• Lorenzo (8/5): - Rooms are good, spacious and confortables Some misunderstanding with the booking and the reception. At the end solved. If you are 3 people booking one room make sure you understand everything before booking.

Note that there are some adult massage places just across the road keep that in mind if this is something that bothers you. You had to leave a deposit at check in which was a bit odd. Also because you had to pay it in cash. We did get it back though at check out. There arent any facilities, not even breakfast option.
• Phil76 (7/5): - Top Lage. Nähe Asok MRT. Terminal 21 Mall fast vor der Tür. Shopping, Essen ud Massagemöglichkeiten in Fussweite. Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse. Deshalb etwas ruhiger für Sukumvhit nähe. Alles wie erwartet. Für ein, zwei Nächte ist alles bestens. Wer mehr Komfort wie einen Pool erwartet muss sich andersweitig umschauen.

• Polina (10/5): Great place - The location, the room, the cleanliness, everything was perfect. We definitely will be back to the same please when we’re in Bangkok next time. Close to terminal 21 shopping center, our favorite breakfast story for breakfast and my favorite Benchakitti park. Also it’s possible to walk to Lumpini. (Approximately 30-40 min?) No 7/11 in the walking distance :)

• Daniele (8/5): Bangkok marzo 2026 - Vicino centro comnerciale Terminal 21, a 5 minuti si può fare una passeggiata nel parco, condizionatore regolato sul minimo della potenza era silenzioso ed era più che sufficente per rinfrescare la camera, letto comodo, pressione dell'acqua nella doccia molto forte, Locale doccia un pò piccolo, mi aspettavo più ristoranti nella zona ma basta guardare su Googlel mapp e il problema si risolve.

No colocan suficiente papel de baño y aunque lo solicite es molesto estar pidiendo este tipo de productos, deberían solo colocar al menos 2 y ya.

• Koichi (10/5): 最高立地でストレスフリーな宿泊 - BTSアソーク駅からとても近く、立地はとても良いと思います。少し歩けばターミナル21やSW1Marketもあり、困ることはありません。屋台でのご飯からお土産が買えるスーパーまで、何でも揃います。とても利便性の高い立地にあるホテルといえます。部屋も清潔ですし、破損もあまり見当たりませんでした。シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出て、クーラーがちゃんと動くなど、基本はしっかり抑えてあるので、管理面で良いホテルだと感じました。 これは立地上仕方がない事ですが、このホテルの周囲を囲む様にして5店舗のマッサージ屋さんがあり、男性なら帰ってくる度に声をかけられます。そういうのが好ましくないと思う方には向いて無いと思います。

• Meta (9/5): Great location, great value - Great hotel, rooms comfy, clean. Note that there is 1000 baht deposit for the room. We absolutely loved the location. It didn’t bother us but the area is busy so it’s more or less loud throughout the night (traffic, etc.).

• LC (8/5): Great value for money, location, and convenience. - The staff were very friendly, giving me free masks when the pollution in Bangkok got really bad. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My room was quiet as it was at the back of the hotel, with the window facing the adjacent building. No traffic noise which was surprising. Great value for money given the proximity to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the BTS Asok /MRT stations. It is a quick walk to Benchakitti Park as well. If you're looking for accommodation on the cheaper end but still close to everything this is an excellent option. I couldn't open the window to air out the room but that is common around Bangkok from what I have experienced. If you have children, just be aware the hotel is in a side alley with massage places in front of it. The ladies sit out the front of the establishments but they don't bother you. One minor issue was the shower alternating between very hot or cold, hard to find the sweet spot for temperature.

Shower has amazing pressure. The room has most ameneties, but slippers are available at the front desk. I booked it for the location and for the amazing coffee shop located in the neighbouring building. The air from the AC was musky, but I managed to survive with it off.
