Biz saat 23.00 sıralarında tesise girdik bu sırada ben işletmeye geldiğimde birisine ulaşmaya çalıştım. Bana whatsapo üzerinden saatten haberiniz var mı kuralları okudunız mı şeklinde dönüş yapıldı. Kurallarda checkin saati 23.30a kadar yazıyordu. Wifi şifresini sorduğumda gelen kişiye hepsini sorabilirdiniz şeklinde cevap verildi. Mesajlara geç dönüş yapıldı.

• PAULINA (3/5): - Pokoj duży , z balkonem i plażą pod nosem. Na samym wstepie wlasciciel chcial od nas zaplaty gotówką, mimo ze platnosc dokonana byla przez booking. Powtarzal to 3 razy, a wydaje mi sie ze doszla informacja przez booking ze zostalo oplacone, mialam wrazenie ze chcial nas oszukać. Nie podobało mi sie, że mielismy spólny balkon z sąsiadami. Nie podobało mi się, iż było zimno w pokoju. Co prawda była klimatyzacja ktora dawała cieplo lecz jak tylko została wyłączona od razu robiło sie zimno. Niestety nie bylo upałów na dworzu wiec w nocy budziłam sie z zimna.. Cieniutkie kołdry, wręcz prześcieradła pod którymi bylo zimno. W łazience brak ogrzewania, po wyjściu spod prysznica zimno. Niezbyt czysto, pod prysznicem włosy łonowe poprzednich lokatorów. Popsuta szafka od lodowki. Łóżka tak niewygodne że nie dało sie spać, miałam wrażenie ze śpię na podłodze. Zdecydowanie za wysoka cena do jakości. 8

• Katarina (10/5): Katarina Beograd - Cesto dolazimo na Jazz jer je lokacija odlicna. Plaza,zelenilo,more na 10 m od apartmana.Apartman je nov i ima sve sto je potrebno. Kuhinja kompletno opremljena.Sve je besprekorno cisto. Parking je u sklopu objekta.Mi smo bili van sezone i uzivali u praznoj plazi sto se retko vidja. U sezoni je super za parove sa decom jer im je plaza ispred.Ima prodavnica i kafica duz cele plaze. Maja nas je docekala i dodatno ulepsala nas boravak jer je divna ,predusretljiva i bila je tu za sve sto nam je dodatno trebalo. Sigurno cemo doci opet.Svaka preporuka. Sve nam se dopalo

• Viktor (10/5): Vielen herzlichen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit in Ihren Apartments. - Die Apartments haben mir sehr gut gefallen – es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage der Apartments ist einfach perfekt – besser kann man sie sich nicht vorstellen: direkt am Strand, nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von Budva entfernt und 3 Minuten bis zum großen Supermarkt. Das Personal war hervorragend, sehr freundlich im Empfang und jederzeit bereit zu helfen. Maja ist immer hilfsbereit und begegnet anderen mit viel Freundlichkeit. Sie haben den besten Wachhund – Jackie!

• Stefan (9/5): Big, comfortable, very friendly service and great value for money. - Great value for money, big apartment, nice water pressure for shower, very friendly service. At first glance I wasn’t too sure, but once I got inside I saw how nice it was. There is also a big cement slab in-front of the building where you can park. Communication was a bit challenging, but nothing you can’t fix with Google translate. The host more than made up for it by bringing me sweets and delicious Turkish tea, she made it pretty special, could feel the sincerity :)

• GÜRLEK (8/5): Fiyat/Performans - Konum harika bir plajda bu yüzden çok sevdik. Kahvaltı seçenekleri de güzeldi sadece tüm et türevleri domuz etiydi biraz daha çeşitlilik olsa iyi olabilirdi. Wifi iyi ve stabil çalışıyordu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Ücretsiz otopark imkani vardı. Mutfağının olması güzeldi. Banyoya bir kaç ekleme gerekir. Banyoda duş alanı iyilestirilmeli. Soğuk zamanlarda battaniye ve pike verilmeli. Yatak ve yastık biraz daha rahat olabilir.

• Samuel (6/5): Budva - Umiestenie bolo super a blízko pri pláži. Mali sme zaplatené výhľad na more a bol to len výhľad na strechu a za ňou more. Raňajky.. tie sme mali zaplatené a aj tak sme platili za pomarančovú šťavu. Hoci nám nikto nepovedal, že ju nemáme v cene a vlastne asi žiadnu tekutinu na pitie. Takže sme zaplatili za raňajky na Booking a potom 16€ za pomarančovú šťavu k raňajkám..

• Romanka Hudcová (10/5): - Špičkový a osobní přístup majitele i personálu mě velice potěšil. Místní restaurace je velice chutná, čistá, krásná a cenově velice dostupná. Neměli jsme potřebu chodit kamkoli jinam. Pláže krásné, písčité, čisté. V dosahu vše co potřebujete. Obchod, suvenýr, hromada restaurací... Pokoje čisté, klimatizace fungovala perfektně. Jen Wi-Fi bylo dost slabé, ale to bylo nejspíš tím, že jsme měli nejvzdálenější pokoje. Vlastní parkovací místo v ubytování výhodou, nicméně kolem je kemp a volných parkovacích míst zdarma nespočet. Určitě se zde další roky vrátíme.

The beach and the sea are much cleaner and more beautiful than the center of Budva. 2 sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach area belonging to the facility cost 15 euros. The prices at the restaurant below the apartment building are good and the portions are large. It was a little difficult to find the house. The entrances are at the back and there is no sign on that road. Also, there is no name of the apartment at the entrance of the building. We were able to find it by asking around. The terrace belongs to 2 flats. That is, it is in common use. This is a bit of a troublesome situation regarding private life. While we were there, the flat next door complained that they thought they could not leave while we were there. This was not a nice thing.

• Venceslavo (8/5): Nice studio apartment, lovely beach. - Great location 15m from the beach! Though the weather was not good til the day we had to leave... The room was new and very clean. Bathroom good. Nice terrace to sit and have drinks. No sign on the building! It was really difficult to find. Just a sign at the back saying "Boss Apartment" would help. Also the TV didn't work (no channels) and there were very few glasses (no wine glasses) or cups. It needs a knife that can cut bread and a tin opener and corkscrew.

The beach is really nice. The time we were there was not the perfect time, cuz they were preparing everything for the season. Restaurant was closed, nothing to do there at that time and to the city center is too far to walk.

• Barikyan (9/5): Worth the money really good stay! Recommend - Very friendly hosts , helping with all questions, very quick fix of everything. Nice area right next to the sea with amazing terrace to stay and enjoy breakfasts/coffee, comfortable room with everything you need ( except bathing goods) Basically everything was good enough! Maybe only bathroom would get watered because of how the shower is, but it would also dry quickly.

• Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, we walked down to the beach practically straight from the room. In addition, we could use the large terrace overlooking the sea. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful vacation there just before the season starts. I highly recommend this place.
