- Alaa (6/5): Pleasant - Easy self check in and out
Clean, well heated and cozy Bathroom door lock needs to be fixed
- Britten (8/5): Very good - Good location & clean property. N/A
- Mary (1/5): Bad - Nothing They left 1 bath towel per person, 1 kitchen towel. No dish soap or laundry soap, non working thermostat. 2.5 rolls TP, no paper towels. No garbage bags.. Stinky dish cabinet from leaking roof. Freezer need defrosting. View from living room and single bedroom was 6 giant trash cans and weeds. Unmarked parking spot so we parked on street. No menus or suggestions for delivery food. Musty smell on arrival. We were there for 6 nights, a car for 3 days, so we had to figure out bus or train stops ourselves. Beds were ok. Flat sheet, not fitted, no mattress pads, white sheet duvet covers. Cheap Ikea sofas where your butt sank to the floor. I contacted Flytstays and she blew me off. I would recommend you not renew the listing. We did not in any way get our $1279 , US monies worth. I told Heather the manager via email that it was the small amenities that make a difference, not the decor. I even had to use a bath towel to clean up spilled OJ. They had no instructions for departure day except an email that morning to ask us to put trash in one area, although I took out a bag to trash cans, and we used grocery bags for the rest.
Heather's excuse was that they were planning a remodel. I had planned to post good reviews because lots of small families or friends could stay there.

- Liana (8/5): Very good -
- Pamela (8/5): Great pet friendly and very comfortable property close to Glasgow for events - Location was excellent for the concert venue we were attending in Glasgow Bellahouston Park. There was parking on a drive for the property and plenty of on street parking available too. Local residents were friendly, as we took our dog with us and did a few walks around the area.
Property had lots of facilities and the beds were really comfortable. New carpet throughout as well.
Pet friendly. Even had visiting squirrels and birds in the back patio due to above flat having a bird feeder fitted to a window. It was lovely watching the squirrels and birds over breakfast. The main bedroom door needed trimming after having new carpets so it was difficult to shut. The bathroom door has a hinge loose so it was difficult to shut as well. Both things that can be sorted out very easily for future visitors.
- Julie (4/5): Needs works - The tv wasn’t even plugged in hiding in the wall the bathroom door wouldn’t shut
Empty iron box no iron which was needed
- Tyler (9/5): Great stay! -
- Abdullah (7/5): Quiet place to stay - Quiet place, no parking issues. Boiler/shower had to be reset at times.
- Kessy (1/5): Very disappointing - It was clean The place was difficult to locate, heating was off in Scotland’s freezing weather the contact told us gas must be off( I feel this should have been checked before we checked in) and was told to locate box and try emergency recharge, this was exhausting as it was cold and dark after it failed the contact told us to send pics of the boiler😡😡 so instead of my vacation I had chores. Pillows were old, floorboards creaking. I had to book elsewhere
- Richard (9/5): Hogmanay trip. - The location is great you can get a bus or a train to and from the city. We paid £5.80 for 2 return ticket to the city.
The size of apartment is very large.
I would book this again. The shower was a little disappointing for me.
It worked okay just not very powerful.
Otherwise all is good.
- Yvonne (7/5): Convenient for overnight stay. - comfortable stay. Excellent help when needed. Mould in kitchen cupboard. Overflowing bins in back yard.
- Steven (9/5): Value for money and would recommend strongly, I have made multiple bookings and won’t hesitate to use again when I’m in - Warm, great location, comfortable and extremely clean. First class communication with Kirsty which was really helpful and also she’s very responsive and friendly Nothing
- Roberta (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Noe (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Very clean & comfortable inside with good spacious bedrooms , note this property is actually a downstairs flat but that wasn't an issue for us and we enjoyed our stay. The Garden was very overgrown with weeds both front and back which i felt was a shame as it let the property down.
- Grant (10/5): Fantastic property, great value for money - thank you -
- Gillian (7/5): Good -
- Kenneth (10/5): owner pulled out all stops to help us - very good location , amazing service by the owner
- Ashleyfrieze (5/5): A practical option with no frills. - This is a spacious house with capacity for up to 5 adults, with a generous double, twin and single room. Everything works. It's heated well. They clean it well and provide basic toiletries. This is a downstairs flat in a residential area. It's quite basic. The place is in a workable state of repair, but it's also worn out and basic. It's functional, but it's not particularly cheerful.
- Cheryl (10/5): great comfortable base for the family - clean spacious and everything you needed no issues at all during visits
- Ulla-leena (6/5): Pleasant - i liked the minimalistic, but contemporary interior design and has most of the necessities! Could be a bit more user friendly, such as a hallway mat for wet shoes (all days during our visit to Glasgow were rainy), hooks for coats (in the hallway or small utility cupboard), hand towel in the kitchen.
