- Ben (4/5): Good but far from amazing - The garden the location and the beds It's nothing major but things like air con doesn't work (hasn't for a while) oven is not really of a modern standard, kitchen was badly laid out, bathroom very dated and in need of a revamp. To be honest it just needs the smaller details looked at and this place would be fabulous really simple little fixes would take this place up several star ratings in my view and scap that rude rule book and or reword it
