Silvia (9/5): Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Gute Lage, 15 min zu Fuß zum Strand, 15 min ins Dorf. Schöner Blick aufs Meer. Appartement sauber und gut ausgestattet. Check in und Konversation war nett und problemlos Moskitonetz wäre von Vorteil (alternativ mit Klimaanlage schlafen, was möglich ist)

Pampash84 (6/5): Qualità e spazi nella norma - Buona la posizione anche se l'auto serve comunque. Zona ventilata, non abbiamo patito il caldo. Bella e utile la zona esterna, con lettini e ombrellone. Proprietari piuttosto recettivi alle richieste ulteriori fatte. Arredo un po' datato, pulizia decente, letti mediamente scomodi. Appartamento risicato per 4 ospiti. Dotazioni varie non presenti (e.g.,olio, sale, detersivo piatti minimo, ecc)
ELISA (9/5): Vacanze meravigliose - I ragazzi dell’agenzia sempre carini prima e durante il soggiorno…molto attenti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta!! Appartamento con una vista mozzafiato e con due terrazze meravigliose, posizione strategica per esplorare le varie spiagge dell’isola e a pochi minuti da Capoliveri…una vera chicca! È il secondo anno di fila che scegliamo VILLETTA GRAZIA n.1 perché davvero meraviglioso ma ci vorrebbero più manutenzione e accortezze in più che andrebbero a rendere veramente TOP questo appartamento!

ALEXANDRA (7/5): Appartement au calme avec une superbe vue du balcon - Appartement au calme, un balcon avec une vue formidable, place de stationnement proche le long de la route Accès à pieds vers le centre ou l’arrêt de bus(10’) Bien situé pour les circuits VTT Le mobilier et les équipements pourraient être changés, cassés ou en mauvais état Vaisselle sale au dessus de la hotte aspirante Les ordures ménagères devant le portail ( à cause des sangliers ou des oiseaux)
Paolo (8/5): Posizione strategica - Appartamento in edificio di 4 alloggi. Posto strategico e silenzioso. Terrazza molto gradevole e ventilata. Cortile privato utile al carico/scarico dell'auto. Comodo parcheggio fronte strada. Dimensioni stanze generose, dotazione sufficiente. Gestore molto disponibile ed efficiente (imprevisto risolto prontamente, senza disagi). Qualche spezia sarebbe stata gradita! Attenzione ad esporre le immondizie in alto e ben ancorate, perché vento e animali notturni posso fare pasticci!
Jack (7/5): Ideal apartment for a small party of people, close enough to beaches and Capoliveri. - The location, the air conditioning and the 2 spacious terraces were very appreciated. The host was very kind and was very available throughout the stay. Thank you for that! Quality of kitchen, very basic equipment, water jet from faucet was at times weak. In my opinion, some renovation would be appropriate for the price point. I also think the credit card deposit is quite unnecessary.
