room facilities: All areas of the appartment have been utilized wised by the owner and washing machine and cooking facility are available. It has some good views from the balcony as well. Host: Host is extremely responsive. We had an issue with heating on the first night of our stay and the host cleared the issue with in no time.

• Puncharutsame (10/5): Worth every penny - I recently stayed at Apart Leitmotif and had a fantastic experience! The accommodation was impeccably clean and offered great value for the price. Its location was perfect—just a quick 10-minute walking to the city, making it easy to explore. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the amenities provided were good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! There is some construction happening nearby, which might make commuting a bit inconvenient. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't disturb my nights at all during my stay.

My verdict is that those who value style, quality, cleanliness, order and are meticulous to the smallest detail, this is exactly what we need. You won’t find better hotels or apartments in Georgia. This is true from the bottom of my heart, thank you It’s great that they did such a high quality job🙏Also, the owners are very friendly, 24/7 in touch so you don’t need it.
