• Martina (10/5): - Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage. Mit dem Bus schnell in Meran. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und auch die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen hervorragend. Keine negativen Eindrücke

• Claudia (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. - Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem wunderbaren gepflegten Garten. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist vielfältig & ausreichend, mit frisch geschnittenen Früchten ergänzt. Die Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Zwei Saunas, ein Dampfbad und ein Whirlpool stehen im Innenbereich zur Verfügung. Der Aussenpool und ein Whirlpool liegen idyllisch im Garten. Die Chefin ist sehr hilfsbereit & versiert im Beraten bei Fragen. Einzig die Möbilierung des Zimmers ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Rita (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Garten, tolle Besitzerin, sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern - Es wurde alles mit viel Liebe und Herzblut zubereitet, auch bekam man diverse Eierspeisen nach Wunsch frisch an den Frühstückstisch von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern serviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet garantiert für jeden etwas auch die leckeren Konfitüren und frischen Früchte haben wir sehr geschätzt. Haben wirklich nichts negatives gefunden und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Haus, wir kommen wieder und freuen uns. Bravo weiter so!

• Wolfgang (10/5): Sehr angenehmer Kurzurlaub im schönen Meran. - Wir wurden von der Chefin persönlich am Parkplatz empfangen. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und geräumig mit genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten und guter Ausstattung. Es gab ein reichhaltiges, einwandfreies Frühstücksbuffet sowie ein überzeugendes 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend. Zudem eine breite, sehr gute Weinauswahl. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam. Als ich einmal zusätzlichen Nachtisch holte lag eines neues Besteck am Platz. Einmal rutschte mir der Geldbeutel unbemerkt aus der Hosentasche. Die Bedienung hat mir den Geldbeutel aufs Zimmer gebracht! Das Putzpersonal war ebenso recht freundlich, schnell und fleißig. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Einerseits ruhige Ortsrandlage. Andererseits ist man in 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum.
• Lyman P (10/5): Affordable luxury - Small hotel in a very quiet area. Parking onsite, a nice garden, yet an easy walk to the city center. Wonderful host, good breakfast, and good sized room. Didn't use all the facilities, so can't comment on pool, garden, etc.

• Cors88 (8/5): Weekend di relax - Posizione strategica per visitare Merano senza muovere la macchina. 15/20 min a piedi dal centro (la strada é in salita al ritorno ) c'è anche il bus in alternativa. Silenzioso e tranquillo, circondato da una splendido giardino. Il menu della cena, curato e veramente buono. Il materasso troppo duro. I cuscini poco consistenti.

• W (9/5): A lovely stay - Good location - Nestled just off the Brunnenplatz —hop on Bus #1 or #3 and disembark at Brunnenplatz / Piazza Fontana, and you’re just moments away from the hotel! From the hotel, it is a delightful 15-minute stroll to the heart of Meran, or catch a convenient bus from Brunnenplatz if you prefer. The hotel is also perfectly positioned along the scenic Sissiweg trail, leading you on a lovely walk to the Trauttmansdorff Gardens. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped garden and heated pool. The hotel is also complete with a lift- great for travelers with heavy suitcases! The room is comfortable and clean, equipped with the amenities you need for your stay. Serves excellent breakfast. The host is friendly and helpful. A fun fact —The hotel is originally built by Dr. Tappeiner for his beloved daughter—and its just a stone's throw from Dr. Tappeiner's former residence (which is now privately owned by the Brunnenplatz)! The hotel also offers the guest travel pass around Sudtirol which comes super handy.

• Davis (10/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder 🙌 - Das es kinderfrei war. Es waren bei uns zumindest keine Kinder anwesend, was sehr entspannt war. Gerade wenn man als Erwachsener gerne seine Ruhe haben möchte. Der Pool war sehr sauber und man hatte immer die Möglichkeit in Ruhe zu schwimmen. Beim Essen, egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen(wir hatten Halbpension) wurde immer auf die persönlichen Wünsche geachtet. Wenn einmal etwas angeboten wurde, was man nicht gerne essen wollte, oder wegen Unverträglichkeit, hat man immer eine Alternative angeboten bekommen. Nicht direkt nicht gefallen, aber es wäre eine Bushaltestelle in Hotel Höhe gut gewesen, da das Hotel doch etwas höher gelegen ist. Aber das ist nur ein Gedanke, gerade wenn man vielleicht nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Insektenschutz im Zimmer wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, da dies schon gerade abends sehr extrem geworden ist, wenn man gerne mal noch Türen oder Fenster auflassen möchte.
• Martin (10/5): Superb hotel with fantastic restaurant and excellent food, ambiance and staff - A beautiful building in a quiet area at the top of the hill, but not too far from town and very accessible. Family owned, the mother is still working and the daughter looks after reception and makes you feel very welcome. The dining experience was sublime, from the very high end and immaculate setting, to excellent food (four or five changing courses with two main course options). The desert are in a served buffet area and it felt very quaint and you could have lots of small amounts if you wished. Breakfast buffet superb. A kind of new 'old fashioned standards' hotel, but in a very good way. Merano is beautiful and if I return with my wife I'd stay here again and also eat there too. Salad then soup then a divine souflee then main then deserts, all for set price of 25 euro and in a beautiful restaurant with excellent staff and personal touches from the owners. It was superb. I loved it. Nothing

• Barbara (10/5): Visita al castello di TRAUTTMANSDORFF giardini di Sissi - La stanza enorme ,bagno grande e pulito.La piscina esterna con idromassaggio con acqua calda ,c è anche una Spa ,ti danno asciugamani e accappatoi,ci sono vari lettini .La moto l abbiamo posteggiata in garage. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e mangiato benissimo, colazione con dolce e salato ottima Tutto ok

For my first visit to Merano, getting around was a little challenging however made easier with tourist card that covered the local buses and discounts/entry to some attractions
