Guest Reviews
- Graeme (10/5): Charming and comfortable cottage - A cosy cottage with loads of character and charm. Central heating and a wood burner made for a very comfortable stay during a cold snap. The cottage is beautifully positioned, offering privacy as well as ready access to central Beechworth.
- Lynnette (10/5): Really well appointed and in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed our drinks on the verandah with garden views. Will come agai - Lovely cottage with many rooms and in a great location. Bed was super comfy and kitchen had lots of things useful to cook with. A few odd steps up and down to be careful of, especially at night, but we left the light on so ok.

- Tony (10/5): A fantastic place to stay for a few nights. We would consider staying there again. - Fantastic quiet location close to the centre of town. All amenities were new and the property was super well kept.

- Ryan (10/5): Great, comfortable cottage that's well equipped - It was a very comfortable cottage that was very well equipped between the kitchen and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The backyard was enclosed and perfect for our dogs. We will definitely consider returning in the future. The only thing we didn't realise was the house located at the bottom of the hill making the walk into town a little tougher.
Not the fault of the hosts, just something to be aware of
- Robyn (9/5): A delightful stay in a charming historic cottage. - A relaxing few days in this beautifully renovated cottage was just what we needed. The house is thoughtfully appointed with a spacious kitchen & washing machine. The lounge dining room has a cosy fireplace to warm the house during a cold spell, with plenty of logs on hand to keep it burning. The location is close to the main centre of town but in a quiet location surrounded by trees. The garden was blooming with spring flowers, fruit trees & abundant bird life Because of the age of the cottage there are a few different levels & steps in the house.
- Joseph (10/5): Relaxing weekend in Beechworth - The privacy and peacefulness but still has easy access to all the amenities and features of Beechworth.

- Noel (9/5): Superb - Lovely setting walking distance to town and the forest paths
- Katy (9/5): All of us,including the dogs, had a great time - Loved the look and the location
- Paul (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable stone cottage in a peaceful garden setting. - Private, with modern kitchen and bathroom, lots of space, large comfortable bed. Close to town centre with pubs, cafes and restaurants. Very peaceful garden setting.
- Imogen (9/5): Great location and lovely garden - Great garden. Lovely fire. Good cooking facilities and centre of town was easily accessible.
- Brett (10/5): Very warm and comfortable oozing character and charm - Clean and character very warm n cosy Stone cottage suits our Beechworth stay
- Ashleigh (5/5): Beautiful residence, full of character, needs plumbing fixed as the water smells - House was clean, set up beautifully and warm with a lot of charm. In a good location, the home is beautiful and unique full of character with all the heating and cooling needed. Had a issue with green water in the bath tub and the entire plumbing kitchen water smelt so no couldn’t use water after driving 14hrs, then contacted hosts and we turned it to mains water, let it run like advised for a few minutes then ran out of hot water both nights but after that the water still ran green and shower etc smelt like pond water. 2 nights we didn’t feel ok drinking the water and could smell the water when showering. I wouldn’t expect that from a $100 a night stay let alone $500. Even mains water fill the bath and still green. Never paid so much for a getaway you cannot feel ok to bathe in :( Very disappointed.
