It felt more like coming home to a family member !:) Luka even mentioned he likes everything organised and perfect and it was obvious, the room was spotless, every inch planned perfectly with EVERYTHING you could need, every little corner made with so much care, matching colours and adding small details. Location - super! View from balcony - unforgettable! Host - super caring, even a great guide knowing a lot about his city, even gave map and recommendations!! Our host allowed us to park early and was able to accommodate an early arrival. Clear communication!! Everything was great. We did request a frying pan for cooking eggs which was brought to us right away.

• Risto (10/5): A place to stay in Kotor - We were warmly welcomed by the host, Luka, who is an extremely helpful person. He assisted us with everything we needed during our stay and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and boat trips. The accommodation itself is fantastic. Everything you might need is provided. The place is modern and very cozy. There is a covered parking space right next to the house. For anyone to whom internet connection is important, this place is perfect, as the speeds are very good. We were extremely satisfied with this place, and if we ever return to Kotor, we would definitely choose the same accommodation again!

Tout peut se faire à pied: la vieille ville, les restaurants, le front de mer... tout en restant dans un endroit calme et agréable. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, confortable et il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Mention spéciale pour Luka, qui est un hôte vraiment adorable: très réactif, toujours disponible pour aider, donner des conseils ou s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Son accueil a clairement rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter pour découvrir Kotor dans les meilleures conditions.

Die Lage war ebenfalls super – alles war gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Luca: ein unglaublich zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber, der uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sofort geholfen hat. Auch unser Zimmer war einfach toll. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine 😍

• weitzu (10/5): - 一打開房間整個被驚艷，與之前booking提供的照片完全不一樣，據房東說是全部重新裝潢，整個裝潢風格我非常喜歡!!!很漂亮乾淨又很寬敞，最重要的是從陽台就可以看到海景。暖氣、廚具、兩間房間，應有盡有，住宿在一樓也非常方便。 有提供免費停車位，對於自駕的人來說很友好。住宿地點離Kotor老城很近，我們用走的去了三次老城，附近有超市賣場，自己買菜做菜也很適合! 最重要的一點是房東一家人非常nice親切，努力提供一切服務，如果有下次機會一定會選擇這裡! 非常誠心的推薦! 可以說完全沒有缺點。 硬要說缺點的話，到民宿的最後一段路有點陡。 另外拿取鑰匙時等了約一二十分鐘，但房東第一時間已經請他妹妹來協助，之後也一直針對這件事情道歉，態度非常好。

• Anja (10/5): Ein perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment in super Lage mit einem Gastgeber, der alles für seine Gäste tut – absolut empfehle - Die Lage ist top: kurze Fußwege zur Altstadt, die man dank eines Videos von Luka mit einer Abkürzung noch schneller erreicht – wirklich Gold wert, gerade weil Parken und Verkehr in Kotor nicht einfach sind. Vom Balkon sieht man die Bucht von Kotor zwischen den Häusern, besonders schön ist der Blick auf den Berg und die Festung, die mich motiviert hat, die 1350 Stufen nach oben zu gehen. Parken ist direkt an der Unterkunft möglich. Die Anfahrt war anfangs etwas tricky, aber Luka hat mich telefonisch gelotst und mir anschließend den genauen Standort geschickt – sehr hilfreich. Das Apartment ist klein, aber bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Kochplatte, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Bügeleisen, Safe und sogar Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtücher. Im Flur steht eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln für die Gäste. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Wäscheständer mit Klammern. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Klimaanlage – bei den heißen Temperaturen war der kühle Raum ein Segen. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, das Bett ist bequem. WLAN funktionierte gut, nur kurzfristig gab es Störungen in ganz Kotor, als zwei Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegten – für mich kein Problem dank meiner eSim. Auch an Details wurde gedacht: Waschmittel in Reisegröße, Seife und Duschgel im Bad, frische Handtücher, ein Stadtplan auf Deutsch. Auf dem Fernseher konnte ich sogar Streaming nutzen. Alles war sauber und frisch vorbereitet, sogar die Klimaanlage lief schon, als ich ankam. Luka ist ein perfekter Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Selbst spät abends, als ich Schwierigkeiten mit dem Türschloss hatte, kam er sofort vorbei. Mein Highlight war Luka selbst und seine Gastfreundschaft – man fühlt sich fast wie in die Familie aufgenommen. Für mich war alles perfekt, daher klare Weiterempfehlung. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room is small but had all the necessary amenities. The unit is so close to everything. 5-8 minutes walk from all the main attractions.

• MIRIAM (10/5): Vale la pena - El apartamento está súper bien. Todo nuevo y recién reformado. Camas cómodas, tele con Netflix, baño genial con lavadora y hasta una pequeña terraza por fuera. También hay algo de espacio para dejar el coche justo por fuera. Lucas, el propietario, es un encanto. Estuvo muy atento para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, hasta nos recomendó una agencia con la que hacer el boat tour por la bahía. Todo recomendable 100%. El apartamento está en lo alto de una pequeña colina pero también es cierto que está muy cerca del old town de Kotor.

• Mark (10/5): Fijn appartement op loopafstand van alles met misschien wel de beste gastheer van heel Montenegro. - Luka is een fantastische gastheer die er echt alles aan doet om je verblijf zo perfect mogelijk te maken. De appartementen liggen op perfecte loopafstand van het strand, het oude centrum en het winkelcentrum. Je auto kan (wel even van te voren aangeven dat je met de auto komt) bij hen gratis op het terrein staan (zelfs in de schaduw). Het appartement is super modern met een lekkere douche, goede airco, keukentje, een fijn bed en zelfs een wasmachine met wasmiddel😅. Alles is schoon en netjes. Maar het allerbeste blijft toch wel de gastheer. Geloof me, je wilt hier verblijven als je Kotor komt bezoeken.
• Jesika (10/5): Najlepsze apartamenty w Kotorze! ♥️ - Apartamenty są naprawdę zadbane, komfortowe i bardzo czyste. Wyposażenie przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt jest prowadzony przez rodzinę, która po przyjeździe również staje się twoją rodziną. Luka i jego mama to wspaniali i kochani ludzie, którzy pomogą w każdej możliwej kwestii i darzą uśmiechem każdego dnia. Naprawdę polecam pobyt w ich apartamentach. My mieliśmy widok z balkonu na góry i Zatokę Kotorską (do plaży i do starego miasta 10 min pieszo). Do tej pory to był najlepszy apartament w którym kiedykolwiek się zatrzymaliśmy. Wszystko było super!
• Tsvika (9/5): דירה פונקציונלית ונעימה, בעל בית אכפתי ושירותי, מיקום טוב. - דירה פונקציונלית, במיקום טוב ל Kotor העתיקה, חניה נוחה. פיסת נוף למפרץ Kotor וגם למבצר במעלה ההר. למרות המדרגות בעל הצימר Luka נשא בקלות את 2 המזוודות לחדרינו הוא היה חביב, נחמד אכפתי, ובכלל יצא מגדרו שיהייה לנו נוח ונעים. חדר קצת צפוף.

• Diana-Cristina (10/5): Amazing stay! - Luca the host was incredible! Extremely helpful and thoughtful, he even had a map of Kotor in our own language. He recommended a boat tour that we eventually took and it was one of our favorite memories from the trip! The room was a bit small, but extremely clean and had everything that you could possibly need! The beach was not even 5 min away on a shortcut and it was very easy to get to. Also the shopping mall, old town and shops are super close to the accommodation. We also had a parking spot in the shade right in front. It's a great stay that we couldn't recommend enough! Nothing to mention, everything was great!
• Murphy2004 (10/5): Fantastisch! - Ein superschönes kleines Apartment, alles nagelneu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonders das Badezimmer. Unser Host Luka hat uns wunderbar begrüßt, er hat uns alles erklärt und auch Empfehlungen für die Altstadt gegeben. Die Lage ist klasse, wenige Gehminuten und Stufen bis in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Kotor. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück verfügbar. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Luka.

Luca is so helpful and always smiley. :) Thanks for the coffee machine, It made our mornings better. I would absolutely stay in here again. Everything is nice.

Luka y su madre hace que te sientas en casa, está todo super cuidado al detalle. Camas muy cómodas, parking privado, lavadora y un largo etc. Está todo super limpio y estás a un paso del centro. Gracias Luka y familia por cuidarnos tanto, sois increíbles

We stayed 6 nights and felt it couldn't have been better placed location wise There is a washing machine in the apartment and we packed very light, so the convenience of having this amenity can't be understaed. It was amazing. Just really can't recommend TIME Apartments enough! Nothing..everything was perfect
• Edwin (10/5): Fijn appartement met behulpzame host - Luca was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen en lag op loopafstand van het oude centrum. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Niets

Не завжди зручно мати 1 електронний ключ, якщо зачинив двері, то зовні потрібен вже ключ. Сонячні ліхтарі, що на дворі вже не працюють, а вони необхідні при відпочинку на дворі.
• Olga (10/5): Комфортно, удобно, предусмотрительно! - В апартаментах небольшая кухня, большая ванная комната со стиральной машиной, удобная кровать, кондиционер, парковка для авто. Все, что необходимо, и даже больше - гладильная доска и утюг в шкафу. А под окном кресла, столик и сушилка для белья. Лука крайне предупредителен, внимателен. Огромное спасибо за организацию тура по заливу на спидботе - мы в полном восторге от Котора. В городе проблемы с водой, периодически её отключают. Но даже тут Лука был на высоте - предупреждал об этом по WhatsApp.

Eccezionale, sempre disponibile a darti una mano anche telefonicamente. A noi per esempio ha chiamato diverse volte i taxi direttamente dal suo telefono, ci ha consigliato posti dove andare a mangiare, come raggiungere velocemente la città vecchia. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia fermarsi un paio di giorni o più. Niente, tutto perfetto
