• Debra (6/5): Short walk to the river but views only of an empty lot and parking - Being a short walk to the river, having picnic tables there to enjoy the view. Too cold to go swimming but the small beach looked pleasant. Some of the decorations were nice. The bed was comfortable. For the price, l was expecting something more upscale. The amenities were "bare bones". Bath towels were skimpy, sheets could be better, no proper dish towel, no coffee or tea, no hair dryer, not many utensils (salad tongs, paring knife, corkscrew...), need more water glasses, a loud outdated air conditioner (but the mini split in the bedroom was nice)
• Crystal (7/5): Decent place to stay for a quick trip. - Location was decent, apartment was cute and AC worked great. There was plenty of TP, which was appreciated. Fridge/freezer worked great, keeping our stuff cold in 116 degree heat was also appreciated. Very cutely decorated with Marilyn Monroe and James Dean photos. TV in both the living room area and bedroom, which was a plus for us. Bed was uncomfortable, no hand towels for the bathroom, had to use the 1 hand towel from the kitchen area. 1 machine in the on site laundry room wouldn't accept coins, the other did, but didn't wash our clothes. 75 minutes and $3.50 later and our clothes were still dry and tide pods hadn't activated. The private beach advertised isn't what we expected, as the photos made it look more secluded and personal. Also didn't realize the $100 cleaning fee wasn't included in the proce of the apartment The dog hair from the prior guest was still in the bedroom closet area. Maybe a stick vacuum would be better than a broom if pets are allowed.
• Edwardo (9/5): My couple getaway was great, the room was comfy and the water felt amazing. - The property is nice and close to the water, it was very nice having the dock within walking distance. The beach area was a bit small but perfect for relaxing.
• Sandra (1/5): Will never stay here again - Close to River Being constantly watch on what you are doing. Can’t have visitors even if they have signs visitors park outside. Year 24 was good was able to have family visit. This year horrible had to kick out my visitors for visiting. We did clean up .Need to be more specific on booking. Com they want to charge per person for visitors. Will just go to camp Davis it’s better. I booked here for easy way for my old family members. The person watching property could have mention to me no visitors since the beginning . Instead of watching every move we made and call stephanie . Ruined my vacation.

• William (10/5): I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Bullhead City or Laughlin. - The property has a great location. The unit we were in was nicely decorated and served our needs comfortably. The staff was extremely helpful in every way.

• Rob (9/5): Simply awesome. We'll be back. - We stayed here last year, and it's excellent. I would only recommend they upgrade the beds and sheets. Otherwise the place is a 10 for us. Very accommodating.
• Vanessa (10/5): IT WAS AMAZING!!! - we loved the location and the private beach area. We definitely will be coming back and telling our friends and family about this place. We had a little issue with the restroom but they fixed that day. Parking might be an issue if you have multiple cars.

• Norma (10/5): Exceptional - I loved that it was close to the water Our place smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time. All our stuff smelled when we got home. It was the only down side.
• Cruz (8/5): Weekend getaway - We liked the 2 private beaches. We pretty much had one to ourselves, and we loved it. Very close to restaurants and stores. East to locate. Also close to the shuttle from Bullhead City to Laughlin. A couple of things was one that since the apt we booked was at floor level, we could hear every footstep the upstairs tenant made. Other was no real place to take your pet to relieve themselves. Only option was to use the vacant lot next door, but there were tons of goatheads and not ideal for paws. Maybe a fenced off area would be a good addition to the place. But we still enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

• Robert (10/5): We enjoyed our selves and was a much needed getaway! - Very quiet. The dock was a great place to relax. Nothing major to submit. The door had a tall vertical window that someone passing by could look in. Just a privacy issue with us. We covered it with a sheet.

• Teresa (8/5): It was a nice, quiet location, easy to find and close to places of interest. - The room was clean and well-stocked with cleaning supplies and such. The bed was super comfy. The dryers in the laundry facility were both out of order, so I had to go to a laundromat.

• Barbara (8/5): Very affordable - Stephanie was easy to work with, she was very patient with us and helped us with the check in process, it was the first time we used Venmo to pay for a place to stay and Stephanie walked us through the process. She was easy to contact fast to help. Also the beach was very nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the neighbors we nice. It looks like they are doing a lot of work on the property to upgrade it and I think it’s going to be very nice when they’re done. You could hear the person upstairs walking. Sometimes it sounded like they were exercising. We probably noticed it more because we haven’t lived in an apartment building before.
