Vickie (10/5): A nice place to stay in Berchtesgaden! - We rented a double room with a balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the balcony. The view from the room was very pretty and the view from the breakfast room and terrace was even better. The breakfast was a very large buffet with several hot dishes included. The walk to restaurants in town only took about 5-6 minutes. The parking area was not that big so we worried about getting a spot to park when we got back in the evenings, but there was always a place left for us.

Martina (10/5): Great place to stay - This place is great. There is a parking nearby and it is a good price vs value. Rooms are comfy and clean with a great view and a spacial balcony. Staff was really nice. What surprised us was that wellness is included which we enjoyed. It is small, so only a few people can use it, but we were lucky to be alone there. Breakfast was delicious. Great range to choose from, now I understad the commens about people not tasting everything they wanted.

Rezeption nur bis 21 Uhr besetzt , danach geht nur noch ein Mini Kühlschrank mit wenig Angebot im Flur. Schöne Terrasse aber null Service tagsüber . Könnte viel mehr Angebote geben aber Hotel ist wohl wegen neuem Besitzer noch im Aufbau Modus . Dusche tropfte .. konnte in 4 Tagen nicht repariert werden . Licht am Spiegel funktioniert nicht . Zimmerservice jeden Tsg auch nicht.

Harald (8/5): Rundum zufrieden, freundliches Personal, Zimmer renoviert, alles sauber. - Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Verschiedene Backwaren wie Semmeln, Brotscheiben, Croissant, Brezeln alles gut. Zusätzlich Weißwürste und Brezeln, gekochte Eier usw. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, auch gut. Im Badezimmer ist an der Decke die Abluft installiert, da sammelt sich gerne Staub an, nur als Tipp. Über dem Waschbecken im Bad ist keine Ablagemöglichkeit.

Peter (3/5): wenn man über booking.com bucht kriegt man in der Regel schlechtere Zimmer - Lage war okay Ich habe ein teures Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht über booking.com und wurde dann in eine zwei hundert Meter entfernte Appartement Wohnung platziert. Wellness Bereich kann man somit vergessen. Vermutlich weil ich über booking.com gebucht habe.

Sehr reichhaltig, wirklich für jeden etwas dabei, tolles, sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück - und dazu der Blick zum Watzmann! Wir wurden bei der Ankunft so außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen, da fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und als Gast geschätzt! Für uns war das Bettzeug nicht optimal, da es ein "Kunstmaterial" war, darin schwitzen wir leicht. Aber wir haben aufgrund der ruhigen Lage gut geschlafen.

Heike Marion (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt wunderbar nah am Zentrum von Berchtesgaden - es ist neu renoviert und dabei ist es den Eigentümern gelungen, einen modernen Stil mit alpenländischer Gemütlichkeit zu kombinieren - sehr gemütliche Zimmer mit Balkon und der Blick auf den Watzmann von der Frühstücksterrasse aus und von den Liegen am Pool ist wirklich fantastisch! Ein leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal machen einen Aufenthalt im Alpina Ros zum Genuß - ich komme gerne wieder!

The town itself is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also visited Königssee, which is only about a 7-minute drive from the hotel—definitely worth seeing. Gerhard (7/5): Zentral gelegenes Apartment mit kleineren Schwächen - Sehr großzügiges Apartment. Lage fußläufig zum Zentrum (5-7 Minuten steiler Anstieg). Großes Bad mit Walk In Dusche. Bequeme Betten. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit toller Terrasse. Freundliches Personal. Das Apartment befindet sich nicht im Nebenhaus, sondern in einem anderen Haus (3 Minuten fußläufig entfernt) direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse zum Zentrum. Das Apartment ist mit neuen, aber sicherlich keinen hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet (keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen), Geschirrtuch wurde trotz 2-maliger Bitte erst am letzten Tag gebracht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war deshalb zu hoch (selbst wenn man berücksichtigt, dass wir am Mai-Brückentag dort waren). Der angeblich vor dem Haus vorhandene Parkplatz war besetzt, sodass wir auf einen Parkplatz in 5-minütiger Entfernung ausweichen mussten - dieser war dann allerdings kostenfrei.
Silke (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Besuch in Berchtesgaden - Es ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet, vom Zimmer bis zum Frühstück hin. Die Zimmer sind in warmen Holztönen und grauen Filz-Stoffen ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr gut. Lattenrost kann eingestellt werden. Das Badezimmer ist von der Größe her ausreichend und wie auch das Zimmer modern und stilvoll renoviert. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend - leckere und vielseitige Brötchen- und Brotauswahl, frisches Obst, hochwertige Marmeladen, regionale Produkte und ausreichend Müsli-Auswahl bieten u. A. einen tollen Start in den Tag. Das Hotel liegt zentral und man ist in wenigen Fussminuten im historischen Zentrum und auch am Bahnhof, von wo aus Busse zu allen möglichen Ausflugszielen abfahren. Toller Ausblick auf dem Watzmann! Mein Mann hat den Whirlpool sehr genossen :) Das Hotel liegt in einer ziemlich steilen Straße. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof ins Hotel kann daher für manchen etwas anstrengend sein, ist aber machbar ;) Und es lohnt sich definitiv. Es könnte etwas mehr Ablagefläche im Bad geben, das ist aber in vielen Hotels ein „Manko“ und man arrangiert sich irgendwie ;) Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu auszusetzen.

Noa (8/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their service. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. However, we were placed in a separate building located a relatively long distance from the main hotel. It required about a 6-minute walk or a short drive to reach the hotel facilities, which made it less convenient for us to fully enjoy what the hotel has to offer. This arrangement also discouraged us from going back and forth as often as we would have liked. Additionally, it was disappointing that this detail was not communicated to us in advance. Had we known, we might have planned differently. Overall, while there were definitely positive aspects, this issue affected our overall experience.
狂歌吟風 (9/5): - 絕佳的房間風景. 早餐豐盛又超級好吃. 飯店員工親切熱情, 而且會說中文和台語的你好謝謝, 非常厲害. 飯店還有Spa和三溫暖, 物超所值, 不過三溫暖是混浴喔! 沒有冰箱小可惜, 不過春天來時食物晚上放在陽台上也是可以達到冷藏效果.

Yvonne E68 (9/5): Mooi hotel met goede ligging dicht bij centrum en bij openbaar vervoer - Leuk, knus hotel. Fijn en behulpzaam personeel. De grote kamer had alles wat je nodig had. Bed, zithoekje met een fles water, kledingkast. Leuk detail...er was een rugzak aanwezig die je kon lenen ts je wandelingen. Goed ontbijt en een mooie ontbijtzaal. Ik zou het fijn gevonden hebben als er een lift was geweest. Maar het personeel helpt direct met de koffers.

Justine Marie (9/5): Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt. - Sehr leckeres und ausgewogenes Frühstück. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht! Angenehmer Wellnessbereich.

Brad (9/5): Will stay here again - Nice property to stay and explore the area. Not too far from Salzburg for a day trip. The breakfast is amazing! Rooms are clean quiet and comfortable.

Ursachila (10/5): - We stayed in the family apartment, that is 2 minutes walk from main building. The apartment was very spacious, full two bedroom apartment, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast that is in the main building. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to city centre, which appeared to be a beautiful town. Totally recommend the hotel and the town.
