• Marcela (10/5): Muy buena elección - La habitación es cómoda, muy limpia y el personal del hotel es increíble. Es muy bien ubicado cerca de los lugares turísticos para conocer pero no en medio de todo, entonces no había ruido y pudimos descansar muy bien. El desayuno era en otro lugar.
• Myriam (9/5): Top 👍🏻 - L’accueil et le contact avant de venir avec Stephen La chambre a pu être prête avant et nous avions pu y laisser nos sacs avant le check in et après le check Out et c’est un réel avantage La chambre est conforme aux photos petite mais pratique avec tout les accessoires nécessaires shampoings crème pour le corps chaussons , machine à café et tv connectée. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’avoir le petit dej offert qui se situe dans un autre établissement à 4m à pied qui été fort appréciable local et simple. L’emplacement est top ! Tous les lieux sont à 10/15m à pied et il y a tout ce qu’il faut proche de l’hôtel Légèrement bruyant car les murs sont fins donc nous entendions les voisins parfois mais cela n’est pas perturbant pour un court séjour et aux heures où nous rentrions nous faisions doucement également pour ne pas déranger les autres habitants.

Przemiła obsługa, pomimo wcześniejszego przybycia mogliśmy korzystać już z naszego pokoju. Dodatkowe podziękowanie obsłudze hotelu za przemiły prezent zostawiony w pokoju z okazji naszej rocznicy. • Sally (9/5): An amazing safe stay in an amazing city!!!! - The property is as elegant, very clean. The big bed was so comfortable. The bedroom had French doors leading out to a small balcony. It was quiet. The gentleman there was very friendly and very helpful with places of interest and directions for me… Breakfast was at another hotel which was a 3 minute walk. However it took in some typical Venetian residential sites along the way so you could emmerse yourself into the city…☺️

Pero ante todo quiero destacar y agradecer por la profesionalidad, la amabilidad y por estar atento a cualquier pregunta en todo momento a Stefan! También, a María que hace el mejor capuchino decaf en Venecia.

• Nefisat (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The apartment had a beautiful Venetian character: stylish, charming, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, very central, with easy access to everything I needed. There were fruit markets, convenience stores, and even a great restaurant just steps away. Most places I wanted to visit were within a comfortable 15-minute walk, which made exploring Venice very convenient. I also appreciated how secure the property felt, even with the self check-in process. The instructions were clear, and it was very easy to locate from the water taxi stop using Google Maps. The staff were thoughtful and accommodating. They offered complimentary breakfast and were helpful with arranging a water taxi for my departure. Housekeeping was also very attentive throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely and seamless stay. My arrival was later in the evening, so I had to carry my luggage myself via the stairs due to the self check-in, but this was kindly offset with complimentary breakfast and didn’t take away from the experience.
• Mathilde (7/5): Parfait pour un long week - L’emplacement et le calme de l’hôtel est idéal - à proximité de tout mais pour autant dans une ruelle calme et un quartier authentique. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit plus que nous avons beaucoup apprécié : le petit déjeuner était offert dans un autre hôtel à quelques pas ! L’insonorisation de l’hôtel est assez faible, je conseil de prendre des boules quies. Et il faisait très chaud dans notre chambre !

В номере есть кофемашина с капсулами, сахаром, сливками, а также чайник и чай. Маленький холодильник с водой. Приятно посидеть на балконе с выходом в сад. Есть розетки с двух сторон около кровати. Уборка каждый день. Гостиницу легко найти по Google maps. Заселение самостоятельное. Можно оставлять багаж. Рядом есть магазин Соор и магазин розливных вин Rimani Venezia.# Низкий напор воды. Не знаю, может так во всей Венеции. В Венецию желательно брать что то от комаров. Если будете проветривать номер, они обязательно налетят. Это относится ко всему городу.

• Alice (9/5): - Stanza accogliente in stile veneziano, pulita ed elegante. Letto molto comodo. Posizione un pò defilata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla, comunque non lontana dai punti di interesse! La tv un pò piccola e distante ma per il resto tutto perfetto!

Комната милая, с винтажной мебелью и привидениями))) отдельное спасибо владельцам за комплимент в виде бутылки фризанте. До основных достопримечательностей шаговая доступность, при этом улица тихая и спишь, как в раю. Удобные кровати, чистейший номер, вежливый персонал. Абсолютно стоят своих денег. Если у вас тяжелые сумки, учтите, что лифта нет.

• NADIA (7/5): Per soggiorni brevi per coppie giovani senza figli - Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in questa struttura. Ci ha colpiti la Cortesia dello staff; ci è molto piaciuto l'arredamento della camera, e abbiamo trovato soddisfacente la posizione geografica, in quanto eravamo vicini al centro, ma in zona tranquilla. Le camere erano ben insonorizzate. Abbiamo ricevuto un omaggio per il nostro anniversario Purtroppo il rapporto qualità prezzo non è soddisfacente. Il prezzo a nostro avviso è troppo elevato rispetto ai servizi.( 210 euro a notte tripla senza colazione ) la doccia non funzionava bene ( poca acqua calda) le pareti della camera hanno bisogno di essere ridipinte. Sapevamo della mancanza dell'ascensore, e per questo, secondo noi, la camera doveva essere più economica. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è la coop, ma nessun bar adatto per fare una bella colazione; per questo suggerirei che almeno delle brioche e la possibilità di un cappuccino caldo sarebbe ottimale.

• David (9/5): Totally worth, great value - Rooms were very nice, with sufficient space, clean and nicely decorated. Personnel was very nice and helpful, providing very good tips of additional sights or how to move around, which in Venice is not that obvious. While the location is okay, you had about 10 to 15 minutes walk to get anywhere relevant, but this is probably a tradeoff for the great value of the hotel

Michelle est très accueillante, elle a pu nous apporter des renseignements pour des endroits recommandés et elle est très à l'écoute. Franchement, aucune remarque désobligeante.

• ANGELIKI LYDIA (9/5): Άνετη διαμονή, βολική τοποθεσία - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ευγενικό το προσωπικό Θα ήθελα να είναι λίγο πιο μεγάλο το δωμάτιο, το ίντερνετ (Wi-Fi) δεν έπιανε πολύ καλά
