- Siobhan (10/5): - Stayed at Rockmount House for a long weekend in June, we had a fantastic time. Spacious facilities with plenty of bathrooms. Everyone said the beds were so comfortable and slept well. Beautiful countryside views from the house. Five mins from Keady and you have Shiels bar very close by (highly recommended). Geraldine the lady who managed the house was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back sometime in the future. The only downside to our weekend was the weather but it's Ireland so always pack a raincoat 😃
- Graham (10/5): Surprised by this fantastic house - Excellent location, great facilities, huge rooms, fantastic kitchen with all facilities Too short a stay!
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay, check-in/out was hassle free. House was clean and very spacious for or group of 7. Lovely scenic surroundings.
- Aisling (10/5): Fab - Lovely spacious warm house with facilities to cook and a sitting room for tv, and I had a really lovely comfy bed just be aware that there is no tv in the bedroom, everything was fab
- Moore (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful spacious house, lovely views and clean
- Amanda (8/5): A pleasant stay - All the big things were great. The location, the grounds, the living room ,kitchen and bedroom. In our bedroom there was no ambient lighting. It was either too bright. (Bulb in chandelier too high wattage) or pitch black at night. No bed side lights. I thought there was and ended up sticking my finger in a broken open switch. The flush on ensiute toilet has trouble dealing with toilet roll and took forever to fill . Noisy and inconvenient. The plug positions aren't helpful to modern life. There aren't any near bed to accommodate laptop or phone use while charging. No plugs at dressing table to accommodate straighteners etc at mirror. They are close but wire has to run across bathroom door. The room is quite expensive so these small things get bigger and maybe a portable in room would have been nice. The house was freezing cold when we landed and there were no instructions about heating. The TV in lounge offered a variety of platforms but the skybox wasn't connected to router and the various players, iplayer ch5 etc needed a login. Again as mentioned when you pay more small things become bigger.
- Sabrina (10/5): Exceptional - I really felt at home and comfortable so welcome, lovely place to stay , highly recommend .
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Close to all amenities and rooms we're clean and heating was on so nice and comfortable 👌. There wasn't anything I didn't like as it's what I was looking for and staff were very helpful.
- Peter (8/5): Would definitely stay again lovely house and an amazing out look - Clean very comfortable En-suite shower cold
Could do with a few more bits and pieces in the kitchen pizza trays pots and pans etc
Some instructions on the oven and how to get hot water eventually worked it out but a little instruction would have helped
- Gillian (1/5): Bad - Living room area that was advertised was locked for the duration. No chair to sit. No table. I called the owner immediately. They did not rectify the situation. The kitchenette had a door out to the flat roof, very dangerous, no barrier. The bathroom was tiny and unclean. There was a snail with a shell living in the toilet bowl. Both of us had severe headaches and symptoms for the duration of our stay. No evidence of co2 monitor or f alarm.
- Vanessa (10/5): Lovely peaceful clean and tidy and comfortable definitely stay again -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The place was beautiful and clean. No complaints, everything was great.
