Accessibility was a major concern- late notice of on street parking; unsafe crossing from road over culvert to property; multiple levels inside the house . Automatic watering system prevented us leaving the property without getting a morning shower, or getting our pants soaked. Pathways too narrow and slippery at the front. This is not a luxury property and is expensive.
