- Joseph (1/5): Avoid this absolute dump - Whoever let me in seemed nice, as did the cleaner Expensive (all things considered), no heating, no kettle/facilities as described, hole in the door to bathroom, broken and dusty portable heater which was rubbish, filthy room, loud neighbours, have to use a torch to get to the room as lights didn’t switch on
- Mazhar (3/5): -
- adrian (6/5): -
- Stefanie (10/5): - Great value, helpful management/ staff, clean, quiet, great place to stay, very happy, will return and would recommend.
- Chinedu (7/5): -
- Emma louise (10/5): Brilliant. Would stay again if im ever in the area. - We didnt have breakfast. Nothing, you pay for what you get, in my opinion the hotel definitely needs to up its prices, location was good staff was so friendly! Bed and pillows was comfortable. Had no issues getting into the hotel room.
- OLUWOLE (3/5): I did not enjoy my stay as there was nothing impress me. - The condition was appalling as the there was no:-
1. No shower gel for bathing.
2. The television was not connecting to the WIFI and TV not working
3. Not even cup of tea as the PUB was not open at 9.00 am when I left the place.
4. The outside sitting environment upstairs was not conducive due to cigarette odour.
5. The only ISSUE was that I manage to sleep and woke up to go for my graduation at University of Hull. There should be good customer relations and service for the money paid that will meet customer`s expectation

- Adrian (5/5): I wouldnt stay here again. - Friendly bar staff. Sink had no running hot water. Had to fill it with a bucket. Room was very basic and a little bit dirty.
- Green (8/5): Basic and get what you pay for .
Staff very helpful. - I got a late ticket for Coldplay ,and found this accommodation late.
It is what you pay for and the facilities were basic, but with an en suite single room was what needed for the night .
The lady in the pub who showed me to room was very helpful but we could not find the WiFi code .
Overall, happy Really emphasised all above
- Andrew (7/5): Perfectly fine for our requirements - Very comfy bed
- Kay (10/5): Lovely overnight visit, would definitely stay again. - Cheap and cheerful, lovely staff and customers. Location ideal, short walk into town centre.
If you’re wanting five star luxury then this isn’t the place for you but if you’re wanting a comfortable stay in a nice pub then it’s perfect. Excellent price and we would definitely book again.
- Geraldine (5/5): Enjoyable stay - Landlady and staff were friendly and welcoming.
It was suitable for what we needed. Room was a little bare
Remote for TV had buttons missing so couldn’t scroll through channels
Lamp provided didn’t work.
- Shaun (4/5): - Staff were nice and approachable. One of patrons made me a cup of tea as I was gagging. Shower flooded downstairs so had to stop. Room had no tea making facilities. Room was damaged in multiple areas with TV balancing on windowsill. Not enough towels.
- Valeri (8/5): Perfect low budget place to rest. - Place is charming, very basic, easy to find on a map and plenty of free parking spaces. Has a kettle in the room and bathroom too. Was afraid to move on a bed. I am heavy and it felt that it could collapse any moment, and even though there was a kettle, no beverage to bew were found in and on the chest of drawers.
- Karmand (4/5): - It didn’t have shower toiletries like shampoo and body soap. and the approach from the hotel staff members where through the pub and it’s quiet unprofessional and lack of communication.
- Thomas (10/5): Brilliant - For what I needed it was perfect N/a
- Shaun (10/5): Thanks for been welcoming - Lovely family staff great spot best gym in uk across the road defo place where I be staying when going to hull to visit family It's not the Hilton but it's a place to get ya napper down
- Mustafa (6/5): So so... - Helpfull staff at all time. Could be cleaner
- Bethany (9/5): comfortable budget friendly stay easy great central location - Fab hotel room lovely and clean. Lovely friendly staff. Only thing that let it down was soundproofing and unfortunately I was next door to an incredibly loud family who let their kids run and scream until very very late at night. I asked if they could please be quiet but they just laughed and ignored me. Not the hotels fault at all though

- Aleksandrs (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean place for the price. Close to the city centre. Friendly host. Overall I liked staying and appreciating the host for sure. Definitely would stay longer, just already all rooms were booked. Recommended. You will need to order food or eat out, because you'll get only a kettle. Since there mostly staying trades people, it would be great to have at least a small shared space like with a cheap microwave. But well, not my business. But honestly I don't mean no offence, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks

- Beverley (9/5): Superb -
- John (6/5): It was fine. - We were very late arriving but Makela stayed up to greet us. The pub itself is closed. This was not apparent.
- Craig (2/5): Pictures on your air Booking.com website was incorrect it was not what it was, cost a lot of money - The fact it was quiet was a bonus The toilet soil stack was broken sewage leaking into the bathroom my whole bedroom smelt, all the cups and glasses were dirty never again 2 weeks I’ve had in Hull never ever again, very disappointing
- Simon (2/5): Very poor -
- Stuart (5/5): Passable -
- Daniel (7/5): Good - The £10 call out fee for late arrival
- Mr (1/5): Bad - Next to a brothel
- Thomas (10/5): Brilliant - Brilliant location and easy to get to places and not too far from the city centre I didn’t really have much of a problem with the property but I think the kettle needs maybe descaling
