- Juliana (1/5): Fraude - Não existe pousada. É fraude! Fui ludibriada. Cheguei na porta da pousada após ter pago 1 diária de 2 quartos pelo booking com grupo de amigos e não nos receberam. Consegui contactá-los por telefone e disseram que não havia mais vaga na pousada. Quero o meu reembolso. Estou tendo problemas com a booking por conta do estorno da quantia paga e pelo serviço não prestado. Fraude. Tudo péssimo. Foi um caos.
- Juliana (1/5): Um lixo - Localização péssima. Distante de tudo. Na fachada da pousada sequer há placa indicando o estabelecimento. Fui enganada. Fizeram minha reserva no booking e quando cheguei ao estabelecimento disseram que não existia mais vaga. Sequer abriram os portões. Lugar que se diz ser pousada aparentemente abandonado e escuro. Estou tentando o meu ressarcimento com a booking e estou tento problemas para conseguir. Não confio mais nesta empresa. Extremamente decepcionada e indignada. Absolutamente nada!
