- Hon Ming (9/5): - Good location, but quiet. Just about 10 minutes walk for reaching a supermarket. Our roooms equipped with a big Jacuzzi bathtub. The staff were very helpful. The hotel Japanese restaurant provided good Japanese food at reasonable charges. Yhe hotel did not provide laundry services.

The toilet vent smells you know what. Ceiling shower does not work. Sink overflow drain is dirty. Staff have trouble communicating in English.
- Ted (6/5): - 파인그로브는 매년 서너번번정도 이용중인데 조식이 금정에서 편의점 내부로 바뀌면서 아쉬움이 큽니다. 금정 조식은 국내외 5성급 막론 호텔조식으로 최고였는데 이번에 바뀌면서 ㅜㅜ 다음에는 숙박하더라도 조식은 거르거나 인근 식당에서 해결할 예정입니다

- TAEHEE (10/5): 깨끗하고 청결한 호텔~ - 대청동(장유)에있는 호텔중 가장 만족한 호텔 이었습니다. 호텔로 올라와있어 예약하고 와보면 상당수 호텔이 모텔급이어서 실망스러웠는데~ 청결하고,넓고,안락하고,조용하고~ㅎ 아주 만족스런 휴식처였어요. 재방문의사 100%입니다.

- HEE (8/5): 우리 지역 호텔 숙박후기 - 김해 주민인데 한번 숙박해봤습니다~ 호텔외관이 멋스럽기도 하고 코로나로 어디 멀리 호캉스 가느니 한번 가봤어요. 시설도 깨끗하게 관리돼있고 내부 인테리어나 소재들이 고급진 편이에요~가든뷰라 도시내 호텔이지만 뷰도 굿!! 그런데 기본 제공 2병 외의 물은 추가로 구매해서 마셔야한대서 좀 당황스러웠습니다ㅎㅎ 모텔에서도 물 추가로 공급하는데.. 모텔촌에 자리잡고 있는 호텔인데 이부분은 좀 개선해야하지 싶네요~

- EUN SUK (10/5): 아이데리고 묵기 좋은 호텔이예요 - 아들 군대 면회땜에 숙소검색하다 숙박후기가 좋아 묵게 되었네요, 아직 미성년자 아이도 있는 가족이라 나름 호텔 정하는것도 신중하게 고르게 되더라구요 근데 탁월한 선택이었어요^^ 완전 깨끗하고 조용한게 방음도 잘되어있고 욕실도 2개나 있어서 편했어요, 5명이 묵었는데 침대도 킹사이즈와 싱글2개가 있고,여분 침구도 한채 주셔서 넘 편하게 잘수있었답니다. 온가족이 모두 만족한 숙소였어요~^^

- HYOSEOK (8/5): 롯데워터파크를 방문한 가족들에게는 최적의 장소 - 호텔은 새로지은건지 리모델링을 한건지 아주 깨끗합니다. 어매너티도 아주 훌륭했고 수건도 깨끗하고 충분하게 제공 되었습니다. 욕조나 변기 등도 아주 청결하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 포근하고 좋았습니다. 다만 먼지가 좀 많았습니다. 세탁한 침구에서 날리는 먼지 같았습니다. 그리고 출입문이 제공해준 카드키로 열리지 않았는데 전혀 조치가 안되어서 조금 불편했습니다.(외출했다 돌아와서 프론트 직원을 불러서 마스터키로 문을 오픈했습니다) 주변은 모텔촌에 중간에 위치해 있는데도 깨끗한 환경이었습니다. 롯데 워터파크에서 아주 가까워서 롯데워터파크를 방문하실 가족들에게는 좋은 선택일 것 같습니다

- KYUNG MO (10/5): Nicest hotel in this city - Everything was good except one thing. At the time of check-out, the staff was not professional at all. There was one team in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get a page of receipt. She was alone and looked quite nervous for everything. I don’t know what she was doing and why it took so long time to finish card payment for just two rooms however she never told me sorry for long waiting. Maybe because I was a Korean?? Anyway, thanks for everything especially for good breakfast everyday. I would choose this hotel again if I had a chance.
