Guest Reviews
- Nicola (7/5): - Great location, fast communication from the owner. Perfect for what we needed. Had trouble with the heating it was extremely hot and the handle up the steep stairs in the attic was broken. The steep steps also dangerous but we took our time. Also no lock on the bathroom door.
- Michelle (8/5): Would stay again - Comfortable, clean, and description was correct. The host was kind and helpful when we did need to speak.
Handy bus links to city centre and back , food shopping close by was very handy Lock on toilet door needs fixing , white handle at top of 3rd floor stairs loose so not usable, toaster is tripping the electricity so needs replacing ( we used grill instead so didn't bother us to much)
- Mason (10/5): Amazing property! Great company and great staff - The property as a home from home feel, with a few small issues when arriving but nothing that wasn’t sorted straight away over the phone! Right near Lidl and not far from the city centre it’s a great location to be in, very warm house. The stairs to the attic are a little steep but send the teenagers up there your fine thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you it was great! The attic stairs
- F (3/5): - Furniture falling apart. Yard area dirty. General damage throughout property
- Quintana Sanchez (9/5): Muy buena y tranquila.
- Liam (9/5): Good stay and information provided! - Host was very informative and sent over information about the property and amenities and how to access the property before arrival. Host provided contact details if needed to get hold of someone during the stay. House was clean and as described. The house had all we needed for a perfect stay :) Some aspects of the house did look like it needed some repair or attention - e.g broken curtain rails, wall damaged in places, trash in the back garden, but this did not overall hamper the stay.
- Gilvanete (10/5): Very comfortable, close to all shops. Lidl is 3 minutes away, in short, perfect. - Everything was perfect
- Amy (8/5): Good location for Anfield, adequate accommodation - Location was perfect for a show at Anfield, about a 30 min walk away. Comfortable sofa and beds, very spacious property when only 2 adults staying. Was clean. Quiet location and easy on street parking. Very basic and all areas could do with some general TLC. It looks like every expense has been spared!
Yard full of bin bags? It’s definitely not luxury but it did suit our needs for a 2 night stay
- Adrian (10/5): Host was very helpful -
- Ant & Angie (10/5): - Beautiful house - everything provided for a home away from home. Liked everything

- David (6/5): Not the perfect location in Liverpool - It was as very warm Location , not in a very nice area of Liverpool. There was 8 adults all girls and 2 people had to share a single bed. One room had no power sockets and found the stairs very dangerous. No large mirrors all had to share mirrors for makeup not ideal when a group of woman
- Jana (7/5): - Poloha- v blízkosti Lidl,MHD,Mc Donald, čistota, vybavení,WiFi Chybělo upozornění na schody, schody do podkroví velmi příkré, jedna toaleta, jedna manželská deka,užší manželské postele
- Mark (8/5): Great must go back to Liverpool at some point - Loved Liverpool I’d be happy to book this property again - I found it clean with on road parking outside it was close too a McDonalds, I had no problem finding the property Area was old and a little bit run down in places - walk too town centre was longer than I expected but I walked too the docks and got a taxi back
- Mateusz (10/5): The house need little be refresh. But was very good. Really recommend - Bed One bathroom. This is ridiculous
- Charlotte (8/5): - Great location Hygiene can be better
- Kane (10/5): - Everything was great Everything was fine
- Shannouf (10/5): -
- Hafees (1/5): - Location not clean at all
Can’t sleep with widows open so bad drainage smell Toilet commode so small space can’t sit and move back yard full of bin waste bags
- Karen (9/5): Superb - Shops on the doorstep
- Raymond (8/5): VFM place to stay with friends - easy to get into central Liverpool on No 10B - Nice set out place with all the basic comforts of home - easy to park street and only a short walk to public transport to get direct into centre of Liverpool - ideal for small group of friends. Back yard could do with a tidy up
- Clare (7/5): Relatively close to the city, comfy beds. However, a little tired and in need of some TLC. - The property was spacious and good value for money for a large group relatively close to the city. Beds are comfy! The property is a little tired and could do with some TLC. The back yard had a large pile of rubbish bags so wouldn’t want to use, but didn’t affect us though.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (7/5): Convenient location to Anfield stadium. Parking easy. House was clean and everything provided. Thank you. - Accepting of Dogs. It was comfortable. Clean. Parking on the street was fine. Walking distance of Anfield. Service was very efficient. The area is very run down, but it was fine for our purposes. The little yard at the back was full of rubbish and broken items, making it dangerous for dogs or children.
- Rashmin (6/5): Fair - Walkable into town from the location. Only 1 toilet.
- Megan (10/5): We had a great stay! Lovely bedrooms and the living and dining space was perfect! -
- Lisa (7/5): Nice house - Nice space. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Nice kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Not enough chairs to sit at table together. Area is a bit rough and out back yard had piles of black bags and pizza boxes. Unfortunately only 1 toilet can get busy with 7. Attic room access steps very steep.
- Alyia (8/5): Very good -
- Dom (9/5): A hidden gem regarding value for money - Fantastic house for our large group - beds were comfortable, plenty of space, lots of shops within a couple minutes distance, check-in and communication was seamless.
- Sally (7/5): Good - Property is an older terraced house in a busy Liverpool suburb.
There was plenty of parking in the street when we arrived.
The property was clean and well stocked with all you need for a comfortable weekend. There is only one bathroom with a toilet and over the bath shower.
The stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep.
The property is within walking distance of the bus into Liverpool and the large Newman park.
The outside yard its terrible. It is only a small space but we found it full of black bin bags of rubbish.
Some maintenence is required in the property, but these did not spoil our trip.
This property is good value for money.
- Andrew (7/5): Good location and value - Good location
- Margareta (9/5): Superb - The house was accurately described as being a 20 minutes walk to Anfield Stadium and around 30 minutes far from the city centre. House was clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great value for money.
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Lyubomir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (8/5): Very good - Everything about the accommodation is absolutely spot on and it doesn't have any faults worth writing down.
It's exactly what's it says it is. Nothing
- Nathan (7/5): Pleasant stay for large family - We arrived early and host was kind enough to let us drop of bags while cleanders were cleaning the place to free us up to explore. Incredible as probably saved us about £60 from overpriced baggage storage places in the city.
Nice spacious flat. Seems kitchen and bathroom newly renovated, has modern washing maching/dishwasher.
Very handy to buses, Lidl across road and Polish shop and lots of restaurants to eat in/takeaway.
Huge tv and large comfy couch, so nice to watch netflix in an evening wind down room for everyone. The couch duvet storage had potato crisps crumbs through it looks like missed by the cleaners.
Activating the key panel was a bit confusing at times sometimes took a few goes to activiate to enter the code.
The top double bed is up extremely steep loft stairs only really very young family felt safe staying up there older people was a bit too daunting (but was able to sleep on pull out couch instead quite comfortable).
- Alicia-leigh (7/5): Good -
- Rhys (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (5/5): SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR LUXURY ACCOMIDATION VERY MISLEADING - THE REVIEWS ON THIS PROPERTY HAVE NOT CHANGED SINCE 2023 LOTS OF IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED IT IS NOT LUXURY ACCOMADTION VERY MIS LEADING THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE NEEDS ATTENTION THE WATER POURS OUTSIDE THE PIPE IN THE DIRTY SCRUFFY YARD WHEN YOU FLUSH THE TOILET NO MIRRORS IN ANY ROOMS EXCEPT LIVING ROOM ON THE WALL NO HEATING PUT ON FREEZERING AT NIGHT AND EASRLY MORNING THE LANDLORD SAID HE HAD PUT IT ON A TIMER IT NEVER HAPPENED IT WAS FREEZING COLD NO IRON AND IRONING BOARD IT WAS ADVERTISED AS BEING THERE HE SAID IT MUST HAVE BEEN ROBBED ? THE 3 DOUBLE BED IS UP IN THE ATTIC WHICH WAS NOT STATED VERY HIGH STEPS TO GET UP THERE NOT SUITABLE FOR OLDER PEOPLE THE HANDLE BAR YOU USE FOR SUPPORT TO COME DOWN THE ATTIC STAIRS IS HANGING OFF THE WALL VERY DANGEROUS THE HOUSE IS LOVELY INSIDE AND CLEAN AND IS ON A STREET IT IS A MIDDLE TERRECE HOUSE IN A ROW OF ABOUT TWENTY OTHER HOUSES THE CUPBOARDS NEED CLEANING OUT AFTER EACH CUSTOMER USES IT OLD JARS OF FOOD LEFT IN CUPBOARDS IT IS VERY CLEAN INSIDE WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT IT IS DEFINITLEY NOT LUXURY VERY STEEP STAIRCASE TO GO UPSTAIRS NOT GOOD FOR OLDER PEOPLE
- Michaela (8/5): First time visit, would come back again. - Lovely property, very clean and well put together. Host is lovely and very helpful & communicative. A few minor problems when we arrived from not receiving door code and wifi password being different from the information we received but all got fixed within a matter of minutes.
- Maciej (9/5): Good value - Everything was Ok good lacation exellent contact with the owner
- Camilla (8/5): Good for large family! - Great location and comfortable rooms, lovely bathroom. Kitchen a bit sparsely furnished and the backyard was not very clean.
- Jeremi (9/5): Very good value for money. Very good for two families or a group of friends of 6-8 people - Self check-in 👍🏻 Good access to the center by all buses no. 10. From the accommodation, it's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and about a 20-minute bus ride.
If you are going to a Liverpool FC match, the walk to the stadium takes about 30 minutes.
The nearest pub, Lidl, Polish Store, kebab, Lebanese restaurant approx. 3 minutes from the house.
Well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine. One shared bathroom with toilet may be a problem for stays of more than 6 people
- Paul (10/5): Excellent location and big enough for a large family. - It was very spacious and easily fitted our whole family in. One bathroom was a hassle at times. Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first day but other than that a memorable experience
- Melvyn (7/5): Good - Everything was great and comfortable. Easy access to property with keyless access. Facilities were great. Would have been nice to have something in the front window like nets so when opening curtains cannot see straight in. Had trouble closing front door from inside. Inside door needs new door handle and not cable ties.
Would have like access to a brush and pan as no cleaning equipment especially with kids
- Marie (10/5): Exceptional - The host was so kind and friendly. He couldn't of been more helpful in a horrible situation. Communication was amazing and the place was perfect. Nothing.
- Katherine (10/5): Worth the money we paid definitely not luxury - The place was clean and comfortable, we had an issue with the Internet and the heating but the host sorted that straight away It's definitely not a luxury house. It is, however, worth what we paid for our weekend. It lacks essentials. We bought tea towels, a baking tray, and someone
Bits. The sewage pipe outside was leaking and going all over the backyard. We didn't spend much time in there, to be honest. It says it sleeps 8, but it doesn't cater for 8. The top room is lovely once you manage the steep ladder stairs.
- Christian (10/5): Great accomodation! - I stayed for 3 nights with a couple of friends to watch the Merseyside derby. The house has a fantastic price-performance ratio. We had a large kitchen, each a separate bedroom and the facilities were just right for our needs.
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carito (9/5): Lovely, comfy house where you can feel "at home" - It's a BIG house and you can feel "at home". I think they really made an effort on the details.
The living and dining rooms are spacious and separated from the kitchen and everybody can do their own things without bothering others.
You have a door code to enter... which makes it really easy! Only one mirror...
- Dragos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mathurin (10/5): Everything about the stay was excellent. Would definitely stay at the property again - It was really clean and had everything we needed It was extremely hot upstairs but not sure what you could really do about that in a heatwave
- Sat (5/5): Ok but NOT luxury - The property was roomy. Check-in was a nightmare and the host was not responsive enough, so we had to contact Booking.com. A very stressful experience and not what you need on holiday with young children. It is not luxury as described. It didn't have any heating. One bedroom window doesn't have a handle and is left open so it's cold and you hear everything from outside. There are no mirrors upstairs. The attic room is accessed from very steep stairs, which were not fit for us so we didn't use the attic room. The toilet is right next to a radiator so you can't sit properly and your leg touches a cold radiator. Cheap towels and pillows. No mirrors upstairs (inc bathroom). No iron as described in the listing.
- Ava (10/5): Best stay i ever had. We are berry happy with their services - The property lived up to our expectations, it was clean, big, everything we needed was there and more. The staff were amazing and so friendly and kind, would highly recommend staying there with a family you won’t regret it. Absolutely nothing Everything about the property was amazing and it was so close to the city centre and more. Shops on your doorstep if needed, just all round amazing stay
