We loved a nearby restaurant, Toon Poh. Lots of opportunities in town for tours. The room was super comfortable with a wonderful shower and A/C. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi in our room was not good at all. We were on 2nd floor at far end. WiFi was pretty much useless
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - It's my understanding that this is one of the nicer/newer places to stay in Nong Khiaw, and we are happy that we stayed here. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower is separate from the rest of the bathroom (a luxury!) and there was plenty of hot water, the rooms on the second floor have a nice balcony and amazing view of the river, the location is close enough to walk to everything Nong Khiaw has to offer, and the owner/manager spoke English well and was super kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

The balcony is stunning! So big, insane view, and super comfy and big reclined chairs! Loved it. Will recommened to all my friends and family Nothing.

The view from the room is absolutely jaw dropping - we extended to 1 more night in this very scenic location. Love North Laos! Some ants were in the room but only because we left some food open.

- Lisanne (8/5): Room with an amazing view - We loved the View from our 1st floor balcony. The bed was nice and soft and the shower was great. The Amanda riverview is owned bij the same family and is also a great option with a beautiful view of the river. We really missed a swimming pool 😉 and the location is not ideal it is on the edge of town.

Very close to the bus station, on the less touristy side of town. I would have liked a face towel, a few more hungers, and better shampoo/soap/shower gel options as they were too small.

- Martin (10/5): Best accommodation I‘ve been to in Laos - Just opened a week ago, so everything new and shiny. Great view from the big window and cozy terrace. One of the nicest bathroom I’ve been in a long time. Shower is separated so not the whole bathroom is wet afterwards. Best accommodation for this price I‘ve been to in Laos. Staff is very friendly and gave us recommendations on what to do. Also told us about local traditions. Wifi could be a bit better, but still works.
- Maximilian (7/5): Neat but a bit overprized - Easy and uncomplicated check in via a message on a whiteboard. Very new and neat place, spacious room, bathroom and bed aswell as comfy balcony chaits. Not far from the bus terminal and in the less touristy, more local area of the village. Still everything is in walking distance. The place is so new, that it seems not finished yet. Bathroom is missing any kind of accessories like a mirror, hooks, shelf or anything that belongs in a bathroom. Rooms 1 - 4 are at the ground floor and don't have a view of the river, you only see the fece and mountains. Also no reception or any kind of housekeeping. At the first shower the drain was plugged but the hist helped us straight away, even though it was late evening.
