• JILL (9/5): Beautiful apartment but be aware the stairwell is noisy at night and the laundromat below near the apartment had people - The modern apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was a 5 minute drive from the township and foreshore. Definitely need a car. We had trouble finding our car space as the number has disintegrated. Needs to be addressed asap as it was quite stressful at the time trying to guess if we were in the correct bay.

• Lindsey (8/5): - Really nice location outside of the city. Grocery store within 100m so this was very useful. Very big and nice rooms. They ask you to fill in a LOT of paperwork before arriving. Getting in felt like having to solve an escape room.

• QI (9/5): 虽然房子性价比不错，但是入住体验不好，指引不清晰 - 有一个带卫浴的主卧，还有更衣室和保险箱，另一个主卧旁边也是卫浴，可以分开使用很方便 厨房有基本需要的物品，有胶囊咖啡机，很方便 整体装修很新 交通指引不太清晰，我们是晚上来的，根据定位导航来的看不清楚具体是什么位置 拿钥匙的地方锁在的单元不是入住的单元，虽然我们是根据指引顺利找到了，但是阅读房东给的一大段信息找到，也很费劲 最不满意的是入住竟然还需要填写信用卡信息，我实在是不太能理解，而且还要在线填写其他的基本信息（虽然我们都做了，但是这个过程不太让人愉悦，对于不善于使用网络和线上操作的人不太友好） 停车标识不太清晰，对应的房号是有对应的停车位的，但是停车位上的标号很多都不见了，只能靠推算看出哪个是

• Leigh (10/5): I don’t want to leave. Don’t make me. 💛 - I liked everything. Spotlessly clean, so so quiet, beautifully decorated, so many towels, gorgeous outlook, small supermarket on site. Sigh. Do I have to go home? Nothing to dislike.

• Dubczuk (8/5): - Good layout of interior Gods washing machine was welcome Carbays are not identified. Complicated access. Lack of a lift for mature travelers with suitcases. 4 coffee pods for three tenants for two days are not enough. No uht milk.

• Jet (9/5): Fantastisch appartement in Wanaka. - Grote ruimtes en twee badkamers. Comfortabele zithoek en bed. Alles nog zo nieuw en mooi ingericht. Keukengerei had wat uitgebreider gekund gezien dat de ruimte zo groot was met kookeiland. Er waren veel formulieren in te vullen vlak voor aankomst wat onhandig is als je op reis bent. In de voorwaarden stond ook een borg bedrag waar we overheen hadden gelezen daardoor.

• Besim (10/5): Stylisches, modernes Apartment - Schönes, sehr stylisches und komfortables Apartment an einer schönen Lage (inkl PP, Waschmaschine, Tumbler). Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Einzig das Auffinden des Apartments & PP war schwierig. Es wäre gut einen Plan mit Erläuterungen mit den Check-In Informationen zu haben.

• Evodie (10/5): - We really enjoyed staying in this modern & lovely apartment. Perfect location to visit Wānaka. We had 2 very comfortable nights there. Beautiful setting!
• Guangji (8/5): - The location is quite handy, the place is very spacious and clean. There is no additional heating in any of the bedrooms, only the heat pump in the living area, so at night, the bedrooms can be quite cold. Also we stayed for 2 weeks, but only have 4 coffee capsules provided. There are quite a lot of stairs, with big luggages and snowboard bags, it was a bit tricky to move up and down.

• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - A very new apartment-style hotel. The room is very clean and fully equipped. We stayed as a family and really liked that it had two bathrooms—it was very convenient.

• Helen (9/5): Overall an awesome place to stay and would totally recommend to family & friends. - Great apt, lovely bedding, towels, showers and toiletries. We loved the community feel of the property to its surroundings. The only slightly annoying thing was no board to cut on or smaller cheese/ paring knives. The external door lockout was an inconvenience, but gave us time to have a drink at the local whilst the locksmith attended to it.

Only have 4 mugs meant we were always washing them. Working the tv was challenging I think your check in system is too complicated and even having everything online is not easy

• Hervé (10/5): Great base to visit Wanaka surroundings - Beautiful apartment with large en-suite bedrooms, large living-room with nice view. Modern and comfortable, great equipments (dishwasher, drying washing machine). No mention inside or outside of ‘Alpine Serenity’: seems to be a marketing trick by BCR property on Booking.com, not so easy to find. Not so convenient with bulky luggage (1st floor).

We only agree with a payment for 230,91 nzd, which is what booking showed during the booking process. 0 help from Booking side as well. What a f… scam!!!

• Anna (10/5): Would happily stay here again and again and again - • brand new, and very clean • lovely location: short drive from town, playground across the road, bar across the road, laundromat downstairs (although the washer drier is perfectly fine in the apartment), and a convenience store downstairs • serene and quiet • modern amenities and everything ‘want’ you’d have in a place • check in wasn’t as easy because the app was glitchy but was able to call after hours number • beds were way too soft for my liking and caused a bad back

• Judith (9/5): Lovely apartment, access not so easy. - The property was almost new everything was spot on, nice amount of room for two couples would definitely recommend, once you have secured the key. It took us 45minutes to locate the key and work out how to access the apartment, the key was not in the locked box where we were told to look.

• Byeongju (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic! It was the most comfortable and satisfying accommodation during my trip to New Zealand. There was a private parking space, and two rooms with a spacious living room and bathroom were very convenient for a family of four. The kitchen had a variety of cooking utensils and spices, and the laundry facility was also comfortable. It was a shame that I stayed just one day. I would love to stay again. It's a 10-minute drive from Lake Wanaka. There are not enough marts or restaurants around, but there's a small one on the first floor. But it's quiet, so it's good to end the day.
