• Norbert (7/5): Katastrophe - Die Lage ist ,um die Stadt zu besichtigen,ok Die Schlüssel zum Appartement waren nicht am vereinbarten Ort,die Garage ist 200 Meter vom Appartement entfernt und damit nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartement bedarf einer Generalsanierung Jetzt alles aufzuführen geben die Zeilen nicht her. Z.B. Duschstange gab es mal, Kühlschrank fällt bald auseinander,Couche will man sich nicht unbedingt setzen und die Möbel sind zusammengewürfelt und nicht unbedingt ein Eye -Catcher. Nicht noch einmal.

• Ivan (3/5): - Terrible experience. The day before arrival I sent a message asking whether it was self check-in or if I should contact them before arriving, since no one had reached out to me. After some time, I received a reply saying “I will send you all the instructions today.” I also asked if there was a possibility to park before check-in, but by the next morning I had received neither the check-in instructions nor an answer to my question. The following morning I finally got the instructions. We arrived at the locker box but couldn’t open it. I sent a message, and he said he had sent the wrong (old) code. We parked the car and went sightseeing, then the owner called. He asked when we could come back to return one of the keys for other guests and to get new instructions. He had left two sets of keys in the locker, didn’t specify that only one set was ours or which one to take, and had sent instructions for a completely different apartment. He told us we had to come back, return the keys, and move the car to another spot. He called me three more times asking when we would come back because the other guests were unhappy about having to wait. Also, the apartment was not clean, the balcony was in terrible condition, even the chair for sitting was broken and left like that, water was leaking everywhere from the bathtub, the couch was completely stained, and the pillows were so thin it felt like they weren’t there. The only good thing is the location and the available parking space.

• Tarik (8/5): - Very well equipped. Space. Coffee capsule are a nice plus. Dangerous shelf just in front of the bed and at head height. You have to be always very careful when going around the bed, of course when you are sleepy as it should be it doesn’t help. Dirty table set and chairs. Very small and light pillows.

• pilar (1/5): NEFASTO EL DUEÑO - Nada Informalidad del dueño.Llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada avisándole con antelación y confirmando que no habría problema con el check-in. Teníamos que recoger las llaves en las cajas con código que hay en la calle pero la caja no estaba , a la 1:08 intentamos ponernos en contacto con el dueño por WhatsApp y por tlf posible la comunicación. Nos pedimos un taxi y fuimos a pasar la noche al aeropuerto, lógicamente me puse en contacto con Booking( plataforma donde lo había contratado) e hice la reserva en otro apartamento aún siendo muy complicado por las fechas vísperas de Semana Santa. Desde luego yo no lo recomendaría dado la informalidad del dueño!! Nuncae había pasado nada parecido en los años que llevo viajando por el mundo!!

• Dmitrii (10/5): Отличное место для комфортного отдыха - Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фотографиям и описанию. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Были с дочерью, она спала на большом диване в гостиной, ей было очень удобно. В гостиной обнаружили гигантского медведя, который доставил ребенку много положительных эмоций. На кухне есть холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, вся посуда. Были в конце февраля, в квартире было тепло. Комнаты достаточно просторные, есть где разойтись трём людям. Чистая, приятная ванная. Есть стиральная машина, но мы не пользовались. В ванной есть средства для снятия макияжа, гель для душа, шампунь. Вода горячая, напор отличный. Очень красивый вид из окна во внутренний двор. Есть балкон, в теплое время года можно проводить время на балконе. В трех минутах ходьбы большой торговый центр, есть большой Lidl. В стоимость апартаментов входит подземная парковка, но она находится в другом здании в 5 минутах ходьбы. Апартаменты располагаются в 7-10 минутах до метро в живописном районе среди исторических зданий. Ключ получили через бокс с кодовым замком, хозяин был на связи и написал, как найти бокс и парковку, с подробными видеоинструкциями.

Trotuarele necuratate de zăpadă din Budapesta. Nu am putut ajunge la obiectivele turistice pe care ni le-am propus sa le vizitam. Bineînțeles asta nu este vina proprietarului apartamentului

Very safe garage space and spacious inside and very nice access from the interior of the building. Very beautiful view to the garden, silence and pozitive energy. Various cleaning supplies which was very helpful, coffee and tea available. Nice and spacious apartment. Small details to be fixed yet not essentials to spoil a comfortable housing.

• Marek (9/5): - Všetko bolo v poriadku, v apartmáne nájdete komplet všetko čo je v domácnosti. Majiteľ bol veľmi milý a ochotný, lokalita je super a veľmi ticho v noci, parkovanie v garáži, nákupné stredisko pár minút peši. Odporúčame!

• Vasyl (8/5): - Номер чистый. Есть кухня и холодильник. Ливинг рум большой, есть где развернутся. Кондиционер только в ливнг руме, в спальне нет. Интернет работал нормально. Большой плюс это подземный паркинг. Приятный и очень зеленый внутренний дворик. До центра пешком где-то пол часа пешком. Перед заселением прислали подробные видео как получить ключи и заезжать в паркинг. Только надо учитывать, что гугл карты показывают адрес в конце квартала. А на самом деле он немного раньше. С ключами нет пульта от паркинга. В паркинг надо спустится и открыть изнутри. Двери закрываются очень быстро. Перед воротами не было места чтобы припарковать машину. А там узкая улочка. У нас не получилось оставить машину чтобы открыть ворота паркинга. Пришлось ставить на параллельной улице. Один человек открыл изнутри и нажимал кнопку чтобы не закрылись ворота. Одному человеку такое не провернуть. Место в паркинге достаточно. Самое узкое это ворота. X3 вошел без проблем. Не очень качественный ремонт и отделка. Видно, что в некоторых места квартира немного "устала". Но это не критично. Отсутствовала защелка в туалете, так сказать, только для сплоченных коллективов )

• Lubos (9/5): Excellent stay - Excellent location, quiet neighborhood. Fast internet. Parking lot in basement of the building. 5 min from subway entrance. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The entrance to the garage is very narrow, our Mazda CX5 could barely fit in there. Parking lot is not assigned. There is no dishwasher.
• Xtinax (8/5): Very nice stay in a cool Budapest district - - apartment was a dog friendly one - it's quite spacious and has everything you need - the neighborhood is really good, many restaurants and close to the center (walking distance) - free parking included - pillows were super thin - TV was a smart TV but it was far from the couch so for someone with a poorer eye vision it was a bit of a struggle to see anything - The coffee maker didn't work

• Hai (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Not being able to check in to our room even at 4pm. We needed to have several calls and texts to be able to finally enter the flat. I understand that there was an issue with the previous people taking the key but I found the communication not correct from the owner that resulted that we had to stand in front of the property with a toddler, going away and back and still needed to wait. And then finally when we could enter the apartment, the floor was all still wet. The cot was not set up. Then they did not want to give a mattress to the baby cot saying that this should be enough. I never experienced this before that we got no mattress with the baby cot other than the base protective layer of the travel cot which is basically not even 1cm thick. Not mentioning how the curtains were hung up, it gives a terrible quality feeling.

• Brenda (9/5): Cozy, functional and well located apartment. - The location was great. It is a few minutes from a metro station, bars, restaurants, and a mall. Comfortable apartment that can perfectly fit up to 4 people. It features kitchen utensils and even cooking oil & spices. Thank you, Zsolt! The dishes seemed to be clean but some of them had dried food stuck on them. The bathroom floor got wet when taking a shower because the shower glass did not have a seal strip.

The beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed. • Constantinescu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament is very cosy, clean, close to the center, it is situated în a building with severa flats with balconies opening în a beautiful and quiet interior garden. And it is also very well equiped with everything you need including body Milk and cleaning pads:). My children loved the big Teddy bear they used as a chair and asked us to come back soon because we stayed for just one night on our way to Croatia.

The host was really nice, he recommended us an application for the public transport that was really useful. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The parking lot is a big plus.

A big advantage is parking in the garage where you can leave your car safely and discover the beauty of Budapest by metro or tram. Everything is close. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can comfortably cook or go out to one of the restaurants located about a minute (Corvin Sétány) from the apartment. The apartment is located in an inner block, which is full of greenery. You are not disturbed by street noise. The apartment is also suitable for families. there is nothing I would complain about

There are many restaurants in the area. If you are coming by car the host also provides an underground spacious and clean parking place. The host was very nice and helpful, the checkin/checkout went smoothly. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equiped and the host supplied everything from coffee and tea to wet napkins. Really appreciated the hospitality and strongly recommend this apartment.
