• alessandra (9/5): Silenzio e comodità a pochi minuti da servizi e metropolitane. - Pulito, più spazioso di quanto possa apparire in foto, modernamente attrezzato. Parcheggio privato in cancello chiuso; ambiente silenzioso. luminoso e arioso in campagna ma a due minuti di macchina da Tor Vergata Nuova dove ci sono tutti i servizi. Avvolgibili elettrificati che permettono di regolare perfettamente la luce, per me importante elemento di comfort. Host presente e gentilissimo. Lavasciuga, un plus raro da trovare.

L’appartamento è accogliente, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per staccare e godersi qualche giorno di relax. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host Emanuele, gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità. Comunicazione rapida e precisa. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei molto volentieri! Niente, tutto perfetto!

Proprietario accogliente e super disponibile, attrezzato con tutto: cucina con utensili, cabina armadio grande, climatizzatore e Wi fi, bagno attrezzato e dotato di riscaldamento. Dotato anche di lavatrice con detersivo, stendino e ferro da stiro. Zona tranquilla e parcheggio interno. Tutto perfetto!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται κανείς στη διαμονή του, προσεγμένο στη λεπτομέρεια!! Ο καφές που ειχε στην κουζίνα ήταν υπέροχος!! Προτείνετε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

• Hadziabdic (10/5): - Everything was excellent. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host is very hospitable. I would like to mention that one night during our stay, public transportation was suspended, so we asked him for help. He kindly offered us a taxi service, drove us to the apartment himself, and saved us from possible overcharging by local taxi drivers. A small downside is the location, which is quite far from the city center, but that’s something that can’t really be changed. The only recommendation for improvement would be to replace the curtains on the entrance door, as they are quite transparent.

• IMRAN (8/5): Limited Comfortable - Location appealed to me. The apartment was freshly renovated and immaculately cleaned. Outstanding window shutters and private parking. TV and internet facilities are good. The road was extremely uneven, and the property was in a remote area. You must manually open the gate and close it after leaving the apartment, which is attached to another house. There isn't enough parking space due to another car next to it. I felt a little uneasy about the property owner's strict rules notice. People who are on vacation dislike following the rules. Even though the metal gate doesn't close unless you slam it, you must be extremely quiet at night and watch out that it doesn't get slammed. Property owners should, in my opinion, loosen the regulations and recognize that guests are there for a fun vacation. The apartment is filled with furnishings and decorations, such as books and candles, as though someone lived there all the time. Every night, there was a terrible smell, and I had the impression that someone was vaping or smoking, but you couldn't see them. To eliminate the odor, I had to keep the air conditioner running. The TV is set high so that it can only be viewed while in bed. I think the room is too small to accommodate a family. Visitors and guests were not allowed. No local store. This property was overrated by some people.
• Arjan (10/5): Perfecto! - Best host ever! Took time for us to give us the best recommendations and even brought us to the metro station several times. He also brought us to the airport in the middle of the night. Apartment was perfect and had everything we needed.

• Tadas (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean and modern, also very cozy and well furbished, it has everything you might need from kitchen appliances to phone chargers, shower gel, tea/coffee, etc. It is very well thought out and welcoming. The host is friendly and helpful, met us in person on both check-in and check-out, offered to send tips on what locations to visit, etc. Also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Good air conditioning, good wifi, parking is secure with locked gate, neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely choose again when visiting Rome. We had a lovely stay, just some suggestions to make it even better. :) Would be nice if there was some way to control hot water heating, if you miss the programmed time, there is no hot water for shower. I saw one apartment in Italy had timer button to turn on boiler heating for 30 minutes when pressed. Check in after 20:00 costs additional 30€ which is not mentioned in description.
