• Egle (9/5): A nice stay - The room was very large and spacious. I asked if my friend could sleep in the extra bed, and they immediately came and prepared it nicely. The breakfast was perfectly fine.

• Rachel (2/5): Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and at an exorbinate price. - Good location to go and see the Biathlon at the Olympics. It was also very clean Hostile owners who wouldn’t even let us bring our luggage in before check in time and sent us back to the car with it. No facilities whatsoever in the room apart from a soap dispenser and some toilet roll. No kettle, glasses or even paper cups and when we asked if it was possible to get at least a hot drink because we were leaving early on the second morning before breakfast we were simply told ‘No’. The reception area is full of items that the owners are selling, like a market stall, and breakfast was bland and limited.

• Kara (7/5): Good, but arrive with a fan if you like to stay cool. - Beds were comfortable, great showers, plenty of hot water. No air conditioning is hard for people traveling from the United States, and if you open your windows you get eaten alive by bugs and will have fly's in your room due to the adjacent farm animals.

• MARCO (9/5): - In rapporto qualità-prezzo e avendo prenotato pochi giorni prima del mio viaggio, ho trovato una camera singola davvero confortevole, ben arredata, con terrazza e bagno spazioso. Letto a piazza e mezza davvero comodo, una struttura, per quanto non modernissima (specie nei corridoi), comunque efficiente ed accogliente. Presente anche la vasca termale, non frequentata essendo lì per escursioni nella natura e avendo di fatto solo pernottato la notte. Ma comunque, in caso di mio ritorno in Val Pusteria, conto di ritornare presso l'Hotel Kronplatz!

• IgorMlakar (9/5): Na splošno je bilo odlično. Tudi težava s mizo ni bila prehuda - Lokacija je bila dobra. Avtobus je imel postajo tik pred hotelom. Čistoča sobe- brez pripomb. Soba čista in urejena Izbor hrane pri zajtrku je bil za moj okus premajhen. Bilo je potrebno celo doplačilo za umešana jajca. Prav tako, sva morala vsako jutro prositi, da nama pokažejo kam se lahko usedeva za zajtrk, saj najine mize ni bilo.

• MARIA FRANCESCA (6/5): Camera ottima da migliorare aree comuni - Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel per una notte e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la comodita' della stanza che era particolarmente grande, dotata di un bellissimo balcone con una vista splendida sui monti innevati, perfettamente pulita e ben riscaldata.La struttura nelle aree comuni soprattutto hall e ristorante necessita di maggiore cura e di una ristrutturazione per renderla piu' accogliente.Ottima cena anche se al momento della prenotazione vanno forniti gli orari in cui viene servita altrimenti si rischia di arrivare quando il ristorante e' chiuso Aree comuni necessitano di maggiore ordine e pulizia

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück – die Auswahl war doch recht überschaubar und eher minimal gehalten. Hier wäre ein etwas größeres Angebot wünschenswert. • cherish (7/5): For the cost you expect a little more hospitality and the basics of an accommodation. I would look for another place the - The owners/managers are decently friendly. However, there was a lack of transparency. An additional tourist tax was collected at the end that was not disclosed upon check in. I got a balcony sweet and was put in a room that the balcony over looked a car port. It was the only balcony that had such a view. All others faced the mountain the back. I was charged an extra 60 euros to get the Mountain View. This was ridiculous. No one pays for a balcony carport view. There is no mini fridge or a hot water kettle. So you can’t bring any food back to stay good. There is a spa but you have to ask about it. Overall, for the cost, I would not stay again. The hospitality was somewhat friendly. As stated there is no electric kettle, or even a mini fridge. Also there are a lot of flies. If you open the door to get air expect a ton of flies by end of day.

Familiar and relaxed atmosphere. Large carpark, extreme comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom. Fast wifi and very nice food in the dining room. There is a bar next to the reception, it is open till 10PM. We spent only 2 nights, we should much more

• Cæcilie (4/5): Far too expensive for what you get! - The location near Lago du Braies is good. We were surprised how worn out this hotel showed out to be. It looked very different from the pictures on their webpage. The hall and reception was one big mess with laundry, used toys, things for sale and the counter table could hardly be seen under a large pile of mess. Too many unused things were stored in the aisles and a dog was kept in the fire escape route. In the room for three persons the third person was left to sleep on a regular couch not meant for the purpose.

Personal was very friendly and the food was fantastic! Absolutely amazed with 5 course menu every evening. 10 stars for every dinner we had! Rooms are not very big, but ok.

Yay!The lobby is unusual as people have mentioned but the room itself and breakfast (plenty of options!!) were great — and that’s what was important to us. Not much right near the hotel but we had a nice walk to a restaurant not too far away. There was a noticeable smell from cattle (I think) as soon as we got out of the car but we couldn’t notice from the room and we still had a lovely walk. It’s not that bad.

• Duje (10/5): We'll visit again... - First and foremost the food was delicious. Free parking lot in the backyard and the bus station just in front of the hotel are a plus. I would like to see some scrambled eggs and bacon in the morning, yet I still rate it as high as possible.

• Kevin (7/5): In a great position and looks good from the outside, but the public spaces need a rethink. - The room was a good size with lovely views from the balcony of the mountains and cows. Was in a good location for exploring the Dolomites. The hotel reception area was very cluttered with what appeared to be a children's indoor play area in the lift lobby. There were also secondhand toys for sale which we have to say is a little odd for a hotel.

There was a great view of the nearby mountains. The location is quirky! If you need sleep past 7am this may not be the place for you. There is a church bell that starts ringing at 7am for several minutes straight. There are a lot of cattle in town which does effect the smell of the area, but if you love cows you'll be happy to see them right next door!

• Laura (9/5): Superb - After a long journey we decided to book a room in this lovely hotel. We were tired and made the request to check in earlier. The owner provided us a room for around midday. When we arrived the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We just booked one night and added another one as we felt at ease. The breakfast was very diversified and the staff was very helpful and didn’t hesite to give tips for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay there!
• Andreea (7/5): Ok stay for transit hiking - The hotel is okish, the rooms are big and clean with nice views. However, the reception and rest of common space is a bit old and tacky. We were lucky that the hotel offered dinner if requested one day before. It's really hard to find something to eat around lunch time. If you don't have a car like us, it's almost impossible to find something and even for dinner we struggled a bit.

• Zdenal (9/5): Nice skiing holidays - Very friendly staff, nice playrooms for kids of all ages, cozy small wellness, skibus just in front of the hotel, good skiroom, great position with Kronplatz just 12 minutes away with the skibus, very good dinners. The extra bed could be a bit more comfortable, but kids managed it without complains (my back wouldn't last a week on it), at least a kettle for a tea could be in the room, the breakfast started at 7:30 so it is tough to catch the first skibus, the breakfast could have more vegetables and something warm (not just self cooked eggs)..
