Claire (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - a disgrace! - A 5 minute walk to the centre of Blackpool DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! It does not match the pictures or descriptions at all. This property is absolutely filthy - mould and damp in every room, even on the lampshades; urine stains on the beds and bedding; unidentifiable stains up the walls next to the beds; food left under the furniture; broken curtains / blinds in the living room, meaning passerbys on the main road directly outside can see straight into the property; cobwebs throughout the property; clumps of other people's hair stuck to the furniture; slimy residue around the toilet, shower and sink; unsealed bath & shower; stale brown water left around the bath/shower area; bathroom tiles stained with the previous occupant's residues; mouldy & rusty blind in the bathroom that is hanging from a broken fitting and cannot be properly closed, giving people outside a view of you in the bathroom; rusty shower head and fittings; dead insects on the windowsills; no WiFi or internet access at all (the owner will tell you they are 'changing supplier', but Ofcom have confirmed this is false information and there is no supply at all and hasn't been for quite some time; "cleaning products available" (as stated in the listing) = 1 dishwasher tablet for a family of 4 self-catering for two days and two nights. The owner and website are very unhelpful and uninterested in the state of this property and the false advertising and misinformation provided by the owner, so do not waste your money or time - book somewhere else!

Arnold (7/5): Good location with free of charge overnight car parking nearby. - Good location within 5 to 10 mins walk of Promenade and town centre. Car parking along Coronation Street is free of charge all day Sunday and after 6pm Monday to Saturday (max 1 hour stay otherwise). Parking in back lane at rear of property is controlled by permit (provided by owner) but mostly occupied during weekend we stayed. N/A.
Martin (9/5): Cosy, comfortable and great location - Very clean and comfortable, great location walking distance to everything and superb value for money. Loved the fact the heating was on so it was warm and cosy when we arrived. Only issue was the pillows were too flat.

Parking was a bit tricky to find but when we called the number we were given it was answered immediately and all sorted quickly. Location & communication from the owner. adelle (1/5): Avoid/ruined weekend - Location and size of the apartment Gate was locked so could not park car. Apartment not cleaned to any standard. Bedding mucky and smelt of urine for sofa bed and one of single beds no better. Kitchen utensils not adequate for cooking. Went out for the day arriving back at 9.30pm with children and sofa bed did not unfold so couldn't be slept on properly. Couldn't actually park car for our stay so had to leave it in multi storey and pay extra. Spoke to a gentleman called Paul on checkout day as emergency number did not work and Paul advised if he had the power he would refund our stay but had to deal with booking.com who were very helpful but enjoy blackpool only offered £50 refund which was laughable and unacceptable with 2 very upset children for the night.

Pictures on here are clearly old and rather misleading as the property is in need of an upgrade/renovation. There are posters up saying it is being renovated "early 2025". Paint work needs freshening up and needs new carpets and blinds. Sofa bed was broken and grubby. Wifi was down due to changing supplier. We couldn't get in on check in and had to call the proprietor (although admittedly we went to the wrong door) and were made to feel like we were an inconvenience.

Laura (2/5): Great size accommodation, poor health and safety. - The accommodation was a great size. Plenty of room. Plenty of outlets if needed. The accommodation door lock didn't feel adequate for the door. The rear door fire exit was blocked by 4 mattresses and in the event of a fire we would be unable to get out safely. My daughter found a capsule of what looked like illicit drugs on the bedside table. There was no blind or curtain in the bathroom so the apartment overlooking the bathroom upstairs could see myself or my children entering and exiting the shower whilst unclothed. The electrical equipment wasn't up to code. While stated in the booking there was internet provided there was unfortunately not and no prior communication to inform us of this. The signal in the area was very poor and had no means of communication, whilst an emergency number was provided it stated in the welcome pack to not call unless the "roof was on fire". The contact number on the back of the room key rang another hotel and just rang out. The house directly over the road seems to be some sort of drug den or known to local drug users as every night a police van or car was in attendance due to incidents involving people using drugs or alcohol. In the immediate area there seemed to be a heavy flow of people who seemed under the influence even during the day.

Evie (5/5): Okay for one night. - Owner was nice and kept in touch regarding check in. Apartment needs a serious face lift. The facilitieswere old and grotty and because of this made it feel unclean. Sofa bed had bare mattress showing with cushions to cover it up, cooker was very old and I wouldn’t have wanted to cook on it.

Highly recommend the cafe they have for your breakfast! Nothing

Central location, although that did mean lots of noise from other accommodation across the road until the early hours of the morning (to be expected I guess). The house was dated and very dirty. Particularly the floors. I would not recommend staying here with family and definitely not with babies or toddlers. There weren’t enough towels.
ben (8/5): Nice clean apartment close to lot of attractions but parking at apartment is not great - The apartment was close to amenities literally less than 5 minute walk to see front. Apartment was clean with enough room for family of 5. The area is currently been rejuvenated with work happening but alot of places empty and looks run down. Parking at the apartment is also bit of a nightmare wouldn't recommend using the parking bays at apartment if you have a larger vehicle.

My daughter had to go and stay with another family. It seems nothing has been done to it for about 30 years. Not even a lick of paint. Not worth the money we paid at all.
dion (8/5): Great one night stay :) - Ideal location close to the tower, food courts, and beach. The owner was there to greet us and was very helpful, kind and polite . The apartment itself was clean, spacious and modern with modern furniture. The cafe for breakfast was literally a 5 second walk from our front door and we each had a cook breakfast which was basic but filling :) The lady behind the counter was so pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyable stay for one night :) Just a couple of little things ...it would have been lovely to have some condiments, such as milk cartons, tea bags / coffee for drinks. and we only had half a toilet roll for the four of us. Also some little soaps or shower liquid wouldn't go a miss :) And the curtains in the front room window could do with modernising. They're like the kind you get in offices. A couple of colourful pull down blinds would look better. Other than that , perfect. Thanks :)

Wing-Yin (2/5): Extremely disappointing and really not very nice at all - Really good location for Blackpool Tower and the sea front. The whole apartment stank of dog. The floors were filthy especially in the bathroom. There were only 2 towels when there were 4 of us staying. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. No parking on the night I arrived. I arrived late at night and the sofa bed wasn't made up. There was only one bowl so the four of us had to take turns to eat breakfast cereal. The hairdryer didn't work. They were not quick at responding to messages. Noisy neighbours and thin walls so kept up with music then woken up in the morning with music again. Big damp patches on the ceiling in the bedroom. The fan in the bedroom wasn't working properly. All in all it was a bit of a disaster zone. If I could have left, I would have done.

Rachel (1/5): Rude unpleasant staff. - Shabby. What constitutes parking is a patch on a very busy set of roads. Rude staff. Can't get hold of them to check in and then they harrass you when you find alternative accommodation because not being able to get into the property, even after you explain the anxiety caused to your daughter who is going through cancer treatment at not being able to get into the address after making several calls, which the provider states they never had. My phone is available as proof if this. Even though you've been outside, knocked on the door and tried to ring them several times. There was no apology for confusion just texts from someone who has obviously had no customer service training. I stay a lot of places through booking.com. Out of 20 I've stayed so far this year, this is top 2 of the worst. Just rude and unpleasant and made what was supposed to be a fun relaxing weekend for my daughter mid her treatments, stressful. Hope you can sleep nights.

Only issue was the blind on the bathroom wasn’t correctly fitted so couldn’t unwind with the pull beads. It had to be taken off the wall unfurled and then put back on. But the signs on the room clearly stated that it is due a refurb soon, and that was the only issue I came across.

Apartment was clean and very spacious, comfy beds too :) 10/10 would recommend, you hand keys in to a cafe at the end of the road during check out where we had a delicious breakfast - the perfect stay. No complaints.
Kym (10/5): Little Gem - This was a little gem I found for a last-minute trip! A very functional apartment for time in Blackpool - we only stayed a night, but I wouldn't hesitate to book again and for longer. Location - you are literally a 5 minute walk from the tower area/promenade/winter gardens. There are at least 3 car parks around if (like me) forget the to book a parking space! Facilities - everything you need was there! We didn't need to cook, but if we had, everything was there and tons in terms of being able to clean up after ourselves. The check-in/check out process was brilliant. There were 4 of us staying, and when the details were sent, it meant 3 of the girls who were ready to check in. Also, all of us got a good night sleep. Also, the apartment is waiting to undergo renovation, which the owner placed clear signing to this! This knowledge did not detract from the stay and you can tell the owner was still giving the apartment attention, it wasn't just being left Minor issue is an odour (no signs of mould anywhere, but there was a smell of it)

John (8/5): - Clean, comfortable, good location, simple. Unfortunately the shower did leak but this didn’t matter to us as we were able to just use one of the other bathrooms as we were all one group.

Zahid (3/5): 🙁🙁🙁 - The location,rooms where clean no dust or damp smell anywhere in property. No comunication with staff when needed had no wifi when promices on line. Kids where sad and spolied the whole holiday and it was my doughters birthday so could face time family memebers. Was such a sad day for us all

Giles (1/5): Don't.......get a HOTEL - Nothing, It was a like an £80 a week bedsit Apartment? Could close curtains, wifi was useless, carpets laid by a blind grandmother, pillows were ewww, bed uncomfortable, no fitted sheets, the place was awful, never booking apartment in Blackpool again!! If the price wasnt discounted I would be fuming for false advertisng.

Angela (7/5): Blackpool trip - Location good for town and Tower but general area quite run down Front door fell off hinges when opened but partially fixed by owners when alerted, but difficulty with locking & unlocking but managed. Entrance hall needed smartening up. Main living areas ok. No remote control for TV so unable to watch, but not important for our stay. Only 2 of the bedroom doors closed properly. No one had cleaned under the living room furniture, evidence of ? sweet wrappers. Beds comfortable

Malgorzata (7/5): Ogólnie obiekt dobry, właściciel pomocny. - Właściciel czekał na nas, przekazał klucz, pokazał parking. Bardzo ciepły apartament Woda pod prysznicem niewystarczająco ciepła. Brak kawy i herbaty. Musieliśmy rano pójść po kawę, byłoby dużo łatwiej mieć kawę i herbatę w pokoju.

Lauren (1/5): Would never return - Centre of Blackpool The apartment was dirty, slug trials all over the carpets. Stunk of cigarettes and had dirty wrappers in the drawers.. it was that poor that we booked a hotel elsewhere as didn’t feel clean to stay in.

Stephen (9/5): Comfortable and clean holiday flat in the heart of Blackpool - Comfortable, clean and spacious with all the basics you need for a night's stay. 10 minutes walk from Blackpool seafront. Helpful and friendly staff. Surprisingly no noise from outside given the location. No tea towels in the kitchen.
