• Jens (9/5): Wunderschön - Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage. Die Ruhe, die Sauberkeit. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einfach perfekt! Eine Butterdose haben wir vermisst.

Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and the welcome basket was also a nice touch.Rooms were comfortable and cosy. Garden was perfectly safe for dogs and thoughtful touches like, dog bed, dog bowls and a towel were provided. Enjoyed a morning cuppa outside watching the horses and pheasants and enjoying the beautiful view. The access road was single track but not an issue as was very quiet.

• Thomas (10/5): Lovely cottage - We could really relax in this lovely cozy cottage surrounded by nature and a very nice garden. Although it’s in a tiny town it’s beautiful and there are great places to eat (we loved the salmon) furthermore it’s an awesome place for day trips. The house is fully equipped and exceeded our expectations. We felt at home. We totally recommend it.

• Emily (9/5): Amazing stay in a lovely cosy cottage. - Very clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. Furniture and furnishings were lovely, loved the wool throws everywhere. Beds were comfy and warm. Wood burning stove was great, we had it on every evening. Kitchen was well equipped, nothing was missing! Plenty of storage. Location was excellent, loved the sound of the river, excellent cycling routes all around. The feather bedding didn’t suit everyone, we didn’t love the taste of the tap water so bought bottled water to drink. Could have done with some matches for the first night to light the stove. But these were all minor things, we loved the cottage and had a great stay.

The views are amazing, kitchen dining area is a great family room and also added bonus of the pool table! Loved the cosy sitting room too. Bedrooms are very clean and welcoming. Such a high standard inside and the pool table was a brilliant bonus! Lovely walks, close enough to town centre (40 min walk), beautiful views and some lovely friendly horses over the garden wall. Garden enclosed so ideal for the dog!
• Sonya (10/5): Relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating. - The location, house and attention to detail was exceptional!! . The Kennels is well appointed and is a fantastic place to holiday with family. Our two dogs loved it too! The garden is enclosed with spectacular views of the mountains.The hosts were very attentive and were easily contactable should you need their assistance with anything. Wouldn’t change a thing! Could not fault anything!
