• Claude Mike (9/5): Super endroit - Le calme, la piscine, la grandeur de la chambre et de la SDB. Tout est vraiment parfait. Motards, la moto était vraiment en sécurité et le propriétaire nous a laissé le logement bien avant l'heure prévue pour le check-in. Endroit à recommander à tous et surtout aux motards. Un grand merci au propriétaire Tout était parfait

• Evelyne (10/5): Parfaite halte dans la campagne italienne avant d’aller visiter Monte Cassino ! - Grande maison au jardin tout aussi vaste et clos: parfait pour notre chien ( qui s’en est donné à cœur joie avec le chien du propriétaire !) La chambre et la salle de bains correspondent en tous points à la description ! Grande propreté et tout pour un petit déjeuner ) Acceuil attentionné et sympathique de notre hôte .

• Michela Bellotti (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, ma è bastato per apprezzare la bellezza e la cura di questa villa. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e molto confortevole. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: quando siamo rimasti senza auto, si è persino offerto di accompagnarci personalmente, un gesto davvero raro e molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca ospitalità autentica e attenzione verso gli ospiti!

• Joanna (8/5): - The space was spotlessly clean and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The host was lovely and always asking if everything was OK. Only 10 minutes by car to Cassino central. Overall Villa Annamaria is lovely.

• roberto (8/5): - Camera molto ampia e posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti dal casello dell'autostrada. Bella la piscina di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché era brutto tempo. Alcune dotazioni necessiterebbero forse di essere rinnovate.

Il bellissimo parco dove il nostro cane si sentiva a suo agio famigliarizzando anche con il suo era perfetto Peccato sia durato solo un pomeriggio. Siamo sicuri che ripeteremo l'esperienza ogni qualvolta torneremo in Calabria. Sara' una nostra tappa obbligata. Grazie, sig. Michele

• Carol (8/5): Quiet location with nice pool and parking. - Had the place all to ourselves. Quiet location. Easy parking on site included. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom was old and had some fixtures that needed to be fixed/replaced
• Jiska (8/5): Practical for one or two nights while travelling to the South or North of Italy - Nice villa with swimming pool and garden, after a long ride we still could have a swim. The villa has several rooms/apps and a shared kitchen. At the otherside of the road is a good restaurant for those who just stay overnight. We regretted to not have taken some more time to visit the area. The very friendly owner told us some interesting things. The villa has a very special style. Full with paintings and some special details, probably not appreciated by all but fascinating. Nothing

• Francys (10/5): Nestled amidst lush greenery, this enchanting villa provided the perfect backdrop for a charming getaway. - This charming Villa is located in a very quiet, sunny, green place. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a cozy fireplace. Gardens and pool area are so enchanting. Everything in this property is perfect.
• Valentin (10/5): Nice stay between Rome and Naples - We arrived quite late and the owner was waiting for us in front of the house. The villa is amazing, the room was big enough with a huge private bathroom. You can use the kitchen and there was a little breakfast for us. Everything is spotless. There is a good restaurant right in front, which was very convenient. There is a nice garden with swimming pool and a lovely dog. 10min away from Cassino center and 20min from Monte Cassino Nothing
• Marloes (10/5): Beautiful place, very cleans and big rooms. - Very friendly host, nice big room and very clean. Absolutely loved the pool and such a beautiful sweet dog! A bit hard to find at first, maybe put on a sign? And b&b is pint on a different building (restaurant a bit away so that was why we couldn’t find it at first). Breakfast was a bit minimal, but we booked really late so maybe that’s why.

• Catherine (8/5): An authentic Italian villa stay! A perfect ending to our very busy month in Italy and Sicily. - The pool is the obvious attraction. We had a room on the main floor, a suite with private bathroom. Very large. We used the kitchen a lot to make breakfast and dinner. After a day of touring, we had the pool to ourselves. I would add another comfy chair in the kitchen/lounge area so 2 could sit comfortably.

• Luigi (5/5): Wish it could have been different. - The villa was very beautiful inside and very clean. Our room was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The garden was being manicured and it looked like it had not been done for some time. The swimming pool was not clean so we were not able to take a swim. There was this beautiful 16 or 17 year old German Shepard who was in poor health and could not walk. To see this upset us and unfortunately spoiled our stay.
