• Hanna (4/5): Менеджменту отеля стоит провести дератизацию и вывести клопов. - Завтрак не был включен. Расположение отличное, удобно для туристов, приезжающих на жд или автовокзал. В отеле клопы. Для 97% людей их укусы проходят незаметно. Для 3%, как я, с острой аллергической реакцией на укусы этих паразитов, проживание в таких условиях может быть опасно для здоровья.

• Neil (7/5): Good location and facilities with a couple of things to keep in mind - The property had everything needed for an overnight stay being close to train and having adequate facilities. The staff were helpful. While the location was good for the train station it was in a bit of a deserted area and while there were shops around they are closed if you arrive late.

• Emilia (8/5): Nice and new hotel close to the station. - Nice and easy access from the central railway station, clean, rooms tidy, bedding good. A renovated building. A positive experience overall and we liked it, but I guess some more demanding guests may find it a little basic. It suited our needs almost perfectly, however. Some complexity with the hot water. The boiler switch was near the light switches, and I managed to turn the boiler off when trying to work out the lights. A label in the room would have been good. We arrived late and even though this was apparently mentioned on check-in, my brain did not register it. Walking late at night from the station did not feel entirely safe, even though it probably was. Not close to shops or restaurants, but one can order take away and there are vending machines in the hotel. Would be good to have a hair dryer in the room.

Chuveiro nem sempre esquentava, a limpeza não foi feita em nenhum dos 3 dias, sem guarda-roupas, a cama grudada em duas paredes dificultava acesso e mobilidade

• Teoh (7/5): A budget friendly option - Location is decent because it is close to the main station. The room itself is decently clean and the price per night isn't too bad. The building is also quite new. The hot water runs out after 5 to 10 minutes of showering. Would be nice to have a proper table in the room. And lastly the wheelchair lift does not work so you have to carry the luggage up and down the stairs from the main street to the lobby during my visit.

• Valchanova (9/5): Отличен хотел - Напълно съм удовлетворена от хотела, който избрах. Стаята ни беше за двама - мъничка, но всичко беше много чисто и приятно. На рецепцията ни посрещнаха две много мили и усмихнати дами. Хотелът си има паркинг, което е голямо предимство за София. Препоръчвам го и ако ми се наложи отново да пътувам до същата дестинация отново бих го избрала.

• Irena (4/5): - Нищо Още при пристигането ни посрещнаха грубо. Когато напускахме жената на рецепция също не беше особено мила. Стаята беше по-тясна отколкото на снимката. Калъфките бяха мръсни. Събираше се вода в душ кабината. Много беше шумно. Почти невъзможно да се спи. Между 3 и 4:30 сутринта се чуваха скандали между гости настанени в съседни стаи. Блъскане по врати, включително и на нашия етаж, се чуваше почти през цялата вечер. Очевидно имаше скандал между някакъв мъж и жена, незнайно в какво състояние. Никой от персонала не направи нищо по въпроса. Не препоръчвам.

• Radu (1/5): - Nothing Unfortunately that was one of the worst accommodations that I've ever had. Tiny room( you don't have place for storage and 2 people don't fit comfortably) not true to pictures. No hot water, no heating. There is a boiler that provides just a tiny bit of warm water.

• Doncho Dobrev (9/5): - Задължително си обърнете внимание на канализацията , намирате се на перфектно място , чистичко го поддържате , обаче смърди от канала. Излагате се за някакви дребно стотинки и добра подръжка Поправете си канализацията
• Светла (10/5): - Хотелът е на добра локация, близко е до централна ЖП гара и автогара, също така има метростанция на 5/10 мин. Стаята е чиста, уютна и топла(една идея по-топла от очакваното, но това е до лично предпочитчние). Рецепционистката Никол прояви страхотно отношение, любезност и не смъкна усмивката от лице. С голямо търпение ми обясни всички подробности около стаята, начина по който мога да ползвам паркинга, обясни ми и за вендинг машините, които са на вторият етаж.
