• Kelly (10/5): Amazing hospitality in a convenient location. - We had a very nice stay here for our first stop in Sri Lanka. It is a quiet, peaceful area convenient to the airport via taxi. The hosts were so kind and helpful with everything from recommendations to arranging transportation. Very delicious breakfast! I highly recommend staying here.

The upper room is spacious and with a balcony with view on the garden. The owner and her son were very helpful. I was first in a room on the down floor and I think it would be nice with a bit extra maintenance and decoration.

It's not like I didn't liked it, but just a review - The property is little old. Some people might not like old property and hence can down rate you. So suggest you to mention that.
• Judith (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf met fijne tuin en heel behulpzame gastvrouw - Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Als je open staat voor contact, dan kun je goede gesprekken hebben en zal ze je van harte helpen. De tuin vond ik een absoluut pluspunt; heerlijk het groen om je heen. Binnen kun je rustig ontbijten als het buiten te warm is. Ontbijt is goed! Kamer kan wat onderhoud gebruiken en dat staat ook gepland. Kamer mag wat 'verfraaid' worden. Wel fijn dat er airco is alswel een klamboe. Dichtstbijzijnde goed restaurantje ligt op zo'n 10-12min. lopen. Voor mij persoonlijk prima te doen. Verder is er niet veel in de buurt.

• Laurence (10/5): What a kind couple and great stay - Wow what an amazing stay. We stayed here for 4 days before our flight back to the UK. Sampath and his lovely wife Sharmila and their son cared so well for us. A nice home. Amazing breakfasts for guests staying. Laundry service. Nice size room and very well situated. Secure parking for our motorcycle.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück, saubere Unterkunft und bequemes Bett. Wir konnten kostenlos Wasser zum Trinken nehmen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und warmes Wasser zum duschen.

The property was not walking distance to Negombo centre so necessary to get a tuktuk for restaurants etc. The property payment was cash only and there is no ATM nearby, so make sure you have cash before arrival.
• Darya (10/5): Perfect beginning of the journey - Such a nice welcome by the family, Sharmilla shared a lot of information with us and helped us with the bus to our next destination. Her son even went with us to the bus stop to make sure we take the correct bus. The house is beautiful, the room is clean and cozy with a nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast! It was perfect beginning of our journey in Sri Lanka. I wish we could stay here before departure as well. Thank you Sharmilla and the family!

But even though it would be a great place to stay just for that, it is also the ideal place to begin and end a vacation, so close to the airport. Highly recommended.

Вилла идеально подходит для этих целей. Хозяйка виллы, Шармилла, максимально сопровождает прибывшего путешественника.Нам она помогла с трансфером от аэропорта, посоветовала интересные, незаполненные туристами места. Завтраки хорошие, особенно кофе и блинчики с бананами. До пляжа на тук туке где - то 7 - 10 минут (вызывайте через приложение Pick me ). Есть хороший ресторан Jude restaurant. Шармилла и ее муж очень душевные хозяева. Остались только приятные впечатления от пребывания

• David (10/5): - We stayed here for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as before. We had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, but this was no problem at all. Sharmila and her husband are truly the kindest people in Sri Lanka – always so helpful and warm. The upstairs room is very spacious and beautiful. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our journey to the airport, which was incredible. We really love this place and can only highly recommend it. 0

• Michal (9/5): - Snaží se, jsou ochotní a pomáhají, snídaně dělají mix - evropskou i místní nabídku, což je příjemné. Vybavení je starší, ale funkční. Nám tedy aktuálně nešla klimatizace, ale na stropě je mírně hlučný ventilátor. Občas měla moskytiéra nad postelí dírku a s půjčením kol moc nepočítejte, nejsou v kondici :-)

• Patrice (8/5): Adventurous experience and adorable/helpful staff - We had a great experience there. The room has the necessities (mosquito net, comfortable bed, AC). The lady was very nice and caring. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious! The bathroom top part was open to outside and being scared of spiders, it wad quite an adventure. But it is very typical there and the the lower part where we shower and so on was cleaned.

Sharmila est une extraordinaire cuisinière et son petit déjeuner est de très haute qualité. Demandez-lui aussi de vous faire un curry de crabe. C’est l’une de ses spécialités. Sharmila et son mari Sampath connaissent le Sri Lanka jusqu’au bout des doigts. Ils peuvent vous indiquer les beaux endroits, les bons restaurants, les autres hôtels du pays. Ils constituent une ressource de très haut niveau. Côté prix, c’est toujours très peu cher, à moins de 20 € la nuit en chambre triple avec le petit déjeuner compris. Qui peut proposer mieux sur l’île? En plus de tout ça, vous disposez d’un accueil très chaleureux. Je vous le recommande grandement. Ras

Je merkt dat ze al gewoon zijn aan toeristen en dus minder overweldigend zijn dan andere plaatsen. Handig dat je je water kan bijvullen en de frigo kan gebruiken. Verder regelen ze ook een bus (ac) voor als je dat zou willen. Ontbijt was ook heel lekker! Wij zijn fan! Niets op aan te merken.

It is far from Negombo center, but it is very easy to pick a tuktuk, plus there’s a bus stop near the hotel that can tell you to Kurunegala (and from there to Dambulla, Anuradhapura; etc.).

Взяли номер на втором этаже (трехместный) с балкончиком, пили кофе там, наслаждались природой ☺️ Хозяева очень дружелюбные и приятные люди, очень вкусные завтраки! Единственное , что всего одна зарядка, у нас много электроники, сложно было заряжать + обязательно беруши , рядом наверное мечеть, мула читает молитвы и вечером и утром 🙏 но это все решаемо ☺️

• Ronald (7/5): Goed voor 1 nacht - Vriendelijke en gastvrije managers die ook onvoorbereid een basic maar smaakvol diner (een soort nasi) bereidden. Ontbijt was prima, bestaande uit fruit, omelet op broodje besmeerd met gepureerde avocado en sneetjes brood met jam. Dichtbij strand en gezellig verlichte tuin. Airco op kamer. Hygiëne in badkamer laat te wensen over; vieze wc bril, gruis in planchette, wasbak met kalk, scheuren in de muren waar ongedierte doorheen kruipt. Kamer is gedateerd en smoezelig. Veel mieren en een paar grote keverachtige insecten in de badkamer. Bed tamelijk hard. Gordijnen sluiten niet volledig waardoor het in juli om 4:30 langzamerhand licht wordt in de slaapkamer. Contant afrekenen.

Eigenlijk was de hele basis voor een B&B zeer goed. Ik moet echt zoeken voor een onderwerp. De badkamer mag een opknapbeurt krijgen. Omdat het verouderd was. Maar alles was schoon en functioneerde goed.

Visite de Negombo, massage Ayurvedic et transfert pour l’aéroport tout a été organisé par les hôtes qui nous ont également fait un petit déjeuner à emporter. Petit couac de réveil le jour de notre départ mais dans incidence. Chambrer avec un lit simple et 1 lit double au lieu de chambre avec 3 lits simples mais on s’en ait accomodé, l’hôte nous a laisser le choix en sachant que celle réservée devait être préparée nous avons choisi l’autre qui était prête.

• Yulia (10/5): - Очень милый дом и великолепные хозяева. Отличное новое и чистое постельное белье. Всегда хороший напор воды в душе. Ванная комната обшарпана, но вполне норм. Хороший завтрак - свежие фрукты в нарезку (папайя, ананас, арбуз) яичница, тосты с авокадо, тосты с джемом и маслом, блинчик с бананом и шоколадом, чай-кофе. Мясного ничего нет, но нам с детьми хватало. Хозяева бесподобные. Домик утопает а зелени на тихой улочке .
