- whitelaw (4/5): Stay was adequate must improve! - The beds were mostly comfy, house was warm and cozy, bed linen and towels adequately clean a few unwarranted hairs were found on towels, instruction booklet was usefull made using the heating helpful wifi easy access, keys were easy to obtain from lock box as were upon leaving, rooms nice size plenty of storage. The sofabed which was needed was broken the middle leg was propping it up and was left upside down couldnt sit on it let alone sleep on it leaving us needing to go out and purchase a air bed for the duration of our stay, 2 bedrooms has blinds missing so day light in the morning was a problem with no curtains, dirty baby nappie was found in the wardrobe, rubbish around the property that was not cleaned before arrival, cooker was dirty full of grime along with the micro oven, back door blinds tangled and broken, cigarette ends in piles in the back garden, also one of the bedroom doors didnt close shut which is a fire hazard, window in the livingroom had a sizable visible gap when closed, picture in 1 bedroom smashed glass had not been removed, overpowering smell on arrival.

- Sade (1/5): Bad. - Not clean. Dirty bedding. Whole property smelt of cigarette smoke. Fridge smelt. Broken blinds. Filthy walls. Used toothpick on bedside table. The general cleanliness was very poor.

- Warner (5/5): Disappointing but enjoyable - The property was in a good nice quiet location for what we needed. Beds were comfy and we all had a good nights sleep whilst there. Unfortunately there were some troubles with the boiler whilst we was there, an engineer had to come and replace it, so left us without hot water and heating, making it very tricky to bath the children and washing up considering there was no washing up bowl (or plug in the sink)
I would also say there wasn’t a light bulb in the lamp in the front room, few staple utensils and kitchenware we presumed we would have and some general poor upkeep of the property.
