- Jaha (10/5): RECOMENDADO - Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro, playa, supermercado, a pesar de estar tan céntrico se pasa buena noche sin ruido. El lugar es amplio, muy cómodo y seguro además de muy limpio. La atención de Yaneli excelente, súper atenta, Gracias. De seguro nos volveríamos a hospedar.

- Enjells (1/5): Bad - The apartment offers parking in the condominium so we left our car in the parking during our stay in Tamarindo. When we were checking out noticed our car was hit on the back of the driver side close to the trunk and stop light. We informed the hosts about the accident and they said that security and staff did not see what happened and could not offer any assistance. Also the parking didn't have any security cameras, so we called authorities to report the accident and they mentioned officers couldn't enter the property because they will not give the required authorization given that is a private property. We were offered barely any assistance and told that cases like that happen everyday and not much can be done. We feel disrespected and that our issue was not promptly addressed, hosts left us in the parking of the condominium and left without offering any solution to the accident. We're still looking for a solution to this incident and expected the hosts and booking to take this seriously, if not we'll seek further legal action.

Had everything we needed When there was a misunderstanding about the form of payment, the owner was rather unprofessional in her approach. She immediately jumped to conclusions and made assumptions about my character that were uncalled for without trying to understand my perspective. She had a highly emotional response and if I had behaved in the same way, it would have exacerbated the issue. I was able to deescalate the situation by remaining calm, unemotional, and factual. I was able to show that I had followed the information that was provided to me in booking.com. She did not attempt to solve the problem and I had to take time out of my vacation to solve the misunderstanding. I would have appreciated a more professional experience.

The gated/security guard helps safeguard your family and belongings. I’ve been to Tamarindo many times and this will be a place I will try to stay first (if available…) Every time moving forward.
