- Frank (10/5): - Appartment was prima. Contact met eigenaresse was plezierig. Attente damen, evenals haar dochter. Contact met Muse Holiday, die verhuur voor zijn rekening neemt, was meer dan dramatisch slecht. Sleutelcode bij aankomst functioneerde niet. Daardoor 3/4 uur bezig geweest om binnen te komen. Ondanks toezeggingen geen herstel. Filmpje gestuurd, geen respons. Voorts bleek dat wij recht hadden op een voucher voor de skipassen. Had ons €100,- korting opgeleverd. Echter Muse was vergeten deze voucher te sturen. Muse doet dat af met commentaar dat het ónze verantwoordelijkheid was geweest hier naar te vragen???

- Shlomo (10/5): I loved the apartment, great location. - The view from the balcony is amazing! The design of everything was beautiful. Everything is close walking range, and the owners are nice and welcoming, helping with anything you need on your stay! Would totally recommend. Ortisei is beautiful city with alot of beautiful nature to view around, take the cable cars and explore the city by foot.
