• Jon (10/5): Bonito, céntrico y bien comunicado - Está muy céntrico, a 15 minutos de los canales o del duomo y a 20 de la última cena. Muy limpio y completo, en una calle poco transitada, evitado ruidos, pero a la vuelta hay mucho ambiente con cafeterías y restaurantes. Cerca de las líneas del metro 2 y 4. Cerca del tranvía. Quizás algo de ruido los sábados, pero las ventanas están aisladas con persianas eléctricas
• Rebecca (6/5): Location to the centre was good, facilities inside had what we needed. Unfortunately, the noise from the adjoining apart - Location worked for a short walk to the centre. Had all the facilities in there that we needed The pillows were not comfortable and the sofa was not comfortable to sit and watch tv. The tv also only had a few channels so wasn’t very useful. The noise from the adjoining apartments and the road was so loud it did keep us up.
• Silvia Regina (8/5): - Muito boa acomodação, limpo, funcionários prestativos, cozinha boa, máquina de café. O sofá da sala muito desconfortável até para sentar imagina para dormir. Tivemos problemas com o aquecimento, demorei muito para conseguir acertar o aquecedor, seria importante já deixar o aquecedor ligado antes. Minha filha ficou resfriada. Tivemos também uma pessoa que ficou batendo na porta e tocando a campainha por quase uma hora.

• Catherine (7/5): Chouette logement et quartier pour les couche tard - Bien situé, quartier sympa, bien équipé Extrêmement bruyant les nuit de fin de semaine. L’entrée directement sur la rue rend l’appartement très bruyant, des groupes de jeunes boivent et parlent directement devant la porte jusqu’à tard. Le Canapé lit pourrait être plus confortable.

Algunas observaciones importantes: el inodoro tiene sarro, los bordes de la ducha tienen moho, el frigorífico no estaba limpio, había polvo en las lámparas y uno de los armarios tenía un olor desagradable. Por estas razones, no puedo dejar una buena reseña, lo siento. Además, debería indicarse claramente en el anuncio que el apartamento está en la planta baja, para que los huéspedes puedan decidir si reservarlo o no.

• LUIS (8/5): - La ubicación. Está a unos 20 minutos andando del Duomo y a unos diez minutos andando del barrio de Navigli. Mucha oferta gastronómica por los alrededores de todo tipo. Especial mención al Bar DeAmicis Uno con unos cocktails acompañados de unos aperitivos espectaculares. Por poner un pero la poca comodidad del sofá para ver la tele.

• Africa (10/5): Genial - Todo ha sido perfecto. Ubicación fantástica. Caña súper cómoda, baño genial. No le faltaba un detalle. El sitio está cuidado y súper nuevo y el servicio de atención excepcional. Si vuelvo a Milán, repito!

• Cristina (8/5): Estancia perfecta - Apartamento a 15 min andando al Duomo y en la zona de Navigli con bares, tiendas y supermercados próximos. Calle muy tranquila. Super limpio y temperatura muy agradable. Todo fenomenal.

Super literie Il Manquait des torchons et pas assez de poubelle pour tout le tri demande. Manque taie d’oreiller pour oreiller supplémentaire . Juste des torchons et taies d’oreillers. Un peu bruyant mais. Omme c est très bie. Situé on oublie vite .

• Wendy (7/5): Very sweet apartment but not suitable for sleeping on the sofa bed. - The location was good as the apartment is situated in a lovely area between the Navigli District and the Duoma, with easy walking of about 15 minutes to either of the two areas. There is also a new metro station within a 3 minute walk. The unit is very sweet and neatly furnished, with all facilities and equipment you would require for a short stay. There is a self-checkin service so we did not meet the host. The apartment is advertised with two beds, one of which is a sofa bed in the living area. We asked for both beds to be made up and they were, but it is not possible to have a good night's sleep on the sofa bed. The door of the apartment opens directly from the street into the living area and it has a frosted glass door, so you can see people walking past all the time (they cannot see in as it is one way glass) and there is a lot of noise from the street. There is also a street light that shines into the living area at night. I would not recommend you try to sleep in this area - the photos will show the problem with the street light and seeing people through the glass door. A screen of some sort to block out the light and noise would help with this problem.

The location was great, within walking distance of all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. The neighbourhood was nice and safe , offering a true local vibe with great restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was warm, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of the stay was the host's exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness. Their attentiveness made the experience smooth and stress-free, ensuring that any questions or needs were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a combination of convenience, comfort, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again!
• Shammas (8/5): It was a very good deal - It is clean comfortable, Spacious, so close to the tram and walkable distance to the Duomo. A lot of available restaurants available late at night Noisy at night. Too many young people staying up late.

• Qinglan (9/5): Superb - A clean and cozy flat. Check-in smoothly. Near tram station. The trash bin was broken. We had issue with hot water. One have to wait for a while until hot water came again after another one took a shower. I guess hot water tan was not big enough. But in general it is a very nice place.

The apartment is ground floor and quite noisy if there is people in the street. Light comes in during the night and makes it difficult to sleep in the sofa bed for the 3rd guest. The TV and the umbrella were broken and the owner did not replace it nor did he offer any compensation.

• Valentina (3/5): Do not stay here. - The only good thing about this property is the location. The property was not well cleaned. When we arrived, the bathroom still had toilet paper in the trash from the previous guests. Additionally, the A/C was not working, and there was a lot of noise from the street, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. The worst part of our stay was when I informed the staff about the A/C issue the next day. They asked if we were present to have it fixed. I explained that we were not at the property at that moment, but we preferred for them to wait until we arrived before entering the place. Unfortunately, they disregarded our request, and upon our arrival, we found the doors of the property wide open, and the staff present, despite my previous instructions. They also mentioned that someone had attempted to open the lock and inadvertently broke it, resulting in the need for repairs. This situation made us very uncomfortable, as we suspected someone was attempting to break into the property and steal our belongings. Moreover, the fact that the staff did not honor our request to wait for us before entering the place was the most alarming part. We were unsure whom to trust. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this place. It lacks cleanliness and safety.

• Anonymous (3/5): Stressful - It was very clean and tidy with good facilities, The location was very noisy with drunk people specially on Thursday , Friday and Saturday till 2 am ,which you can not sleep . The instructions was not very clear to find the apartment door , so I had to book into another hotel till the next day which I managed to them after 10am and find the door , I’d you get there after 12 midnight there is no customer care and you can not get in touch with anyone till the next day after 10am .very poor customer service I would say this is .

Construction work and a lot of noise coming from the street every night we got used to it but was very annoying and during the day we had construction workers the walls are very thin so we could not even hear the tv.
• Justine (6/5): Overall the apartment has good location and but if you are staying for a long time I wouldn’t recommended the apartment - Near the city center, good restaurants near the apartment Too much noise ! There was construction work in the building, starting from 7/9 a.m and continuing during the day, everyday… No rest possible ! Plus you can hear everything from the street, there is no isolation in this apartment from the street noice, if you are a light sleeper don’t come here or bring ear plug, very good one ! For the bed in the room no problem, but the convertible bed is next to door (if you open the door you are on the street) and there is street lamp flashing through the door, and sun light in the morning…. I would advice to bring eye mask or for the agency to install a blind in the room.

AC was perfect for hot Milano days. Apartment was designed well and it had everything I needed. Location was perfect to see Milan and attend work meetings. Area felt like a great neighborhood. Everything you need is near the flat. Great directions from the company There was a bit of sound and talking you could hear from the apartment next door and from the street. I sleep with headphones or sound machine so it didn't bother me but note there is noise you can hear.

• Yasser (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Spacious apartment, shiny clean, ready to cook kitchen, and the location is just right! Walking distance from most of Milan's attractions. Also we had chicken in late but the staff was very friendly and responded immediately. Nothing.
• Bruce (7/5): It was OK but a little too pricey in our opinion. - Nice high ceilings and a fairly clean apartment. It had a lot of amenities which was nice, but no cleaning agents (laundry deterhent, dish soap, etc). Great lighting and very fast internet and there was some helpful information inside the room for us which was very nice. It had a great location about 1-2km from all of the major sites so we walked most of the time. 1. Not enough hot water. It went cold 2/3rds through a 10 minute shower. 2.We found it hard to locate, there were no signs save a very small sticker on a door. The key box located outside the door was not the type we had seen before so we didn't know whwere the keys were. Once we got the keys we text the owners to see how we get it. They sent a picture of two doors with the words entrance on one door... that was not the apartment entrance. It took us some time to figure out where the entrance was and they were not quick to respond, so we were a little put out. 3.The apartment has little soundproofing so you can easily hear people talking on the sidewalk as they walk by the apartment (at normal talking levels), and you can also hear others in the building around you as well.
• Alexandra (8/5): Great place - Nice, clean and modern place. Everything is as new. Near the city center, Navigli, metrostations and trams. Contact with the owner was very easy, they were always ready to reply. If you sleep in the sofa bed there’s a lot of light from the street coming in. But it’s nothing a sleeping mask can’t fix.
• Danny (9/5): A beautiful clean apartment in an amazing location for a fair price - the place was clean and modern and tastefully minimal. it had everything you need, lots of storage and was very clean and tidy. the location was amazing. walking distance to all the cool stuff. the host communicated via WhatsApp and was very easy to deal with. would defo stay here again. was all perfect
