- Kelly (6/5): - Unfortunately we did not have heat or hot water for the entire stay and I appreciate eventually someone came but if we could have contacted someone as soon as we arrived we might have had this sorted for some of the stay but none of the contact numbers answered on the information sheet.
- Teresa (4/5): It could be beautiful but it’s tired and not particularly clean. - Check in was at 3. We arrived at 3.45 and the cleaners were still there. We had to take a bag of food that had been left, to the bin. There were 6 of us staying and we had been left 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels. However, we were given a couple more the following day when we let the host company know. There were only 2 water glasses, one dirty but again, these were added to the following day.
- Alexandra (3/5): Filthy - Location was central and having access to a garden with table of chairs was good Had we not had an event we would have turned round and gone home at check-in, instead we had to stay and clean. The house was filthy, the extractor hood could not extract due to the caked on grease, all around the hob was covered in grease, the top of the ktichen units were black from the grease and dust, the kitchen cupboards and draws were sticky with bits in them, there were old bits of stuck food on the floor around the fridge, inside the fridge and freezer had bits of food and drink spillage. Most corners of the rooms have not been hoovered in a long time and had black dust build up, all carperts have a grey line around the skirtking boards from dust build up, the grout on the tiles is discoloured, there were hairs in the shower cubicle and the top floor shower has no real pressure enough to wash long hair, all radiators were covered in and full of dust. In general the property is aging and tired, this could have been forgiven if it were clean and maintained well, however this is clearly not the case.

- Milly (9/5): Great Stay for Family - The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. There are 3 bedrooms with 6 or 5 beds depending on your configuration. The location was great as well, there’s a park a few minutes away, the town center and most places were walking distance from the house (1.2 miles/ 20 minutes max). There’s a parking spot in the back that’s accessible through the back garden. There’s a grocery store a short walk from the home as well and the WiFi is fast. Nothing
