• Manas (7/5): Comfortable stay at decent location, ranking fair from a value for money perspective. - The location of the hotel is good. It is approximately a 2kms walk right into the heart of the city. It is a decent stay option if the limited purpose is to just sleep at night and not spend much time in the room. We booked 2 deluxe double rooms but the two rooms were not identical. One was smaller and had a window but no sofa. The other one was a little larger, had no window and a sofa cum bed. While toiletries are included when we book the hotel, we just got a very small, unbranded Rs. 5 soap bar. No shampoo or cream was provided. Towels seemed old and worn out (they were washed and seemed clean though). I would recommend you to carry your own toiletries and towels. Beds, furnishing and lighting was decent for a ~INR 2k room (twin-sharing w/o breakfast). One may argue that much of the above stated deficiencies may be overlooked in light of the decent location and the cheap price. In my view, this argument has merit. I have just tried to be as comprehensive as I can.

The room itself was basic and not very clean, though there was warm water, more or less. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, you’ll need to spend a bit more. However, the staff was absolutely fantastic, and the location was excellent. Just don’t expect much from the room itself.”

• Jyothi (6/5): Good for stay for a couple looking for only neat and clean room - The room was quite, neat and clean and very near to Golden Temple . The room is very small, without a window and there was no coffee, tea & sugar pouches in the room ,no toiletries and no in house restaurant.
