• Didier (10/5): Hotel de luxe à un prix ridiculement bas ! - La gentillesse du personnel, même si ils ne parlent pas anglais. On se débrouille avec le téléphone pour se comprendre ! Et il fait tout pour que votre séjour soit agréable. Établissement en travaux quand j’y étais… mais ce n’est que momentané.

• Katrin (7/5): Schöne Anlage, außerhalb der Stadt. - Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und übersichtlich, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Positiv war auch die kostenlose Nutzung von Rollern, mit denen man die ca. 20 Minuten entfernte Stadt gut erreichen kann. Leider sprach die Rezeptionistin kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Zudem gab es während unseres Aufenthalts Baulärm durch eine Baustelle in der Anlage, das hauseigene Café war geschlossen und die Frühstücksauswahl mit nur vier Gerichten sehr begrenzt. Außerdem gab es beim Duschen nur kaltes Wasser
• Jesper (9/5): Amazing and very spacious villa overlooking the river - and a totally outstanding staff! - Amazing and very spacious villa overlooking the river (total zen!) - and an outstanding staff doing their very best all the time to give you an unforgettable stay. Very nice breakfast (brought to our room, since the restaurant and the cafe was being renovated). Beautiful swimmingpool. Nice location in the heart of local life. Be aware of the location, since it's very far away from town and "real" restaurants. We managed that quite well with Grab (transport and food delivery) and the free bicycles (great for exploring local life!) -and there's a really good supermarket just across the bridge, to the left, with all daily amenities. And a hint: Don't miss the temple that you can see just across the river - it's also an orphanage for 80 children from 0-18 years old and really word a visit, and you'll be very welcome over there!

• Philipp (9/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und man hatte direkten Blick auf den Fluss vom Balkon. Das nahegelegene Café und Restaurant, dass zum Hotel gehört, hatte leckeres Essen und Cafe. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
• Achour (3/5): - Swimming pool We've stayed In this place and the least I can say is that the price you're paying for 1 night which is around 1 millions vnd is way overpriced for what you get for ... 1. The service at the reception is miserable, they have no knowledge of the process of a proper checking and when it comes to checking a foreigner they are thousands no sense question... 2. The room isolation is bad, you're hearing all the noises from outside which make it difficult to have a peaceful sleeping night 3. The water pressure in the shower is very weak ... 4. The breakfast is miserable, the menu is only in Chinese and the food is tasteless Overall our stay was bellow average especially for this price... The only positive point is the swimming pool.

• Nina (9/5): Heerlijk resort op rustige locatie - Leuk resort, beetje uit de drukte. Ongeveer een half uurtje naar Bên Tre, maar een welkome plek om uit te rusten. Bedden waren stevig, maar oké. Personeel meer dan vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader Het ontbijt was niet fantastisch, de koffie daarentegen wel.

• Ferdinando Lenoci (8/5): Tornerei sicuramente - La struttura è nuova e pulita. La piscina ottima anche se andrebbe pulita un po’ di più . Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile , con qualche problema di comunicazione, ma superabile. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Cioè non abbiamo proprio capito come funzionava e alla fine abbiamo preso il solito caffè con la brioche. Peccato, in un posto con tanta frutta tropicale ci sarebbe piaciuto mangiarne un po’.
• raphael (10/5): Un havre de paix ,et le personnel tjs présent pour répondre à nos questions - Un accueil exceptionnel,le personnel dévoué à nous satisfaire dans les moindres détails .Nous avions lu que le personnel ne parlait pas anglais ,mais ils ont su y remédier grâce à la présence du jeune tan ,qui parlait anglais et qui fut d’une gentillesse incroyable Le manque de choix au niveau restauration ,d’autant que l’hôtel est dans un endroit magnifique mais très isolé .

No wine in menu.
• Florent (9/5): Could be perfect - We really wanted to let 10/10 because the people is really kind, the hotel is new, clean, the rooms are big, the swimming pool is huge and beautiful, there is a big playground for kids ( they could spend hours inside ), juices and milkshake are amazing ( when they understood no sugar ;) ) but the main problem is communication, nobody speak or understand English, even a little bit, nothing…. We spent our time on Google Translate for everything, translation is not 100% good so it’s frustrating… thanks for everything and good luck for the future.
• Wen (9/5): Superb - The hotel offered rental of bikes and scooters for free and free dinner too. The dinner is very well prepared. The view is beautiful. The room is clean and spacious. Nothing to complain. But it would be good to have more options in the restaurant, I like the Asian food but would imagine that people may also want some different options like bahn mi or simply cheeseburgers.

• Hn072 (7/5): Good - Clean room and spacious. Personnel is really friendly and helpful. A lot of bugs if you leave window open, like mosquitoes. Without a car, the place would be inconvenient to reach.
• Adriaan (9/5): Superb - This is a relatively new accommodation with spacious rooms and part of a coffee bar/restaurant. We liked the coffee and food and the best thing for families: there is a significant indoor playground. Although the staff did not speak English they were used to Google translate and were very helpful. We were the only ones sleeping there which is not great for the atmosphere. I think they deserve more guests. Fortunately, the coffee bar/restaurant had quite some local guests coming and going.

• Claudia (7/5): Not really suitable for foreign travelers without their own transport - Stunning hotel with incredible rooms and utterly nice staff If you don‘t have a car, you’ll be stuck there. Far away from town. None of the staff speak English.
