• arnaud (7/5): Appartement agréable et grand, cuisine indigne voire dangereuse. - Bon emplacement, bonne literie. Pas d’ascenseur et au cinquième étage, cuisine en très mauvaise état voire dangereuse.

• Irina (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment was nice and everything was per footwalk reachable. The landlord was kind and willing to help. Sadly we did not had enough equipment for six persons. The beds were not comfortable. Sadly the Apartment really dirty, hairs spread over the floor, dirty dishes in the cupboard and even the beds were made with dirty linen. In addition We did not had enough bedsheets and the mattresses did not had any protection claim and accordingly really dirty. The equipment in the kitchen was poor. No kitchen towel, cloth or cleaning soap. So summarized concerning the hygiene but also the lack of equipment (shower/kitchen towels, fork/knife/ spoon, bedsheets etc)in this apartment the rating is really bad. The positive thing is the landlord was really nice and kind and also gave us the key in person.
• Zarickiy (10/5): Great value for money. Good for groups that don’t mine 5th floor without lift. - Great central location. 10 min walking from the park, beach and main pedestrian street. Lots of bars, cafes and supermarkets around. Huge apartment. Very sunny, clean and specious. Huge terrace with great view. There are two separate bedrooms ( 1 double and 2 single beds) , separate massive kitchen with nice wooden table few wooden chairs and huge sofa, living room with TV, two comfortable sofas leading to the terrace. WC is separated from the shower. Washing machine is available in the corridor, but you need a powder to use it. Apartment had two aircons ( one in smaller bedroom and one in the living room). Top floor(5th) with no lift, only staircase. Shower top was not working properly, needs replacing. WC door lock is broken, so if you locked it from inside you may not be able to open it. Kitchen is not sufficiently staffed with kitchenware( coffee mashine is too old to be used, rotating ring is missing inside the microwave)and there where not any cleaning staff for the kitchen such as fairy, sponges etc. We get only one pair of keys, even though we were four people, so I have to make an extra three pair of keys for an additional cost of 50euros.
• Vera (8/5): Very good - Great location, 2 min from the Sea Garden, shops and restaurants nearby. Enough place for a family with children, kitchen facilities, towels. Big terrace
