• Alessandro (10/5): Un comodo soggiorno se si vuole trascorre un weekend a Roma - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica sia perché è letteralmente a due passi dal vaticano( dalla cucina si vede il campanile), sia perché da lì è facilmente raggiungibile il centro con i mezzi o a piedi. Inoltre per chi arriva con la macchina sotto casa c’è un parcheggio a pagamento con prezzi più che onesti. Inoltre la proprietaria dell’appartamento è stata molto gentile con noi sia per il check-in che per il check-out, che per quanto ha potuto ha accontentato le nostre richieste. Nulla

• Dr. Hans Christian (10/5): Prima Adresse für die Erkundung Roms zu Fuß - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Marco war großartig, von der Buchung bis zum Verlassen des Apartments. Die Unterkunft bot für drei Personen reichlich Platz und lag fußläufig zum Petersdom. Wir konnten die ganze Innenstadt von hieraus prima zu Fuß erkunden. Gleich gegenüber vom Apartment kann man im Goose hervorragend essen, ebenso im Mox Kaffee trinken. Die Preise liegen deutlich unter denen der Innenstadt, die Menschen hier sind freundlich und nicht auf Touristenfang ausgerichtet. Wer nicht in einer Großstadt lebt, muss sich an den Verkehrslärm Roms zunächst etwas gewöhnen. Dafür wohnt man aber auch sehr zentral.

Elena nous donné de bonnes adresses et des informations pour nos trajets . Très bon rapport qualité / prix. C’est un peu bruyant comme près d’une avenue passante Il nous a manqué de grandes tasses pour le thé comme nous ne buvions pas de café , mais c est un détail .

• Sagar (10/5): Perfect location and guest house. But above all, most wonderful host. - Enrico is one of the kindest host we ever met. While traveling our airline missed baby stroller for the kid and we were having hard time travelling without it. When we informed this to Enrico, he found us used stroller for very good deal and also brought it for us when we arrived at property. It made our Rome stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We were out of cash on the day we reached Rome (we mostly used card, so didn't had cash on hand). But Enrico kindly waited for us to withdraw cash and pay him later instead of forcing us to pay immediately. It was very kind gesture and didn't make us feel rushed. Apart from this, location of guesthouse was perfect. 10mins walk with St. Peter's. Property itself is very clean and comfortable. It was just perfect for us. Enrico even shared with us some tips on how to navigate Rome and helped us on various commutation options. Would definitely Nothing at all.
• Gilberto (10/5): Excellent property close to Vatican city, short walk to the city center - Location was perfect! 7 minutes walk to Vatican city, About 15 minutes walk to other tourist areas, several mini markets and souvenir shops nearby, a couple restaurants also very close loved Paparex but wasnt big fan of Goose, there's a gluten-free bakery right across which was a lifesaver since we have a daughter with celiac, we mainly walked everywhere and Uber back at the end of the day, walking 5 minutes to here then 10 minutes there we ended up walking one day all the way to the Colosseum. The owner welcomed us the first day and even helped us with the luggage, provided valuable information about point of interest and restaurants in the area. We felt safe in the area, apartment was clen,100% recommend. Nothing

• April (8/5): It was still excellent! - The location was perfect, just few minutes away from the Vatican. Easy access for public transport as it it few minutes from the bus stop. Lots of local grocery and restaurant nearby. The ac is not that cold, we have to open the window at night as it was very hot.

Marco - host - He was very helpful, provided very useful tips in advance of arrival, and helped arrange return taxi to the airport on departure. He also helped with luggage up to the second floor (no lift access).. Thank you. A bit noisy due to proximity to bridges, not the most well-kept neighbourhood, but it still felt safe.

Hosts were very helpful on arranging a self check in and contacting us to check we had arrived ok. They were understanding when we arrived late due to it taking longer than expected to find our way from the airport on a Sunday night. Close to a busy road, so if you’re a light sleeper then pack ear plugs. Door to outside is heavy and top floor apartment, so don’t book if you have any mobility issues (my 77yr old mum managed the stairs ok). Air conditioning could be more efficient.

It was easy to get the bus also to the main train station and Colleseum. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen fully equipped. It was really handy to be able to do a clothes wash as we are travelling through Italy. The host recommended a restaurant opposite the apartment, which turned out to be the most enjoyable evening of our trip! Nothing.

We didn’t face any problems with anything. The location is fantastic, just 5mins walk from Vatican City. Would definitely recommend this.

He passed us the keys and explained the rules to us. He also recommended the restaurant and attractions nearby. When we have issues, I texted him through Booking and his response is fast. Good facilities, such as fast Wifi, washing machine, microwave, fridge and utensils for drinking! My parents wish to have heater to switch on instead of air conditioner because it was cold at night in December. The tap water was not clean, be aware when you want to drink it as it is different than England and Paris. It is better to buy water in the supermarket. There is no lift, two floors, so if you bring huge luggage you need to carry them up.

• Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, 10 min on foot from St. Peter's Square, with cheap parking spaces right outside the building. Marco and Elena are excellent hosts, very quick to answer any questions, and provided us with lots of useful information. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds comfortable, plus plenty of storage space. Very good wifi and air conditioning which is a must in the summer. Thank you, Marco and Elena!
