• HIDEKI (1/5): お勧めしません。少し多く支払っても他に泊まりましょう - 部屋はシングルなのにLDK付き スタッフの対応は態度がまず酷い。入った時点で失敗したと思った。 ベランダ付きとうたっているわりに出たくなるようなものでなく汚い。 部屋にはバイブやコンドームなどの販売がある。連れ込み宿か？ 窓を閉めても道路からの騒音が酷い。 コンドームより耳栓を売ってくれ。 チャックイン時に早朝チェックアウトなので朝ごはんは要らないと伝えても、また電話をかけて確認してくる始末。 ホテルの質の酷さがどんどん増します。 ２度と泊まらないしお勧めしません。 堂々とBooking.comで高得点といったものが飾られていたが、Booking.comも不審になるくらい酷い。

• Abby (7/5): Two Weeks in UB - Generally I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The price was reasonable for the accommodations and they provided free parking in a city which is difficult to find parking. The breakfast was excellent and something different everyday. Enjoyable stay overall. The rooms and hall could use an update in furniture and carpet. Some of the interior was dark. Breakfast was only 8am to 9am, so it would be better if it were extended to 10am.

• René aus Dresden (9/5): Gutes Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung - Gutes Hotel an der Peace Avenue und somit zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zentral gelegen. Zimmer sehr groß und alles da was man braucht inkl. Zahnbürste, Hausschuhe, Tee, etc. Frühstück konnten wir nicht einnehmen, da wir früh los mussten. Gab kleine Frühstücksbox für unterwegs. Betten etwas hart. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Über uns wurde die ganze Nacht getanzt, gehüpft und gesprungen. Man hört da einfach alles.

• Petr (9/5): Dobrý hotel v centru města . - Vynikající poloha hotelu , hlavní náměstí a mnoho zajímavých míst pohodlně v dosahu pěšky. Autobusové zastávky poblíž, v okolí mnoho restaurací , obchodních domů a prodejen. Prostorné pokoje i velmi dobře vybavená koupelna, prostorné balkony , krásné výhledy na okolí. Ochotný personál . Servírování snídaně na pokoj. Trvale uzavřená hlavní část vchodu do hotelu, studená snídaně včetně vajec a párků , kuchyňský kout bez základního nádobí a příborů, káva ke snídani není bohužel k dispozici, personál se při snídani věnuje výhradně mobilu.

• Marie (7/5): The rooms are enormous like apartments - The staff didn't speak much English but we managed ok and they were helpful. They stored our luggage for free while we went on a 12 day tour The hotel is walking distance to the State Department store The rooms are more like apartments with kitchen (although only has an electric kettle and no other utensils), dining table, lounge, study, 2 bedrooms. Should have only booked one room instead of 3! Do not have the breakfast! Eggs and sausage was pre-made and served cold My room was not available when I arrived and it still was not ready at 9pm so they had to put me in an alternate room. The lock on that room wasn't working and I had to wait to the following day for it to be repaired. Although the rooms are non-smoking they still have a strong smell of smoke in some. Opening the windows helps

• Freedom (10/5): Hotel With A Fully Stocked Kitchen And The Restaurant From The Movie "The Godfather" - A very well kept Traditional themed apartment, with a fully stocked kitchen. The views are amazing, with 2 balconies. Lots of sunshine, Very clean and well maintained. This Hotel also has the restaurant from the movie "The Godfather" If you need anything the staff will assist you.

• Ümi̇t (10/5): Nice location, Nice place. - The location of the hotel is very nice. İt is closes to majör squares and museums. Our room was very big, useful and comfortable. There wasn't anything we didn't like.
• David (7/5): Nice, but little outdated hotel. Rooms are huge and clean, but without A/C. - Great location, big room and decent breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking is an asset if you have a car. Many points of interest in 25-30 minutes walking distance. No A/C in the room. Only a fan, but because the room looked to the main intersection it was very noisy to keep the window open. Bed was very hard (not the bad thing, but the pillow was very soft with no additional pillows available).
• Chiung (9/5): Good choice for staying in the UB - Breakfast is marvelous; yet the size of the served coffee could have been bigger. Need to pay for bottle water in the room; and refilled coffee in the breakfast is charged too.
• Dandy (8/5): Very good - The rooms are really big with "old style" furniture_ cozy. Staff is very helpful & nice. Bedsheets & towels _ very clean. It's very close to the city center. Restaurant on 12th floor is great. We couldn't pay for the stay with credit card, just cash, which was very inconvenient. More options for breakfast would be great (evendo the breakfast was very tasty.). We stayed 10 days & we could choose only from 4 options. Carpet in the room 72 need (definitely) cleaning.

• Alina (7/5): Good - There's been some weird problems with the reservation. In a few days, the hotel wrote me that they had no room and I had to cancel the reservation. I couldn't cancel the reservation myself - I was charged a fee. I wrote them back that they would cancel it themselves so that I would not be fined. But no one ever replied to me again. I called the hotel, where the employee spoke very bad English - she confirmed that there were no rooms and I had to cancel the reservation. I tried to explain to her that I couldn't do it myself without a penalty, she promised to cancel the reservation. About 1-2 days later, the reservation was still not canceled and the arrival day was about to be. No one responded to me through booking. I called the hotel again, and there was a guy with whom I could understand the situation in English. It turned out that everything was fine and my reservation was active and everything was fine. What was that? Overall everything was fine at the hotel. But this moment with the reservation and its cancelation at the request of the hotel - I started to get annoyed at some time and I had to spend time on the necessary messages and calls =/
• Bartlomiej (10/5): Nice and friendly Hotel - Nice and Clean Hotel in the centre of the City. I have enjoyed breakfasts and the hotel service. Receptionist Davaadash is one of the biggest assets of the hotel. Fluent in English and supportive. Always happy to help or advice. I can recommend that Hotel. There is nothing to complain about it.
• Elena (10/5): Excellent, we can recommend the hotel to all travellers for long and short stay - central location, near to all important sides to visit huge room (whole apartment size), a lot of space, everyday change of bath amenities and towels, nice breakfast room, choice between Western and Mongolian breakfast, helpful staff it would bee good if there is also tour dest in the hotel and the balconies and terrace need bit more cleaning

Excellent restaurant , friendly, helpful staff. Nice appointments. I would not stay there again. Why? The bed was ROCK HARD AWFUL. Did not sleep well. The beds.

• Kristina (7/5): Nice hotel with great space and views but be aware of the final price and promise of wide beds. - The hotel has great location, the twin room actually has three separate rooms, two balconies with awesome views on UB and breakfast in the room. The staff was very helpful and we could check in before the official time. We also appreciated that we could fill out water bottles with filtered water in the staff room - however, we do recommend to make such a water tank available for everybody's use since the water in the tap is not good to drink. The price was higher than in the original booking - instead of 487 euros we ended up paying 514,91 euros. A bigger problem was with beds - we has booked a twin room with two wide beds (2 queen beds 151-180 cm). Instead we got two narrow beds and according to the reception, there even weren't any wider twin beds. This was a disappointment.
