• Reiko (7/5): Loved location. The price/fee we paid does not come to close to what we received. - Location and quality of towels and sheets. Smell of toilet!!! Music from downstairs establishment. I really can not believe that someone can lives in this unpleasant smell. First thing when I wake up 😢

Perfect amount of space, excellent location, very comfy bed and pillows, easy check in with video The building is quite loud but there is nothing that can be done about this by the property. It’s just the noise of cleaning crews and people closing their doors
• Allegra (10/5): great location - very close to Duomo - fantastic location - can see the Duomo from the outside door. also can go up on the rooftop for amazing views of the Duomo at night. very comfortable for a couple or family with small children. great communication from the host. it was clean. had some soap and shampoo. has wifi. also has a sunny area with a table that would be lovely for breakfast. if you were travelling with more than a couple, it might be uncomfortable as there are openings from the loft that look down on the bedroom and shower.

Fantastické město. - Snídaně nebyl v ceně zahrnuta, ale ve městě bylo restaurací více než dost s typickou italskou kvalitou. Lokalita byla skvělá, centrum města, všude kousek. Kuchyň i koupelna byla vybavena přesně tak, jak bylo deklarováno v popisu ubytování. A absolutně fantastický výhled na město ze střechy. Pokud si chcete udělat romantický večer na střeše, nemá to chybu. Ubytování bylo koncipováno do úzkého dvora, ale šlo o přespání, všechen čas jsme trávili venku. Takže nakonec OK. Jen kvalita stavebních úprav asi odpovídá italskému přístupu. Původně velký byt byl upraven tak, aby se využil všechen prostor, zejména opravdu vysoké stropy.

• Ortiz (9/5): Overall, the loacation is hard to beat. - I enjoyed the location and the roof top view. It is in a very central location to all cite seeing locations. And the roof top view of the duomo is top notch. The layout of the apartment is a little odd, the top bedroom has an opening view of the bottom bedroom. But they countered that with adding curtains.
• James (10/5): Great place to stay in Florence - Very nice apartment in a great location! Enjoyed the rooftop in evenings for views and listening to singing from the street. One of the best places we stayed during our month in Europe. We'd stay here again.
• Kevin (9/5): Fantastic apartment in Florence. Highly recommended. - The Apartment and location were fantastic. It was located next to the Duomo and all the nearby attractions. The best surprise is the access to the roof where you can get a great view of the Duomo for free!! There is also a lift to help with any luggage. There is also air-conditioning with heating and cooling. They provided washing machines with drying racks. The TV and Kitchen were slightly seperated and good not to disturb those in the bedrooms. Apartment is getting dated with some plug sockects loose. The TV also does not have any smart functions. I had a problem with toilet flushing but after informing the host, someone came to fix it the same day. The two rooms were not quite seperated and the second room can look into the master, so do note if you need privacy. This wasn't a problem for me.

Host gentilissima e disponibile, Martina ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie rispondendo immediatamente ai messaggi. Appartamento molto carino Unico neo il bagno estremamente piccolo

• Krista (7/5): Der Balkon in der 5. Etage lässt alle „Mängel“ vergessen - Die Aussicht von dem Balkon. Das Apartment ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad ist eine kleine Katastrophe: Dusche alt, wenig Wasser, Abluft in der Dusche durch Fenster auf Balkon und durch Deckendurchbruch in die obere Etage / zweites Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ohne AC und mit Vorhang zum unteren Schlafzimmer abgetrennt- also auch kein Fenster. Im Sommer nicht „luftig“. Der Balkon mit Aussicht auf der 5. Etage nur mit Aufzug und einer dreckigen, steilen Treppe erreichbar. Trotzdem unschlagbare Aussicht.

• Susan (10/5): Enjoyed our stay and the location. - Great location! Apartment kitchen was well stocked. Washer was easy to figure out. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions. Facility was very clean. There are restaurants and a lot of sites within reasonable walking distance. Because of the placement of the toilet, the shower was a challenge to get into, but we got used to it.

• Mark (6/5): Quaint Apartment next to the Dome. - Quaint apartment right next Duomo, great location. All the restaurants nearby are good and priced to match. The view from the upper terrace is amazing. If you get a chance, climb the Duomo stairs to the top. It's an amazing experience. The Apartment itself was serviceable. It has all the facilities, but the layout is a little strange. The loft bedroom overlooks the second bedroom, not great if you're not related. The bathroom was small and cramped. A small Kitchen meals area, families will struggle. It was a blessing to have air conditioning.

• Nathalia (6/5): Good location, apartment need fixed - The location is super good, everything is close by and quiet. Everything is within walking distance; you can reach all the attractions in just a few minutes. The truth is, the apartment needs some work. I had to fix the sink because the water was running and wouldn't drain. There's a hole in the bathroom that leads up to the second bedroom on the second floor, very annoying... the bathroom is very uncomfortable; you literally have to enter sideways. All the furniture is very poorly secured; I thought it would fall over at any moment. For the high price we paid, we expected something better.

• Davies (4/5): The apartment has positives but we were tired due to disrupted sleep - excellent location and host very helpful this is not really a 2 bedroom property. it has 2 sleeping areas separated by a curtain. As my friend and I have different sleeping patterns, it did not work for us, eg you can hear movements form the other sleeping area, if light is on it shines in both sleeping areas. Therefore we both had disrupted sleep. The details about the apartment should be more explicit about the sleeping arrangements - ie the areas are not separated by a wall.
• Mish (9/5): Best location for SURE - The best thing about this apartment is the location and the roof top. It is in the middle of Florence and the view of the roof top is breath taking. We was in the weekend and we didn't hear any noises at all. Inside the apartment is very quiet. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed (clean soft towels, soap, almost everything in kitchen that you might need, extra blankets, all A.C was working great, Hair dryer and so on) We had great time in the apartment and the kitchen is original and beautiful. The hosts were super nice and gave all info so that it would be easy to find the apartment and everything you need before coming - thank you that was very helpful and the checking went smooth. We really enjoyed our time and the staying in this apartment was great! 1. The shower has an open roof to the second floor - was funny (I scared my husband to death) but in case someone uses the bathroom the smell goes right to the second floor bedroom. 2. In case you come as 2 couples I think this apartment won't be good for you since there is no privacy between the 2 bed rooms. Also I think for winter it would have been nice if there was tea and sugar in the kitchen. Small things that would make a difference. Other than that the apartment is great

• Dennis (2/5): Disappointing and expensive - The location was amazing. Though I felt the picture was misleading. There was no view from the apartment itself. The view of the Duomo was from the rooftop. The view from apartment windows was of the interior facing other buildings. Very disappointing. There was absolutely no charm or hominess. For an apartment in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, there was nothing beautiful about the apartment. It was simply a sterile, cold white box. Not so much as even a picture on any wall. if a person just wants location, it was great. But we like to feel a sense of were we are staying. There was nothing that said Florence about this apartment. When I said cold, I meant that literally. For three of the four days of our stay, we had no heat at all. This was in November.

Martina our host was very helpful and accommodating, - Location cannot be beaten Only minor criticisms, Not enough plug sockets, needed table lamp in bedroom, needs hooks in bathroom to hang towels, plus a grab rail to safely get out of shower due to toilet blocking access. I think if these points were addressed it would make it more practical for travellers.

• Norman (9/5): Would stay here again. Tremendous value. - 5 star location right off the piazza of the Duomo. Central to everything. Lovely kitchen seating area and spacious living/bedroom. It is an older building and water pressure less than I prefer. Does have small shower.

• Ryan (9/5): Fantastic rooftop terrace steps away from the Duomo. - The rooftop terrace was worth every penny! It is one of the highest buildings around and gave a great view of the city, as well as the Duomo of Florence and Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The apartment is very unique. In the bedroom, you have a second bed in a loft above. It has air conditioning on every room. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

• Sumaya (8/5): A cosy apartment with all amenities and a gracious host in the heart of Firenze. - This is an excellent location for (first time) visitors to Firenze. The Duomo is literally on your doorstep and there are lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. It is also very close to attractions such as Uffizi and Accademia Gallery. The construction of the building entrance and the stairwell is such that it appears gloomy, if not a bit eerie. But don't let this deter you from the comfort of the apartment.

The rooms were comfortable and the washing machine was extremely useful for my long journey The bathroom is tight to get into the shower, it’s important to be careful in and out.

• Elisapeta (9/5): Fantastic stay in Florence - It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location in Florence. Travelled with a baby and elderly mother, the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen was nice, and we had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. We used the washing machine and hung our clothes in the little balcony area, which was so handy. We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Duomo is such a great little apartment, a great location, and amazing views from the top floor The 2 rooms are connected as they do not have a wall to separate. The rooms, although on separate levels, are only separate by a curtain, this was not an issue for us but might be for other people as there isn't much privacy in regards to noise. The bathroom configuration was very tight, especially getting into the shower, I felt like I was stepping over the toilet to get into the shower. Despite this, the bathroom is clean and functional.

• Vikas (7/5): Perfect Location ! - The location was perfect ! Right next to the Duomo and main shopping streets. Duomo was about 50 ft from the main door. Most of the good restaurants and gelatos were stone throw away. It couldn't get better location wise. A lift was available in the building to carry us and our baggage to our floor. Some basic toiletries were provided in the bathroom. We had chosen options for 4 adults. This property is more suitable for a couple with 2 children, as the second bedroom is in the loft overlooking the main bedroom. This was not evident in the pictures available online. Hence no privacy between the 2 rooms. Also,only 1 bathroom, which had to be shared by us, and no lock/latch on the bathroom door. Was a bit of a juggle.

Walkable to everywhere. As others have stated the upstairs bedroom does look down onto the bedroom on the main floor but not an issue for us. Small lift once you climb 14 steps that are easy to climb. It was all good.

• Georgia (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, very clean and tidy. The beds were also very comfortable. The bedrooms were separated by a curtain so personally I wouldn't choose it for a long stay as I felt there was no privacy. However, it is an excellent apartment for a weekend in Florence.
• Jason (7/5): Ok for one night if you're on a tight budget but I would look for something more comfortable in future. - Location, you'll have trouble finding a better location in Florence. The apartment itself is.. not great. The pictures do it lots of favours but in reality a lot of expense has been spared because, well, the location! Getting out of the shower can be dangerous, be careful. The manager was friendly but only provided instructions on accessing the impressive roof vista after we had left. There were no extra garbage bags. No oven.

• Eric (9/5): Perfect location. Would stay again. - You can't beat the location. Seriously, it's as close as you can get to the Duomo without being a Bishop! :) Lots of space in the apartment. The rooftop terrace is amazing! Beat the crowds down below and stare at the Duomo in private with a bottle of wine! The apartment was lacking a few things. We only had one cutting knife, no coffee pods, no paper towels, one roll of extra toilet paper, etc. For light sleepers, the doors in the building are metal. They close loudly. I still recommend the apartment, but bring earplugs. Pretty much everywhere in Europe will require you to have them unless you have a standalone house. Note: be kind to your neighbors and try to close doors quietly! It matters when you have close neighbors!
