- Юлия (3/5): Poor - The location was good. That was the only good thing This was the worst apartment stay experience we have ever had. We’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels/apartments, but this was the worst. Here are the issues:
1.The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was ash in the room. Clearly, no one cleaned before our arrival. I'd like to note that the website states that smoking is not allowed. When we complained about the smell, the person renting the apartment came and just sprayed some toilet air freshener.
2.The staff member didn’t speak English, and it was very difficult to communicate. The website stated that the staff speak English.
3.The bed linen and towels were dirty. I don't even want to know when they were last washed… The bed had stains and the towels smelled bad.
4.The electric stove and electric kettle didn’t work. We had to wait a whole day because it took them a long time to respond and come fix it.
5.The hairdryer barely works. You have to press the buttons really hard with your fingers to keep it running, which is uncomfortable and difficult. Couldn’t you at least provide a normal hairdryer?
6.The closets, where you’re supposed to store your clothes, smelled awful—as if there were corpses inside.
7.There is mold in the bathroom. Also, you have to wait a long time for the water heater to warm up, and the hot water runs out very quickly. There were three of us, and we had to wait an hour between showers every time.
8.The power outlets barely work. It’s almost impossible to charge phones.
- Milton (1/5): Bad -
- Piotr (2/5): The place is a basement, not an apartment. - The place is dirty and cold. There is mold on the bathroom walls. The drain does not work. The air conditioning is too weak to heat the rooms. The kettle does not work. There was dog hair on the table, stove and cupboards.
- Giuseppe (3/5): Poor -
- Joaquin (7/5): Good -
- Yana (4/5): Disappointing -
- Bove (1/5): Bad - Not much Everything. Shower so low. Hot water ran out. Water flooded everywhere. Couldn't go to the toilet without stepping into water. Put some plastic around the shower to form a base so it doesn't flood the entire apartment!! Air-conditioning only worked in one room. The door was complicated to open and close. Wasn't close to the centre of Rome
- Justyna (7/5): Good -
- Natalja (8/5): Good - Excellent location near the center, in a pleasant, quiet courtyard. Large apartment with 2 comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has everything you need. Very reasonable price for such accomodation. Water does leak out of the shower. It would be enough just to make a high threshold, and the problem would be solved
- John (2/5): You get what you pay for - A cheap priced hotel. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. The accommodation was really not fit for habitation. It was a dank basement apartment. There was black mold on the walls, and paint and plaster peeling from the walls and falling to the floor. When we arrived it was not clean -- some of the clothes and other things from the previous renters were scattered throughout the apartment, and the towels were hanging on a drying rack all still damp. Worst of all, the shower spilled water onto the floor, down into the hallway and even into the living area. We were unable to shower during our two days stay. On the second day the owner stopped by and said that we were supposed to put the towels into the washer and dryer and get them ready for the next guests.
- Subee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Polumickaite (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good 👍
- Basheer (3/5): Poor - Place near to bus station and in house area The room is store room kinda place they changed to room..
Room are so cluster not airy beds are not comfortable TV remote are not working
- Livja (7/5): it was good since we stayed only two nights the problem was only the bathroom - the location is very good and the comunation with the host the bathroom needs work
- Oscar (3/5): Cheap place that needs extra cleaning - The location is good, quiet neighborhood, easy to reach to the city center with a single bus. The rooms were decent size and the apartment has some amenities. The worst part is the cleanliness, it was very dusty in the bedrooms (not recommended for persons with respiratory issues), we also had a lot of ants in one of the rooms despite not having any food lying around (we swiped them but they came back so I assume it's because there were cracks on the wall as it's an underground apartment). We also had other insects like a medium size spider in our room.
Despite being careful while showering, a lot of water went out since it's not build with a slope so we had to mop a lot after showering.
The last day, for whatever reason the boiler was turned off so we couldn't shower in the morning.
- Pirazzi (8/5): Very good -
- Carolina (5/5): Good location, but the space could be improved. - The place is just a few steps away from bus stops in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was quite easy and smooth. Unfortunately, it's not very clear in the listing that it's a basement, which is why the apartment was quite damp. When we arrived, the freshly washed and folded towels on the bed were still wet. The Nespresso coffee maker didn't work, and the property doesn't provide items like a hairdryer or an iron. The bathroom is uncomfortable. I believe that without the rugs, the space would appear cleaner.
